Eiougougol glared at Koschei who was now on the ground. He ignored the professor as well, not caring to hear what was said to them. The only thing that concerned him now was Koschei's reaction.
"You're an idiot, you know," he told Koschei. "And I think there's something wrong with your brain. Why are you laughing? You think this is funny, do you....well good...because you're going to get some more...."
With that, Eiougougol's expensive boot lurched into the air, a kick that was directed towards Koschei's head.
___________________________ Oeurlrev looked up to see a female enter his classroom. Although he didn't really know her well, he moved over to her and greeted her. "Hello," he said.
Normally he was extremely careful who he talked to. His reputation depended upon that. However, none of the rich kids that he liked to try to hang out with were in this particular classroom. Desperate to be well liked by everyone, he studied her, trying to decide if she was the kind of girl that would make him more popular.

With that, Eiougougol's expensive boot lurched into the air, a kick that was directed towards Koschei's head.
thump-thump-thump-thump went the drums.
Koschei just barely managed to roll with the kick, taking enough of the blow to the side of his head to make the grunt of pain more realistic than he would have liked. Twisting, he managed to get to his feet.
"Wasn't..." he gritted out, swallowing the laughter, "wasn't laughing."
He backpedaled, putting distance between himself and Eiougougol. "But it is funny, thinking about how your dad's going to react to the news."

Eiougougol glared at Koschei. "And what news would that be?"
He completely ignored the professor who was in the room, as well as the other children. His only thought was that he wanted to make Koschei pay for the comments that he had made about himself and his father. Judging from the last few comments, he doubted that this new comment would be any more pleasant.
Disappointed that Koschei had managed to get to his feet, and had put some distance between the two of them, the seething Eiougougol stood back and watched Koschei, giving him the nastiest look he could manage.

Eiougougol glared at Koschei. "And what news would that be?"
Koschei smiled. "The news, you moron, that I'm pressing charges. That his son is going to be arrested for assault and battery, and quite possibly expelled in the process."
He looked at the professor. "Sir," he said, "I claim my rights as a student in the Prydonian Academy. I am concerned for my safety while I remain in the presence of this... person. I ask that, for my safety, we be separated. I ask that the Chancellary Guard be summoned, and that this... person be arrested."

Hermione glanced over at the boy who had greeted her. "Hey." she said quietly. "What's your name? Mine's Hermione." she said. She looked at the situation again. "This is the kind of thing I always see." she said.

Eiougougol glared at Koschei once more, but now more in shock of what Koschei was actually going to do. Despite his cool exterior, Eiougougol was terrified that Koschei's words might turn out to be true. However, his father was one of the most important members on the High Council. Would they really do anything to him?
Holding his breath for several moments, he waited for the teacher's reply.
Their teacher let out a sigh. "Really? And what sort of injury do you claim? You look fine to me...however....Eiougougol, I'm going to have to have your schedule changed so that you are no longer in classes with Koschei."
It wasn't as though Koschei couldn't press charges. However, actual injury had to be claimed in order for a student to press charges against another one.
____________________________ Oeurlrev smiled at Hermione, responding to her. "My name is Oeurlrev," he stated. "And what do you mean? What kinds of things do you always see?"
Thankful once more than none of his "friends" were there to see him talk to a girl who didn't really have any claims to a high social status, at least from what he could see at the moment.

I'm making a fool of myself, Thete thought.
"It's alright!" She exclaimed as she waved her hand a little, clutching her book to her chest.
Thete heaved a sigh of relief, more glad then he had expected.
"I think it's amazing, that you can remember all that. I remember small factoids about other things, mom and dad have been training me on my memory - ever since.. my initiation... I've been a bit odd." She admitted as she rolled her shoulder back. "I'm going to work in the libraries, because I can recopy old documents as if they were new." She said as she smiled at him brightly. Stopping for a moment and looking to the side - blushing darkly.
"Ummm we are going to be even later now, more then that - kids are going to talk. You do know that - right?" She admitted as she looked up, a weak smile crossing her features.
He shrugged, and smiled back. "Let them," he said, "I mean it's not like I haven't had to deal with that my whole life."
It took an effort of will to move - he felt like all he wanted to do was stand here, looking into her eyes. "I've... well, you're right, though. I do have to get to class. It's up on the fourth floor. Where's... oh, yeah. Your class doesn't start until next period. Would you... do you want to..."
He took a deep breath, and forced himself to calm down. "If you're not in a hurry, want to walk up there with me?"

