Correon glanced at the Doctor, "And how did you come by this information?"
Emmehujiat scrutinized the Doctor, glaring at him.
Jed glanced at the Doctor, curious about what his response would be.
Another Council member spoke up and said, "We have been hearing rumors of strange activity around Skaro -- we suspected that to be the Daleks, but Cybermen....you say....."

"i was in the time vortex, trying to visit here. I passed their battleships. They fired at me."

Emeehujiat rolled his eyes at the Doctor. "Oh really, Doctor. Well, explain to us how that was possible -- how can these inferior beings possibly travel in the time vortex? How could they possibly detect a TARDIS? How did they know that you were a Time Lord? And what evidence do you have that you're not just making the whole thing up?"
Several of the Council members snickered.

"The Cyberchampions are not an inferior species, mate. If they're so inferior, why don't we leave you and one of them in a locked room for ten minutes and see what's left of you, hm?
"The Cybermen had TT technology, it seems the Champions have improved it. They recognized me and my TARDIS because I've met them before. And evidence? I'd recommend you look out your window right now."
The orange sky was crackling with red and blue, something was coming.
