Adagio was wrapping her head around everything, and the fighting that was going on was not helping. Deciding that she would rather get things straight first and fight later she went into her discipline mode like she was at school.
"Jenny! Seriously, just come over and stand by me. I'm getting a raging headache from the fighting that is going on and if it doesn't stop I might rip someones head off... literally."
Somehow her American accent creeped in, and Adagio cleared her throat softly. Turning to the Meddler, she grabbed his sleeve to get his attention and was about to say something when her world went weird.
She felt as if she was being ripped in two, and not in that fast band-aid way, it felt like she was slowly being torn apart. After a moment she was flung forward and she could suddenly feel the world coming up to meet her. With a groan she fell on her side crashing her head against the Meddlers stomach. She was glad her head had not bounced off the ground, but she knew he would probably feel quite a bit of pain.
"S-sorry 'bout that."
Not even able to stand, Adagio simply rolled off of him onto her back gasping for air.

Alec's eyes widened suddenly. "Here we go-" he managed to blurt out, before falling against a wall-hard. Very hard. "What sort of idiot is causing this?" he said, breathing heavily and leaning against the wall on one hand.

Jenny was all for figuring out how to stop the Earth from phasing in and out of existence. She was also all for everyone around her not falling over.
She had been walking past one of the TARDIS’s when it happened. But this time when it happened she was more prepared. She filled her lungs right before the icy cold hand of space seized her and those around her and wrapped its tentacles’ around them in its deadly embrace.
She seemed to float for an agonizingly long time. The very air around them vanishing and being replaced by nothing. She noted that most people seemed to be struggling for breath near the end and when the Earth finally made its return. Everyone once again seemed to find themselves on the ground.
Jenny was no different as she fell to the ground, knocking the stale and used air from her lungs. She gasped, “must make them stop.”

"Get over it." Alec snarled, still breathing heavily.
He was drifting, firmly planted on his feet one moment, in space the next. He felt sick, but managed to keep his lunch down, though he felt nautious. He did his best to seem only a little phased, but it wasn't working very much.
Alec's eyes shifted from their glare at Jenny, to an odd glance at the seemingly silent Doctor, and finally settled on the Meddler. "So...to the Tardis?" he suggested.

"Ooof," the Meddler gasped out as Adagio bounced off him. He lay spread-eagled in the dirt for a moment, reveling in the feel of gravity.
"S-sorry 'bout that."
He inhaled deeply. "Don't worry about it," he said, sitting up. And then it sank in. "You... you felt it too?"
“must make them stop,” Jenny gasped.
"Get over it." Alec snarled. He looked at the Meddler. "So...to the Tardis?"
Reality hiccuped around them, blinking Earth in and out of existence rapidly. "Yeah," he agreed. "Excellent idea. We should be able to ride out the time quake-"
The distortions came faster, causing the ground to heave and vanish beneath him. "Doctor!" he shouted.
The Doctor snapped his fingers, and the door of the TARDIS swung open. Reeling through the rapid changes in gravity and air pressure, he grabbed Adagio's hand and half-led half-dragged her towards the entrance. "Hurry!" he shouted, "They're getting worse!"

Adagio could hear the people talking to her, but at the moment she was a bit too busy getting her breath back. She was just about to stand up when she felt herself being tugged and the Meddler told her to hurry. Not really one to be told twice, Adagio tried her best to keep her feet under her while the two hurtled into the Tardis.
Once inside Adagio caught her breath and looked around curiously. She knew that it had not been any regular box, but she had honestly not expected it to be so big on the inside. For a moment she thought to say something before she simply shook her head.
"I like the decorations."
Not letting go of the Meddler's hand in fear that the world might disappear from around her again, Adagio looked around from where the two stood.
"So, do you think everyone else on earth is okay? I mean, I felt like I was being split into two out there."
At this point Adagio did not care who replied to her as long as someone decided to. Everything had gone topsy-turvy, LITERALLY!

The Dark Lord stumbled through the alley towards the Doctor's Tardis. Reaching for his Sonic, he switched a few knobs and pointed it at his temple and fired it off. He visibly became more relaxed, his eyelids falling lower.
He stumbled up the stairs towards the console and fell on it. He hooked his screwdriver back on his belt and turned around.

