Bryan still smiled. It hadn't faded a bit since he'd seen Jenny. "You know what I didn't consider? The bus system. It's a system of vehicles that transport people. It's slightly cheaper, but it's and a fixed route and stops frequently and isn't exactly private. But who knows, this late, there might not be very many people on."

Jenny really didn’t mind how she got to Torchwood, just as long as she did and soon. But she had to admit that she was finding it kind of fun and interesting getting there. “It sounds like there are many kinds of transports here. Whichever, one you believe to be best. I know nothing of ground vehicles so I will leave it to you since you’re the expert.” She said almost beaming at him.

Bryan smiled charmingly at her. "Alright, so. Let's see. There's the experience of riding a city bus, or the privacy of a taxi. A Taxi is an experience of its own, so I suppose I should call for one, though it may be a moment or two before it gets here." He took out his cellphone, which he had put in a plastic bag to keep it from getting wet in his swim trunks.

As he went out, the General went around a corner, he saw the creature up ahead, and pursued it, he ran for what seemed like an hour, then, as he went around a corner, he lost the creature, only seeing a white haired man and a blond woman standing there, "Uhh, hello, did you by chance see a weird thing, 5 foot high, looks a bit like a dinosaur?" He said to the couple.

Jenny watched in interest as Bryan pulled out his communications device from what appeared to be a small clear polymer based wrapping. However, from out of nowhere a monstrous creature charged from out of nowhere. Jenny’s eyes grew wide… not out of fear, but out of excitement. “That was NOT a human!” She said in a jubilant voice, watching as the critter speed passed.
The creature was shortly followed by a human appearing male who appeared to be in a hurry. Jenny assumed he was referring to the creature that had run passed. However her unrelenting curiosity got the better of her and she glanced at Bryan. “What’s a dinosaur? Is it some sort of pet or extraterrestrial species?” She asked with a curious and questioning look on her face.

Bryan looked up at the creature ran passed them, uttering a few curses. He looked at Jenny, a bit surprised.
He looked back at the man as he rounded the corner. "How could we miss it, it went that way." He looked at Jenny. "Um... it's a reptilian creature that existed before humans. They're supposed to be extinct." Immediately his mind went into Torchwood mode as he ran to try to find the creature again, forgetting that his sidearm was at home with his Torchwood badge.

Finally something exciting to do… and it involves running! She thought with a cheery grin as she took off after Bryan and the reptile. She did not know the new individuals name since they had not been introduced but she couldn’t help but to call back to him with a slightly fun-filled manic gleam in her eyes as she took off, “Well? Are you coming!?”

The General started to run, he tried to keep to human pace, so they weren't creeped out, but he couldn't help but go a little faster
"So, you like running?" He said to the female, keeping up with her, "hi, i'm The General" he sped up so he could catch the creature.
As he went along, he saw the creature up ahead, it seemed to be, waiting. He stared at the creature, what was it planning? He stopped, and held his hand out, stopping the other two, the creature still stared, then, he started to slowly walk towards the creature.

“Hello Sir,” it was almost an automated response to one she discovered with what sounded like a military class; even if the last general she knew had shot and killed her. “I’m Jenny and yes I like running a lot.” She grinned and put on a little more speed, not wanting Bryan or this general to catch up to the monster without her. As she ran she felt the comforting slap of her firearm slapping against her leg.
She didn’t want to use it, thanks to her father’s words of firearm discouragement. However it gave her a sense of completeness having it with her. Not to mention if she had no other apparent options she probably would use it anyway.
She went from a flat out run to a statue within seconds. Her fingers almost itching to grab her gun and hold this strange creature at gun point.

The General sensed something about the female, something, almost, Time Lord. But not focusing on that, he turned his gaze to the creature, and suddenly, he was trapped in a cage, a plasma cage for that matter, he tried using his sonic screwdriver, but he remembered it broke, a long time ago...
The creature walked up to the cage, looking at him, like an animal in a zoo. He saw the creature starting to go towards the female, and signaled for her to run away, he saw the gun at her hip, and signaled to throw it to him, there was no roof, so, if she throws it right, it will land right into his hands.

Bryan skidded to a halt when they found the creature. He fumbled around for his absent gun. Cursing under his breath, he stared at the thing, making sure the two were well protected. Then the creature started to move toward Jenny as her fingers moved toward her side arm. She sent a glance at her to reinforce what the General had signaled.

Normally the last thing Jenny would even consider would be to surrender her weapon to an unknown person. But she thought he seemed so sure and there was just something about him… it also did not help that Bryan was encouraging the exchange. With a sigh and as quick as a striking intergalactic space worm Jenny had her weapon drawn and airborne in the blink of an eye. The toss was just about perfect, the gun sailed over the cage and headed right for the general. Now weaponless Jenny took a step back and prepared herself mentally to physically kick its dinatopian butt.

The General caught the gun, checked the barrel, it was full, he had plenty of shots. He aimed his gun at a small, spherical object in the middle of one of the rods holding the cage up, he shot, and missed, he tried again, and he missed again, the third time he was lucky, and the wall exploded and The General walked out, throwing the woman back her gun.
"Thanks for that," He said, sweep kicking the creature, it jumped, and bit back, it took a chunk of skin off of his arm, leaving his bone exposed, he quickly healed it up with a medipack, and started running back at it.

Jenny caught her gun and trained it on the advancing monster and watched in interest as the general started to engage the creature in hand to hand combat with a sweeping kick. But why didn’t he just shot it with my gun when he had the chance? She thought in confusion. Maybe he wants it alive for questioning? Jenny then decided that it was not worth the risk of hitting the human combatant and re-holstered her gun. As the general fell back slightly from being injured Jenny rushed up to the creature and gave it a solid drop kick to the dead. In effect, pushing it back towards the general who started running back at it.

The General saw the creature coming back at him and quickly grabbed it around the neck, he put a small, green device on it's head, and it completely locked up, it fell to the ground, as stiff as a statue. "Right, i'm gonna need some help carrying this, where are you guys goin'?" He said to the couple, even though he knew what the answer would be.
