"Um... question. Who in there right mind would come to you two, if they had in fact kidnapped whoever her is, unless they were.. a: insane, or b: has her somewhere else..." The Phantom trailed off after realizing that she wasn't helping the accused kidnapper's case.
"Actual couldn't you track her down using a Tardis monitor?" She asked, looking at Kos in curiosity.

The Mentalist towered over the prisoner, watching him mutter about how he dared move. He could dare, but, he wouldn't get very far. If he was the start of the chain that led The Mentalist to his dearly loved, it could not be taken from his grasp. He then watched the man cuff himself and throw the keys at the Master. This was odd, this seemed like something he'd do, not other people. "Now, I'm not sure who I am supposed to have 'abducted,' but I haven't met anyone named 'Her' as of late." The Mentalist gave an irritated sigh and felt the urge to haul the prisoner up and toss him around for a bit. But- he'd restrain himself for now. "Mind telling me what I did?" The red-head snapped at him like an angry fish, reverting back to not-very-articulate English. "You took my therapist." He kept a close eye on the prisoner, believing him to be playing dumb now. This man had her- he seemed exactly the type. Shady, dark, idiotic, men like that longed for someone like his therapist. The pretty, well spoken, calm and lovely girl who was too good for him. He knew the thought processes of the kidnapper. He had the same processes in his own head...
At the mention of a TARDIS, The Mentalist's attention moved. They still existed, so, that was the fastest and the most effective way to find her. He smiled and nodded, "Yeah, find her like that. Much easier." The Mentalist kept his smile and wondered why she hadn't said about her TARDIS before. He hoped this one could stand him.

"Actual couldn't you track her down using a Tardis monitor?" She asked, looking at Kos in curiosity.
"That's a great idea!" the Master said, looking over the side of the time ship again. "Phantom, why don't you and the Mentalist take our... our suspect into his TARDIS and put that very plan into motion?" He made a gesture that took in the wrecked timeship. "Meanwhile, I will continue repairs here, in case our suspect here has... oh, I don't know. Adjusted his console, so as not to show where he has hidden her. Or, perhaps, left her somewhere shielded from his sensors."
He smiled, the very picture of helpfulness and reasonableness.

"You took my therapist."
Alec held in a chuckle. "C'mon, is anyone really surprised you need one?"
Maria proposed they find this person using a Tardis. "Have you really not thought about that? Besides, why would I abduct your Physiologist anyway?" he asked, forgetting the missing woman's actual title.
He looked between the Master and the Mentalist, and frowned. Leaning in closer to Maria, he whispered in her ear. "Are these men forcing you to do something?" he backed up, raising his voice, "You pathetic leftovers of a Gastrodon." he jibed at them.
"Why don't you pick on someone your own complexion?" he asked.
"That's a great idea!" the Master said, "Phantom, why don't you and the Mentalist take our... our suspect into his TARDIS and put that very plan into motion?" Alec sighed, turning to the Master. "My name is Alec Harrison, and I have never met his therapist. If you have a physic link, try me." he scowled.
He glared at each of them in turn. "Don't you dare touch my Tardis."

She didn't like this, it was obvious this man wasn't the kidnapper, as far as she was concerned. And now he was starting to get all mixed up in this as well. Then she heard Kos answer her question.
"That's a great idea!" the Master said, "Phantom, why don't you and the Mentalist take our... our suspect into his TARDIS and put that very plan into motion?" He made a gesture that took in the wrecked timeship. "Meanwhile, I will continue repairs here, in case our suspect here has... oh, I don't know. Adjusted his console, so as not to show where he has hidden her. Or, perhaps, left her somewhere shielded from his sensors."
The Phantom really hated herself for suggesting that, but she had really meant it as a theory. She didn't know if that would actually work or not, but who was she to argue. Right?
"Are these men forcing you to do something?" The accused kidnapper whispered in her ear, which caused her to shiver slightly. It wasn't cause of him, just the warm breath on her ear.
Oh how she wanted to nod, say yes, do something that would allow him to know that she wasn't wanting to do this. However, pretty much anything she might say could give them reason to kill her, and she knew that the Mentalist would have no problem with that.
"Hai." She managed to whisper the Japanese word for yes. Maria only hoped that the other two didn't understand it.
"My name is Alec Harrison, and I have never met his therapist. If you have a physic link, try me."[/i] he scowled.
He glared at each of them in turn. "Don't you dare touch my Tardis."[/i]
Her eyes widen slightly from the name in recognition, only to revert back to normal. Maria hoped that the Mentalist, nor Kos noticed that. Or else they might use them against each other. However, inside, she was relieved that he was here, it gave her just a bit of hope.
Though when she saw the glare he had on his face, she averted her eyes, just like the first time they met. So very, very long ago. And once again she was hating her position in this whole matter.

