She knew the Meddler was probably not telling her the whole truth, but she was very glad for that. Listening to him, after a moment she touched a scratch on his face and was surprised when it slowly started to go away.
Sighing lightly, Adagio touched a scratch on her own leg and bit her lip. She was surprisingly no worse for wear other than a few scratches. Leaning forward, Adagio got off of the floor and took her heels off of the console. Turning around, she put her hand down and offered it to the Meddler. "Need a hand?" Giving him a watery smile, Adagio took a deep breath before she gave a proper smile. If she wanted to get the Earth back, then she would need to piece herself together and get to work.

OOC: Hey First, I'm pretty sure they only heal instantly like that in the process of regeneration.
Alec nodded, smirking. "I work better alone."
He noticed that he had been ignoring all his scars. He looked like a villain from Batman. His entire right side was was ripped up, skinned, and bleeding. But what was a gash on his cheek anyways? His appearance didn't mean much anyways.

(OOC: I was assuming that Time Lords heal faster than humans, but I wasn't quite going for the "heal up while you watch" level.)
"That sounds like a great plan," the Meddler said absently, eying the unfamiliar controls. "Jenny and the Doctor are team A, Alec will be team B, and Adiago and I will be team C. Now if can just figure out..."
"Need a hand?" Adiago asked.
No thanks, I think I've got it under control, was right on the tip of his tongue. Then he stopped, and eyed the forced smile on her face. "Yes," he said, "Keep an eye on the main screen. Tell me if you see any orangey-red blips on it." With that, he went back to focusing on the console. "Let's see... maybe... Ah! I think this is it!"
He spun two dials together, directing beams of gravatic force outwards. Slowly, slowly, the three TARDISes were drawn together.
"There!" he announced. "I am a genius. You may all applaud, now."

The applause was not, apparently, forthcoming. He let the silence drag on for a moment too long, then shrugged and grinned sheepishly. "Don't everyone thank me at once."
The refueling operation didn't take all that long. It was a simple matter of leaping from the Doctor's TARIDS (an incongruous blue box floating in the void) to the Meddler's TARDIS (an equally incongruous oak tree floating in the void). He disappeared through a crack in the trunk and emerged some ten minutes later, dragging two heavy, ribbed cables behind him. "Here," he'd said. "Hook these up, and let me know when you're ready."
The flow of artron energy along the cables was strong, but pulsing and irregular, causing lights to flicker as the power transferred.
(OOC: Double post, I know. I'm just trying to get things moving again.)

Alec grinned as his Tardis appeared on screen. A space shuttle had been chosen as it's form. That was better than the trailer it had been.
He couldn't wait to get into his Tardis, this one was a bit strange. "Well, see you. It was good to meet..." he looked at Jenny, "Most of you."
He jumped towards the door, waiting for The Meddler.

Not knowing exactly what to do, Adagio stood near the door looking into outer space.
"Uh, can I just jump out or is there some kind of procedure to this? I'd prefer not to die at the moment. You know, last human at the moment and all that jazz."
When Alec said it was nice to meet everyone she smiled.
"A pleasure to meet you. Maybe next time we wont run into so much trouble."

The Meddler dismounted the cables from the time rotor and half-dragged, half-carried them to Alec. "Here. Just hook them up wherever's appropriate in your TARDIS."
"Uh, can I just jump out or is there some kind of procedure to this?" Adiago asked nervously. "I'd prefer not to die at the moment. You know, last human at the moment and all that jazz."
He stared out the door, watching Alec transfer to the faux space shuttle. "No procedure to speak of, really. I couldn't figure out how to extend the environmental shields, but it's just a short hop - five or six meters. You just want to aim properly, and don't hold your breath. You can damage your lungs that way."
He held out his hand and smiled. "C'mon. We'll go on the count of three."

Looking into outer space, Adagio wondered how it might feel. She had heard so many times that someone could die in space if they did not have a suit on. Was she liable to die?
Looking at the Meddler's hand, Adagio sighed slightly and grabbed it.
"On your mark then Captain."
Holding his hand tight and trying not to hold her breath Adagio waited for the countdown so she could hop out towards the other Tardis.

The Doctor gazed at the spot where Earth had been, still stunned. A look of determination crossed his face. The Doctor was mad. And the last time he was mad, he'd started a war. He walked back to the TARDIS control panel and grasped the communicator. "Oh, come out already. I know you're there." Almost immediately, a Dalek Warship materialized in front of the three TARDISes. The Doctor didn't even look up. " I knew it was you. you used the progenitor to create a new race of Daleks, and then you came to attack Earth. My weak point. But this time, you didn't invade, did you? You struck at specific points in time until Earth came crumbling down. And you lured me there, on the off chance I'd die , floating, frozen in space. But if I didn't? If the cloister bell warned me? what then?! WHAT THEN!!?" "Doc-tor!! The Doc-tor will be Ex-ter-min-ated!!!'
"Yes, yes but how?" "We will end you. And the Daleks will rule!!" "How?" "Simple. To kill the king, you strike him when he was a pea-sant." "What? You don't....my first incarnation! You wouldn't dare!"
"EX-TERMIN-ATE THE DOC-TOR!!!!! EXTERMINATE!!"
The Dalek ship vanished, hurling into the time Vortex."