Libby felt the pulse jump in her throat. She didn't care that he wasn't one of the most popular guys in school. Heck - she didn't WANT that, but it was a guy - a nice one. He was talking to HER, and she was starting to see what other girls saw in guys. Of course she didn't talk much to girls outside of her family. None of her Cousins had said anything about boys being like this. But that was ok - she supposed. She bit her lip and smiled at him, it was a sweet one, as she nodded.
"I suppose you are right, they will talk if they will talk. Nothing we do or say - will change that." She stated as she started to walk towards the stairs. He had said what his next class was, and with her mind so like a Library, she knew where that was. "How about I just go to class with you? The teachers don't mind if I'm in classes I'm not taking - so long as I don't disrupt the classes." She said as she smiled at him and toed the ground a little. She was getting nervous again - why was she getting nervous again! Why was her body doing this to her.

"Well, wherever I go there's always kids fighting." Hermione explained to Oeurlev with a sigh. She fingered the side of her face, where a long scar was etched into her skin. "That's how THIS happened." she told him quietly.

The Guitarist stared at his friend. He couldn't believe what had just been said to him. Class? Was that where Tyler's priorities lay? Was knowledge more important to him than his health? The Guitarist wanted to grab Tyler again, drag him off to the nurses against his will and sort it out. He knew the priorities of his best friend were all wrong and that he needed to see sense. His health was paramount to anything and yet, the brunette could not bring himself to take his friend away, he couldn't force him to go.
The Guitarist let go of Tyler, drawing his hand away. Putting the hand back in his black jean's pocket, he spoke to Tyler, in a stone-cold manner. "Okay. You go to class. Sorry to keep you, see you later buddy."
Turning away, the young musician walked away from his best friend. He exited to the left stairs, going to his own class. as he wandered down the corridor, he looked outside of the window, deep in thought. "What's happened to you man? I used to know you inside out. Now it's like I don't even know who you are. You're like some stranger to me..."
Getting to class, he pushed the door open. The teacher yelled at him for not knocking first, as class had just started, but The Guitarist didn't take it. He ignored the teacher and sat at his, desk getting out his books. Lying them flat on the table, he put both arms on them and put his head on the books, trying to sleep. The teacher yelled at him again for trying to sleep in class, but the foul mood of the teenager got the better of him. "Shut up, would ya'? I'm trying to sleep here." The class turned to him, a little shocked at his outburst. The Guitarist looked back at all of them, noticing that the seat next to him was filled. It wasn't normally filled. He took in the new person setting next to him, a tiny smile escaping him, but only for a second. She was awfully pretty. She had the loveliest chestnut hair, that went down to her shoulders, a nice soft face and was wearing a purple jumper and jeans underneath a subdued light blue robe. He was then distracted by the professor screeching, over at him. "GUITARIST! YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME IN THAT MANNER AND CERTAINLY NOT IN FRONT OF THE NEW CERULEAN CHAPTER STUDENT! DETENTION! FOR A WEEK!" Getting a little cocky with himself, The Guitarist replied back unhappily. "What? In this class, Vintage Vehicles? No way, I think I'll pass. Goodnight." The student then put his head back on his hands, before trying to drift off again. So that was where she was from, the cerulean chapter. He didn't honestly know much about the other chapters, but the robes color certainly suited her. Less than a second later, the student with his head on the book was hauled up from his desk and thrown out of classroom, quite literally. He was then told to stand outside until he had been spoken to.
So there he was. Stood outside his classroom, being chucked out on the first class of the first day back. This was going to be a good year.