The Mentalist glared down at the strange prisoner. He watched as Alec held in a chuckle. "C'mon, is anyone really surprised you need one?" "Don't tempt me. You are close. I will kick you." Maria proposed they find this person using a Tardis. "Have you really not thought about that? Besides, why would I abduct your Psychologist anyway?" The Mentalist lowered his head to the prisoner's level. He scowled, he could tell exactly why this man would want her. He was just playing dumb. "Must I spell it out?" He paused, choosing his words carefully. "She is a beautiful woman. Not many men would be able to get her but any man would want his way with her. That is my guess." He backed off, going back to stand over him.
The prisoner leaned over the Phantom, whispering in her ear. "Are these men forcing you to do something?" The mentalist was close to hitting this man and hard. The prisoner backed up, raising his voice, "You pathetic leftovers of a Gastrodon. Why don't you pick on someone your own complexion?" he jibed at them.
The Mentalist was about to whack the idiot very hard, but instead, was interrupted by The Master. "That's a great idea!" the Master said, "Phantom, why don't you and the Mentalist take our... our suspect into his TARDIS and put that very plan into motion?" He made a gesture that took in the wrecked time ship. "Meanwhile, I will continue repairs here, in case our suspect here has... oh, I don't know. "My name is Alec Harrison, and I have never met his therapist. If you have a physic link, try me." he scowled. He glared at each of them in turn. "Don't you dare touch my Tardis."
The Mentalist crouched back down, furious at this prisoner. He was so very close to stabbing this guy to death. Red with anger, he got in very close to the prisoner, speaking into his face. "You liar. You stole her from me and you can watch me steal your precious ship." He went to punch the prisoner in the stomach.

Hunkered down in the cockpit of the timeship, the Master did his best to ignore what was going on outside.
"The copper cable is connected to the, flux capacitor," he sang as he worked. "The flux capacitor is connected to the, quantum computer." "The quantum computer is connected to the, oscillation overthruster." "Now hear the word of the Master..."
So far, so good. The copper cable wouldn't carry the full load required for long, but it would last long enough. Now, if the Mentalist would just stay amused with the others for a few more minutes, maybe he'd be able to get out of here.

"Must I spell it out?"
Alec grinned, nodding.
"She is a beautiful woman. Not many men would be able to get her but any man would want his way with her. That is my guess."
"So she's stuck up?" Alec inquired innocently.
This only served to make the Mentalist angry, who looked as though he wanted to pile-drive Alec.
"I already have someone. I don't need some backwater old fossil of yours," he said, irritated, "But I'm sure she's the most beautiful woman you've ever met!" Which can't be saying much...
This man obviously didn't like his excuses. "You liar. You stole her from me and you can watch me steal your precious ship."
Alec's face contorted in fury. The punch knocked him back, and he couldn't lie, it hurt. But he was back and straightened up again. This man was standing here- just as angry as he was -accusing him of something he hadn't done. "My ship is all I've got," he half-shouted, then jabbed his shackled are in Marie's direction, "And her, but if you've been treating her anything like you've been treating me she has to be worse off."
He pointed his thumb to himself. "I said I had someone, I lied." he assured the burly red-head.
He sighed. To this man, Alec had taken someone he deeply cared for. He found it easier to forgive him. "But if it's a stress-relief for you, hit me again." he dared.
Of course, he wouldn't actually allow this freak to pound him again, he wasn't stupid. "What's your name?" it was more a demand than a question, and more of a statement than anything else.

