The Bringer chuckled, Good luck kid. he sent to Gandalf. Don't they remind you of before? he sent to the Librarian.

The Librarian smiled and nodded.

The Bringer considered telling everyone about the war but who knew what that could cause. And besides, as worried as he was, he couldn't bring himself to tell her and ruin her happiness. Ironic, the Bringer being unable to bring the truth.

The Librarian could tell something was bothering the Bringer. She knew that look far too well.

The Bringer glanced back at the Librarian, she knew him too well for him to keep secrets from her. "I've...got to go." he whispered as he TAQDIS'd away.

The Librarian sighed and looked to Braxa and Gandalf.
"Boy, he didn't stay long, did he?" Braxa said.

(Sorry...I don't like the idea of the Bringer knowing about the Time War before it happens....it seems a bit far fetched to me...I know you had him know about it on my fanfiction one...but I don't think he should know about it)
Jed continued to wait for the Doctor to make a decision, dozens of thoughts flying through his head. Could the council have known about these CyberChampions? If so, why hadn't they warned anyone? Jed was getting more and more fed up with the dealings of the Council. He doubted that many of them actually cared about the people of Gallifrey.

Jed smiled at the other Time Lord, "All right...." He started to walk in the direction of the High Council chambers, hoping that the Doctor would follow.
Nervous about whether or not the rumors were the same thing as what the Doctor had heard about, he quickened his pace.

The Doctor followed, removing his coat. He didn't like the flashiness of this outfit and decided to change it into somethign a bit more subtle the first chance he got.

Jed arrived at the meeting site, staring around at all of the Council members. He waited for one of them to address him. When no one did, Jed began, "I think all of you know the Doctor. He told me something interesting that I thought all of you might like to hear."
Several of the Council members nodded.
(Anyone can play a temp Council member right now)

(The General obviously followed the Doctor in this case)
"Do you know of the Cyberchampions?" The General said.

Jed turned around, surprised that the General had come with them as well. "I.....don't know much about these Cyberchampions, only what I've heard reported. I never encountered one."

"I've seen 'em, you can't even hear them comin', they just walk up on you, and they're sniper shots." The General said, "what about you councilors? You heard of 'em?"

The Doctor folded his arms. "The General tends to over-exaggerate.........in tactical terms we're looking at an army of durable, highly-trained soldiers, each armed to the teeth. I'm guessing 20, 000 at the most."