Dark waved back at Adagio before jumping out to his Tardis. "I hope so too, for your sake."
When he entered, the Tardis was almost completely black. Reserve powers lit up the console, but that was all. A while back with the willing help of his Tardis, had made a communication link. Though an audible voice was immposible, text based communication was easily accomplished. "Ok, just a little energy lossage," he said, seemingly to himself, "I'm not sure, but I think one of the other Tardis's stole it." he said, smirking. You always were a trusting one. the console read. He chuckled, and connected the cords.
Alec enjoyed the sound the sound his Tardis made when it powered up. An electronic humming sound that computers on earth would never quite come close to imitating. As if very many would ever even hear it...
Just as he was thinking on this he heard the Doctor's conversation with the Daleks. He turned on his mic and spoke. But first was a roaring laughter. "Oh...oh that's rich. If you die does that mean Jenny won't exist? No offense to you personally Jenny." he said sarcastically.

(OOC: Not where I was planning on going, Eleven. But I like your twist better.)
"I hope so too, for your sake." Alec answered Adagio.
The Meddler held his hand out, expectantly. After a minute, with just the slightest hint of hesitation, she took it. "On your mark then Captain," she said.
"All right," he replied cheerily. "One." He squeezed her hand, comfortably.
"Two."
Then, without warning, he spun her into his arms and hurled the both of them from the door of the Doctor's TARDIS. There was a brief instant deathly silence and numbing cold, and the tree seemed to rush towards them. Then he twisted as they reached it and they were rolling on a grey, stonelike surface, the Meddler arranging himself to take most of the initial impact.
"Three," he said with a laugh. "That wasn't so bad, was it?"
(There's a description of the control room in the Meddler's profile, if you want an advance look at things.)

Adagio was going to say her final goodbyes when she heard the Meddler start to talk. Waiting for three, she suddenly got ripped out into outer space on two. Luckily she did not hold her breath, but by the time the two landed inside the Meddler's Tardis, she was almost shivering from the cold.
"If I had of known I was going on this much of an adventure I wouldn't have worn a dress."
Laughing, Adagio sat up so she was not crushing the Meddler. Outside the door the Tardis that they just left could still be seen floating. She then wondered if the Tardis itself chose the shape it took, or if the pilot chosed. Now was really not the time to ask though.

"If I had of known I was going on this much of an adventure I wouldn't have worn a dress," she answered with a laugh.
The Meddler sat up beside her, watching the power cables snake out through the freestanding archway of the door. ""In my experience," he said with a laugh, "nobody is ever properly dressed for an adventure."
He stood up, and offered her a hand. "If you dress for fair weather, you get rain. If you dress for rain, snow. If you dress for snow, firefalls."
Turning to the console, he flipped a switch. "You done over there, Alec?" Then he turned back to Adiago.
"You're probably right about an evening gown not being adequate, though. Once we've got Alec recharged, you can pick something out of the TARDIS' wardrobe.
A voice came over the communications circuit. It was not Alec.
"Doc-tor!!" shrieked a malevolent monotone. "The Doc-tor will be Ex-ter-min-ated!!!'
With a look of shock and terror, the Meddler whirled around. Throwing three switches in rapid succession. "No," he said, voice shaking. "Oh, no. It can't be..."
"Yes, yes but how?"
"We will end you. And the Daleks will rule!!"
A localized map of spacetime - similar to, but more detailed, than the one on the Doctor's TARDIS, sprung into life. Highlighted in reddish-orange, what appeared to be a flying saucer was displayed less than a thousand kilometers from the three time capsules.
"No!" the Meddler shouted at the screen, pounding his fist on the console. "NO! You're all DEAD! We KILLED you!"
"How?" "Simple. To kill the king, you strike him when he was a pea-sant."
"What? You don't....my first incarnation! You wouldn't dare!"
"EX-TERMIN-ATE THE DOC-TOR!!!!! EXTERMINATE!!"
The saucer on the display rippled and dematerialized. The Meddler shook, hands clenched on the console, wild rage burning in his eyes. "Doctor?" he asked. "We trapped them in the Moment. The last of them were annihilated at the Medusa Cascade."
He took a deep breath. "How. Are. They. Back?"

The Doctor sighed as The Meddler's message played out.
"I know they survived. A few of them escaped to Earth during WW2 with the progenitor, and they used it to restart the Dalek civilization. They escaped into time before I cold destroy them all. Happy?"
The Doctor looked at the spot where Earth had been. "I need someone to help me save myself, and as a result half the universe, so I choose you. And don't bother disagreeing because my TARDIS is holding yours together by Gravity. So...GERONIMO!!!"
The Doctor pushed a button on his TARDIS console, sending them all back nearly 500 years earlier, to the very first time The Doctor ever set foot on the planet Earth...(Your ball from here on in 1. what say we take this to the first Doctor boards. I have this half-formed plot thing in my head, where the daleks try to kill all eleven Doctors before a final showdown on the eleven board. Or the 12 board. )

"I know they survived. A few of them escaped to Earth during WW2 with the progenitor, and they used it to restart the Dalek civilization. They escaped into time before I cold destroy them all. Happy?"
"Happy is not the word I would have chosen," the Meddler said through gritted teeth. "The Daleks will complicate everything to an amazing degree. They were the second most temporally advanced civilization in the Spiral Politic."
He stared into the monitor, thoughts whirling. "We could be starting the Second Last Great Time War. And there's only four of us."
"I need someone to help me save myself, and as a result half the universe, so I choose you. And don't bother disagreeing because my TARDIS is holding yours together by Gravity. So...GERONIMO!!!"
"Wait, what?"
The Meddler's TARDIS lurched as it followed the Doctor's vessel into the whirling polychromatic chaos of the Vortex.
(OOC: I'm game, as long as everyone else is. Let's hold off on creating a new thread until Two and Adiago get a chance to cast a vote, though.)
