The orange fields outside the citadel swayed gently in the warm breeze.
And then the air began to shimmer. Something was coming.......
Engines shrieked and whined as, out of nowhere, a 1960s police box from Sol-3 appeared out of nowhere, bounced twice, and came to a halt in the middle of the field.
The doors flew open. A man, in his forties with close-cropped hair and with a large nose and pair of ears stepped out. He was dressed in the eccentric attire of a Victorian Gentlemen, with a velvet coat, cream trousers and black shoes. He checked his pocketwatch, shook it, held it to one ear, then frowned and put it away. He locked the doors of the police box and strode towards the citadel.

(umm...okay....I guess I'll just copy what I have from the other thread...)
Emmehujidat, who was a leading member on the Gallifreyan High Council, went about his daily routine. However, he couldn't resist an urge to harass one of his fellow Time Lords.
Like many Gallifreyans, he judged others according to their social status. The particular Time Lord that he was planning to pay a visit to was of the low class rank. Seeing the house in view, he approached the garden that belonged to the individual.
Not bothering to see if anyone were actually home, he walked by the garden and smirked. He called out to anyone who might be able to hear.
"How are we doing today??" he said with an air of superiority.

"Fine thanks," a voice behind Emmehujidat said. It was the unusual man who had arrived in the police box. "Bit out of sorts, but other than that, no complaints."
He folded his arms and smiled, his mouthing forming a strait line that made his cheeks stick out. He spoke in an accent that could be placed in Manchester, England, Earth.

Emmehujiat glared at the Doctor. "What are you doing here, low life? I thought you didn't like Gallifrey...you always pollute yourself with humans and other species...you're just like your father. You even sound like you're from Earth."
He'd come to the garden specifically to harass the person who lived there -- a Time Lord known as the Librarian, and frowned when it was the Doctor who had answered him. He didn't care for the Doctor at all, not one bit.

The Doctor grinned again.
"Oh yeah, not like you, right? Striding around with your chest stuck out.....you look like your nipples are tied to a pair of charging elephants, you know that? Can I speak to someone in their right mind please?"
He paused, looking at the house.
"Is this the librarian's house? He'll do, haven't seen him since that whole Lungbarrow thing."

Emmehujiat snickered at the Doctor. He had long since gotten used to the fact that he wouldn't be shown proper respect by the Doctor.
"Well, if you've come here for someone in their right mind, this is NOT the place for that. Didn't your father ever tell you about the Libarian. She can't speak properly...her words come out like mush.......and she is a female. If you want to try to have a conversation with her, go ahead. You must be mistaking someone else for the Librarian."
He started snickering. He then added, "When will you ever learn to respect me? I'm on the High Council...." He sighed.

"Oh, different librarian. I forgot I fixed that."
The Doctor checked his pocketwatch.
"Sorry, I'm not good with royalty. Ask Queen Elizabeth the First, she seems to have something against me, who knows what I did...."
He slid the pocketwatch back into his coat.
"Can I just speak with someone who hasn't got their head stuck up their backside?"

Emmehujiat spit on the Doctor.
"Who said anything about royalty? I hate royalty as well." His face burned with anger, assuming that the Doctor knew something he wasn't supposed to. "Why don't you go talk to your father or brother or one of your other stupid associates...someone that will actually talk to you, and wants to talk?"

The Doctor wiped the spit off with a j-cloth he produced from his pocket.
"Bloody hell, do you have any idea how much this cost? Well, I wouldn't know, I stole it.......but still. And that's what I want, you twat! Why am I still talking to you? My god....."
With that the Doctor turned his back and left.

The General was sitting on a bench in the Gardens Of Barrilium, there were many flowers there, Gjsas, Jidohs, and even some Sol 3 (Earth) Roses,as he sat, he saw the Doctor coming, he seemed angry, he went up to him to find out what was wrong.
"Doctor, are you okay?" He said to him, keeping up with the Doctor's fast pace.

After the Doctor had walked away, Emmehujiat chucked a rock at the Librarian, walking by. Emmehujidat heard her comment as he continued to walk by and started laughing. He yelled, "Can't even talk right...stupid fool...shouldn't even be a Time Lord. Don't know how she got into the Academy. The Council probably felt sorry for her...ah well." He continued on his way to the Council chambers.

Eiougougol came along, smirking at them. He knew that his father always harassed these people. "Well, if it isn't the lady who can't talk." He burst out laughing. Hoping that the Librarian's neice was home, he called out Eiougougol laughed, "What she speaks isn't Gallfireyan or any language that I know....."
"Come on Brax....you know that you're too good for these people. How about going on a date with me." He waited for a reply.

"Tell me about it" The General said, "6 times 6 times, he's harrased me because I haven't 'done my coat up properly', i don't even like wearing these stupid things, they make me neck hurt, so anyway Doctor, where are you off to?"

Jed happened to be visiting on Gallifrey at the moment, not having received an intelligence assignment in a while. Jed was currently walking through one of the Gallifreyan fields of red grass. He happened to notice two Time Lords talking close to where he was. He had seen them both before -- one of them was the Doctor and the other was the General.