The Phantom could really feel her nerves getting to her, as she tried to think of a way to distract the Mentalist without pissing him off more then he already was. Silently she took a couple deep breaths, slowly calming herself down, as she tightened her grip on her lazer screwdriver.
It didn't take long for her to notice that the gap in between Alec and the Mentalist, showed part of the ship's console that Kos was working on. That might work, all she'd have to so was make it seem like an accident, while managing to possibly hit the console with a blast from her lazer.
Maria knew that once she did that, she was most likely going to be a likely target for the two. However, it was better then some of the other ideas that went through her mind.
Loosening the grip on her screwdriver to the point where it could easily slip through her fingers, she let it fall. Trying to grab it with shaky hands, while managing to hit the button that fired a lazer bolt at "Kos's" ship console. Maria flinched as stood up straight holding her screwdriver close to her, a frightened expression on her face.
"S-sorry... S-slipped.." She apologized quietly, as she tried to calm her breathing once again.

"So she's stuck up?" Alec inquired innocently. This was obviously the wrong thing to say. Alec obviously wanted to wind the Mentalist up- and he was doing a fine job of it. He was pushing all of the wrong buttons on the Mentalist. Pushing all the right ones if he wanted to make him angry.
Of course, The Mentalist didn't realize Alec was just trying to annoy him. He just walked into it. Snapping round, he thrust his fist into the prisoner's face again, clearly offended. "NO! WRONG! IDIOT!" he screeched. The red head gave him a slapping once again, for good measure. "She is selective with who she likes. She is allowed- there are plenty queuing up for her." he muttered, slightly calmer now.
It didn't last long, Alec's arrogance wearing away the thin spider web of docility. "I already have someone. I don't need some backwater old fossil of yours! But I'm sure she's the most beautiful woman you've ever met!" The Mentalist leaned back down to his level, getting back into Alec's face again. "Then if you clearly have someone so much better than her, give mine back to me! Greedy toclafane." The sarcasm dripped like hot wax off of his tongue. He had very little time for this man, the only reason he was still alive was because he had his interest in his grasp. The moment she was back in his arms, this guy would be dead. "My ship is all I've got," he half-shouted, then jabbed his shackled are in Marie's direction, "And her, but if you've been treating her anything like you've been treating me she has to be worse off." A sly smile crept across the Mentalist's face. A weak spot had been spotted. His line of sight went to the woman. "So, she's yours, is she?" He gave a laugh. "Is that the best you could get? You clearly don't aim high." Poking the handcuffed lump on the ground, he teased it. He took Alec's lie in his stride. "I'll make sure to steal both, since they mean so very much to you. And, I don't believe that- not for a second. You've got her."
There was a momentary pause. "But if it's a stress-relief for you, hit me again." the prisoner dared. he smirked. "Of course. How rude of me not to take an open invitation." He went to take a swing at the kidnapper, but was interrupted by a question that sounded suspiciously like a demand. "What's your name?" He scowled. "None of your business punch-bag."
He wasn't stupid enough to give out his name. This man clearly didn't recognize him, but no matter. He could kill him without a name. It was strange to think that nearly everyone knew of him and that so few knew his birth name. She knew. He'd told her. She'd told him. A secret. Her name was the prettiest one he'd heard and the way she said his drove him crazy. The way it rolled off her lips; he wanted to cover them with his own-
He was quickly broken from his train of thought by a small explosion, coming from The Master's machine he was working on. He heard a meek voice whisper and apology, but it didn't stand. There had been a blast from a laser screwdriver, it was hers. Reacting badly, as always, The Mentalist stomped over to her, grabbing her by the t-shirt and snatched the screwdriver from her hands. He mumbled. "Of course it was." He launched the screwdriver and threw it a good 50 meters away. She wouldn't be having that.