Tyler, thankful that his best friend had let him go. However, the manner of his response concerned him. He would have to talk to his friend later -- his friend had answered coldly, and it seemed that something was really bothering him. He knew that the Guitarist would have been happier had Tyler listened to him about the arm, but he really wanted to try to get the Mentalist his money. What had gotten into the Guitarist lately?
He watched his friend sadly walk off. He had wanted to stop him, to ask what was bothering him. However, both boys were going to be late for class. There was no doubt in his mind that he thought he'd get into a little trouble. Still, he wanted to go to class. Tyler had always been a pretty good student, but he also liked to have fun.
Arriving late to the class, he didn't bother trying to knock on the door. He was holding his left arm with his right one, trying to ease the pain and lessen the movement and possible injury to his left arm. However, he had to let it go in order to turn the door knob and push the door open.
He didn't especially like being late, although this wasn't his first time for being late. "I'm sorry I'm late," he told the professor. "I just.....got a little lost."
Not waiting for a response, he quickly sat down in one of the seats in the back of the class. He really hoped he wouldn't get into too much trouble. He was half an hour late. His next class started in only half an hour.
He didn't even bother to check to see who else was in the class.
_________________ Eiougougol's professor glanced from him to Koschei.
"Well, are can you offer any proof of actual injury, Koschei?"
Eiougougol looked in Koschei's direction, a smirk on his face. He was gloating -- he always did whenever something worked out the way that he wanted it to. He knew he'd be reassigned to another class, and wouldn't likely have the opportunity to harass Koschei again. With certain teachers he could get away with things that he wouldn't be able to with others.

"Well, are can you offer any proof of actual injury, Koschei?"
Eiougougol looked in Koschei's direction, a smirk on his face.
Koschei's dark eyes burned hate at Eiougougol. His right hand stroked the side of his face, feeling where the bruise would form.
thump-thump-thump-thump
Using his hand to help conceal the motion, he bit hard at the inside of his cheek. There was a flash of pain, as bone tore flesh.
thump-thump-thump-thump
Without changing his expression, he spat a gobbet of bloody sputum on the floor between himself and Eiougougol.
thump-thump-thump-thump
"Yes," he said, "I can. My own blood."
thump-thump-thump-thump
He stared at the professor. "Now, will you honor my rights as a student in the Prydonian Academy, or must I summon the Chancellary Guard myself?"

The professor let out a sigh, "All right...you summon the Chancellary Guard yourself....I have a class to attend to..." With that, the professor turned his attention back to the class.
Eiougougol's smirk immediately was replaced by a glare. "You liar...I didn't make you bleed. I know I didn't. You're going to be lying to the Chancellary Guard...."
Eiougougol couldn't help it. fear had crept into his voice. _____________________ Tyler sat in class, the pain in his arm distracting him from what he was supposed to be learning. He hadn't come to class just for classes sake. Rather, he wanted to make sure that he was there at third period so that he could talk to the Mentalist.

The professor let out a sigh, "All right...you summon the Chancellary Guard yourself....I have a class to attend to..." With that, the professor turned his attention back to the class.
"Very well, professor," was Koschei's reply. He raised his hand, and activated the communications disk.
Eiougougol's smirk immediately was replaced by a glare. "You liar...I didn't make you bleed. I know I didn't. You're going to be lying to the Chancellary Guard...."
Eiougougol couldn't help it. fear had crept into his voice.
Koschei smiled coldly, letting a little blood trickle from the corner of his mouth. "Will I be? Are you that confident? After forgetting the dispassion of the Time Lords, and mauling me like an animal?"
His eyes locked with Eiougougol's. "Because, whether you're convicted or not, that's what they'll see. When this goes to court, everyone will see an animal. A beast, driven by instinct and emotion."
He let a little more blood trickle from his mouth and wiped it away, enjoying the look of fear on Eiougougol's face. "And you know what that means, don't you? Even with your fathers influence, even if you graduate with honors from the Academy, you will have no future. Because it will be known, publicly, that you cannot control yourself."
A pause. A shrug. "I suppose you might be able to find work as a gardener."
He reached for the activation stud of the communications disk.

Eiougougol raised his voice at Koschei, "Shut up!! You have just insulted me..how dare you!! My father will hear of that. You dare call me an animal?"
In a state of being too scared to do anything, Eiougougol did not try to physically attack Koschei again. He watched in dread as Koschei's finger neared the button to summon the guard.
The professor had been trying to teach a lesson while the two boys continued to get at each other. Irritated, she turned back to Koschei. "Go to the office right now...stop distracting my class!"
There were approximately ten minutes left in class now. Soon it would be the start of second period.
