(I'm assuming your talking about the Time War coming Nine)
"A war hey?" The General said, "strange, i've been having dreams about a war, between Time Lords and Daleks? That's strange....." He trailed off.
"I've seen all the psychiatrists, no one has been able to diagnose it, they all think I'm crazy."

"Daleks are just one of them. I....I think this is all my fault. I've shown most races time-travel tech. Now they're coming to take it."

Jed walked closer to the two men discussing something. He was almost in hearing range now. He smiled at the two other Time Lords, waving at them as he approached.

The General saw Jed coming, but continued talking anyway, as the Doctor explained how many planets could possibly be involved, The General said to himself, "That many species, that would make it a Time War...."

(how is the General supposed to know that this is a Time War. You have to explain how he would jump to that conclusion because right now it looks rather random.)
Jed was now in hearing range and frowned at the talk. Since he worked for Gallifreyan intelligence, any sort of war would certainly concern him -- but he did only hear part of the conversation. Perhaps they weren't even talking about Gallifrey at all.
"What are you two talking about?" he blurted out.
When he realized his possible mistake, he added, "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to interrupt."

"It's fine........Jed isn't it? With Intelligence? Something's coming, I passed a ship on the way here. Cyberchampions."

Jed looked at the Doctor in shock. "Really? I....I hadn't been notified. There have been rumors circulating....rumors about...well the Council has kept things fairly quiet, not wanting to induce a panic. I was actually going to be reporting to the High Council shortly...."
He paused for a moment and then added, "And yes, I'm Jed, and I work for the Intelligence on Gallifrey."
"What reason do you think that these Cyberchampions are coming here?"
(By the way, Davros is back, and we have a Rose and someone else wanting to get into your 9th Doctor thread....just so you know)

(does he know the thread's there? And where is this Rose? Show me said Rose! :-D)
"Like I said, I passed their ship in the time tunnel. We were both going in the same direction."

(I'll message you on your character board in the character sign-up section....)
Jed frowned at what the Doctor had said. "How do you know that this ship is going to Gallifrey....even in the Time Vortex, the ship could be headed for a nearby location and time, but not Gallifrey."
"I'll let the Council know when I meet with them....what other information do you have?" Jed looked at the Doctor desperately, hoping that he'd know something more...something that would be able to help Gallifrey. "Or is that it....what you have is certainly significant."

"I know space-time co-ordinates better than anyone, Jed. They were heading here, no mistake. Just prepare some soldiers for battle......we need to take that ship out before it lands."

Jed frowned at the Doctor. "I am NOT in charge of the military here....I....I ....why don't you come with me to the High Council Chambers...."
He didn't really know the Doctor. He didn't like the sound of these CyberChampion things coming to Gallifrey. "Do you have any personal experience with this foe?" he asked the Time Lord. He also didn't want to make a decision that would affect all of Gallifrey without first at least consulting with the Council. There was no longer any royal family -- he'd gotten to know Aragorn quite well on his previous adventure with him. However, something had happened to him. Jed was never able to find out exactly what it was. Whatever the incident was, it had happened shortly after their operation on Earth.

Gandalf, who was walking to go visit Braxamonica and the Librarian, ducked into a bush when he had seen Emmehujidat, not in the mood to deal with him.
The Bringer sat in his lab, face in his hands, hoping, praying that there was a mistake, that this war was a figment of his imagination. He of course knew that was a lie. The war was coming, and he was the only one who knew what the end result would be. The predictions he had accidentally learned, the truths that were fast approaching. Ignoring the ramifications of what could happen, he set off to the Librarian's garden. He couldn't allow her to get killed by this. Not again, never again.
The Observer walked through a forest, pausing to look up. Something was wrong. Something was on the wind. It felt like...death.

((Hold up, you've been watching too much Planet Of The Dead, *sigh*))
"Ahh Jed, hello, sorry, I was a little tuned out there, Cyberchampions? I've met them, simple, if you can get behind them, give 'em a hard punch, or use a sonic screwdriver, if you have one, should disable them." The General said

"Yes. Some." The Doctor folded his arms. "Do't think that will work, General. The old Cybermen were slow and cantankerous. The Cyberchampions are fast and agile, and twice as durable."

(what? What was the Planet of the Dead comment for) Jed nodded, acknowleding the General. He then turned to the Doctor, "Well, would you like to come to the High Council meeting with me? I understand if you don't...but I was just thinking your information might be useful....essential."