Outside the cockpit, the bickering and shouting gave clear indicators of getting ready to transform into violence. The Master grinned. No matter what else happened, this would clear up at least one problem.
And then a laser beam deflected off the canopy and straight into the console. It sparked and smoked, and made a pitiful wining sound. Enraged, he stood up.
"Which one of you fools-!" he started, then stopped as he observed the scene before him. The latest Time Lord to arrive was laying handcuffed on the ground, and the Mentalist was getting ready to, at best, beat his canary half to death. He cleared his throat.
"My dear Mentalist? I will have an easier time finding... her, if my Lady the Phantom is unharmed."

Alec was on the ground, his eyes tightly shut. He had been slammed more than a few times, but he was going to ignore it as best he could.
The insults, the kicking, he could just wish it away.
Until he heard the sound of a blast, and quickly understood as he heard Marie's apology. The sound of footsteps, the pounding against the ground, and finally, the Mentalist grabbing the Phantom and ridding her of the Lazer Screwdriver.
His eyes snapped open.
This time, the big bad wolf had gone too far. No one- not any large excuse if a Timelord -was allowed to lay a finger on Marie. He heard the other Timelord make an objection, but he figured this guy wasn't a big listener.
He knew he would probably get beat literally to death, but he was okay with that. Maybe he could put a dent in the Mentalist big enough to get him away from Marie for good.
Alec was on his feet in seconds, sliding notches on the cheap, trick handcuffs and letting them drop to the ground. He sprinted at the Mentalist, shoving his way between the two. With a yell, his fist launched itself into the Mentalist's face, with all the strength he could muster up.
He delivered a kick into the Mentalist's chest, his fury growing. He wasn't done yet, he leaped off the ground, feeling a supernatural anger fill him up, empowering him. He doubled up his hands, bringing them together as a wrecking ball made of his fists.
It might've taken down a lesser man, and he knew the Mentalist was not. He kept on with his fists, more controlled and powerful. He hadn't been this angry in decades. He wasn't stopping, either, he kept launching himself at the man, mostly trying to hit his face and chest.
He was going for the kill.
(Technically, none of these have to hit. It'd just be nice. ;] )

The Phantom watched as the Mentalist grabbed her by her shirt and pulled her screwdriver from her hands. Only to toss it away from her as she struggled. She desperately wanted to get away from the crazed Time lord. ... It didn't take long until her wish, silent plead, which ever you want to call it; was granted.
Maria soon found herself back on the hard cement, her head dizzy from the stress of it all. She struggled to focus as she looked for where her screwdriver was thrown, wanting it so she could help Alec against the Mentalist. Running over to it, before coming to a complete stop when she saw where it was.
Right by Kos, who didn't look particularly happy at that moment.
"S-so, how's the ship?" Maria asked even though she already knew.

After he'd picked the woman up by her t-shirt and toss the screwdriver, he'd not paid any attention to the prisoner. He'd let his guard down. That was always a bad move.
Within seconds the prisoner had freed himself, sprinted over, and shoved his way between the two. With a yell, his fist launched itself into the Mentalist's face, with all the strength he could muster up. The Mentalist blinked and soon after, a fist contacted with his face. Then, soon after, the (ex) prisoner delivered a kick into the Mentalist's chest. The Mentalist, thrown completely off, spat out a line of blood upon contact.
The prisoner wasn't done yet, he leaped off the ground, feeling a supernatural anger fill him up, empowering him. He doubled up his hands, bringing them together as a wrecking ball made of his fists.
It contacted again. The Mentalist was left dazed and confused. He spat out more blood and didn't fight back. He let the prisoner continued to throw him about.

To the Master's surprise, the Mentalist went down like a sack of bleeding potatoes as the mystery Time Lord beat him like a drum.
"Ah, well. Perhaps I don't need to worry about you damaging her, then." He waved at the brawlers. "Carry on."
And then he noticed the Phantom, staring at the... was that a laser screwdriver? Yes, yes it was. He picked it up, examining it closely, glancing between it and the Phantom with a curious little smile.
"Interesting," he said.