Jenny stood and rushed through the TARDIS doors after everyone else had already entered. Thanks to her father’s memories Jenny found no surprise at the site of its interior. The Doctor’s memories were finally integrating with her own; in a logical and less confusing fashion.
She could finally make sense of the confusing jumble of data, most of it seeming random. It was weird being able to peruse someone else’s memories, thoughts, and feelings. Some of it was pretty freaking scary and others were full of amazing sights. Sights that Jenny planned to see on her own.
Like the human woman that had been dragged into the TARDIS Jenny also wondered about the safety of the humans that inhabited the planet. The Earth was a place teeming with life and Jenny hoped that they would suffer no lasting ill effects from this problem.
She could not recall anytime within The Doctor’s memories of the earth vanishing in this exact way before. But then she didn’t really want to dig to deep. Some things were better left unknown and she had already accessed a few memories that she could have done without.
She walked up towards the central console and has the urge to pat it and call it Sexy.

"I like the decorations."
The Meddler looked around, curious. "You know," he remarked between deep breaths, "I've never actually been inside a Type 40 before." He eyed the central column of the time rotor, the arching balustrades and the half-organic look of the buttresses. "On the whole, I'd say it smacks a little too strongly of War era fashion."
Faintly, the TARDIS shook.
"Still," he smiled, "any port in a storm. Right?"
He watched as Jenny approached the console, looking slightly dazed, and felt Adagio squeeze his hand. "So, do you think everyone else on earth is okay? I mean, I felt like I was being split into two out there."
"I..." his voice trailed off. Really, he didn't think so. "I don't know. Not yet."
He eyed the console skeptically. "How do you open the main monitor screen? I don't recognize this layout, and it might be helpful to see what's going on outside."

The Dark Lord nodded in agreement to the Meddler's statement about Type 40s. "I try to strictly stay to mine, and I would've, had this Cloister not been so hard. I've only felt one in my lives, and sadly I was looking into the untempered schism." he shook his head, as if trying to rid himself of the memory.
He gazed around the inside a bit more. "Hey, any of you blokes know who I am?

"Hey, any of you blokes know who I am?"
"Going out on a limb here," the Meddler said, "I'm going to guess... a Time Lord?"
He let that hang in the air for just slightly longer than was comfortable.
"Seriously, now? No clue. Probably not the Master, though - not enough 'I will rule you all' ranting - and definitely not the Mentalist." He made a show of checking everyone. "Nope. No cut throats. Not the Mentalist." He offered his free hand. "I'm the Meddler. I'll be surprised if you've heard of me. And you are?"

"Yes, well I think she's a billion times better than traveling by vortex manipulator, so I have nothing to complain about."
Actually, Adagio had no idea if it would be easier to travel in the Tardis or not. What she did know is that it looked like it would be a lot safer, and since she was no longer being thrown around, she felt a lot better.
Adagio was pretty worried when the Meddler told her that he was not sure about the state of the people of Earth. It might be fine to him and the rest of the Timelords, but she was an Earthling. If the Earth decided that it was going to disappear she had no idea where she would go. She had no second home after all.
"I'm not a bloke, but I'm gonna go ahead and throw out the fact I have no idea who you are."
Turning to look at the man a little to the left of her, Adagio was not bothered at all that she didn't know who he was. She barely knew who anyone was at the moment.

Jenny paused for a moment when she got to the console and at the mentioning of seeing what was going on outside she automatically started flipping switches and turning knobs.
A monitor flickered to life and lit-up, showing those currently occupying the TARDIS a full view of what was going on outside and the chaos that was ensuing around them. Another flick of a switch and the sound of people screaming could be hear.
“Well, there you go then,” Jenny stated flatly as she stared at the screen with more then a little concern.

Alec leaned backwards over the console, eyes dancing back from the Meddler to Adagio. "Do you know any humans who possess a Tardis and a sonic screwdriver?" he asked sarcastically.
He finally consented with himself to reveal his identity, though he had liked feeling anonymous. "I am Alec Harrison. Well, that's what I usually go by on Earth. My birth name is unpronounceable and my actual title is a bit super-imposing."

Jenny looked up from the monitor with an odd look on her face.
“Sarah Jane Smith. Well not a TARDIS but a sonic screwdriver, well not a screw driver but a sonic lipstick… and River… well not the sonic lipstick but she does have a sonic screwdriver.”
She gave a shrug. “But the more important issue is what are we going to do about that?” She said pointing to the screen.
