(Well, looks like I'll post. Was waiting for Dan, but...)
Swaying unsteadily on his feet, The Mentalist let out a long breath. It was still a bit difficult to walk, a little bit of numbness left in places. Trying to loosen himself up of a bit, he grabbed his head and tilted it sideways until there was a crunch. Letting it bounce back into place, he then pulled back his shoulders and felt the joint click. All was working, it was just a bit stiff.
Smirking slyly, The Mentalist turned his head back around to fix his sights on the human lying on the ground, his hand tightening into a fist. A few minutes was up and this little gang was set to leave, which meant the humans time alive was up too. He'd promised The Master he'd get rid of this... thing before they left.
Hobbling over to the human and leaning over it, a few words were muttered to the group behind him. "Let me just get rid of this thing first. Then we shall drink to this new... arrangement between you and I." His smirk vanished and he fell silent. Unsparingly, he stepped onto the chest of the human, one foot resting on the human's fragile little ribs and the other hooked under the humans chin. He looked down at the human, the chest not rising and falling very easily now with his weight on it. "Tsk tsk. Your species ignorance and laziness has brought you death, how unfortunate. Never mind though, someone will fill your spot quick enough, you weren't all that special." The madman was just taunting the human now, like the sick man he was. His lack of care and compassion made him a near insufferable person to be around.
Adjusting the force, The Mentalist forced the humans chin as far back as the spine would allow and waited for a satisfying crack. Humans were like old china dolls. They broke too easily.

((Hope it's ok if I join in.))
The Phantom watched silently from the shadows, as chaos seemed to unfold. She felt pity for the man who was unconscious on the ground, and annoyance with the Mentalist. She almost wondered if she should interfere and save the human, or watch him die.
"Well this is something I might regret. Maybe..." The Phantom muttered to herself as she ran foward, hoping to get close enough to knock the Mentalist off of the man. As she got closer, she jumped at him, her knees were close to her stomach for leverage. She grabbed onto the Mentalist's arm, pulling him down off the man and to the hard ground. The Phantom let go after they both were close to the street path, rolling at the last second to avoid extensive damage.
She stood up straight, as she walked over to the human, standing in front of him in a defensive position. She glared down at the mentalist, the anger obvious in her dark sea-green eyes.

Out of nowhere, a flash of color launched itself at The Mentalist. It caught his attention, right out of the corner of his eye, but it was a second too late. He only had to blink to miss it.
A hand grabbed his arm, which was by his side, and hauled him down the ground. The red-head could do nothing. He'd been caught off guard.
As his face smacked against the ground, he shut his blue eyes. He felt his nose contact first, a searing pain then rushing between his eyes. His forehead was next and the rest of him followed soon after. Skidding for a few seconds, the red-head came to a stop a few meters away, face down.
He lay on the pavement for a few seconds, completely still and silent. He'd bitten the dust, quite literally. It didn't taste all that nice. After a few seconds, he started to breathe again. His chest rose and fell, a small sound coming from his muffled mouth. "heh...haha...hahaha..." His arms then moved, pushing himself up. He got up to his knees and his voice could be heard. The classic maniacal grin was spread over his face, a little bit of blood running from a small slit in his forehead. This short girl was a bit of fun. He'd play with her for a little while, he was in the mood. His grin stayed put as he laughed louder. "HaHAahAHahAHha! VERY GOOD!" Wiping the blood off of his forehead with the back of his hand, he snarled and licked his top lip, pointing at her. "I like you. You're funny... actually. You smell funny." Pausing, he smelled the air. "You smell like my species. Except, you're wearing perfume..." Shrugging casually, he took up a fighting stance himself. Now he would show his true colors. It was time to let out the bloodthirsty animal inside of him. Smirking, he spoke. "I promised an old friend I wouldn't hit girls... Shame you're too short to be one. Alright then, come on. If you've been stupid enough to hit me, The Mentalist, one of most murderous men in this entire universe and the next, you can have the first shot. Come on!"
He met her sea-green eyes with a pair of bright blue ones. The clarity of his eyes was astounding, considering how cluttered his thoughts were. His aim was true, however. Hit to kill. if she had read her history books, a good few things should have been running through her head. An escape route should have been one.
The Mentalist looked back to the Master, rolling his eyes. "Pardon me. Looks like I'll take a little longer to get rid of our two friends here. Sorry to cause you some trouble, I was quite looking forward to that drink." he turned back to girl. "You'd better make this quick, little brat."

The Phantom watched as the Mentalist slow stood up, laughing as he did. She knew this was going to be trouble from the beginning, ever since she decided to intervine she knew. Now she had to come up with the righ plan, not the perfect plan, those always seem to fail in the end, but the right plan. Oh she had several.
"I promised an old friend that I wouldn't hit a girl... Shame you're too short to be one."
The Phantom's left eyelid twitch at the short comment. It was true though, she was shorter than most people, she may not enjoy it, but it did have it's advantages. Some which she might use later on.
"Alright then, come on. If you've been stupid enough to hit me, The Mentalist, one of most murderous men in this universe and the next, you can have the first shot. Come on." He seemed to be trying to taunt her, trying to get her to come close enough to were he could do excessive damaged.
"Do you really believe I'm that thick, Mentalist?" She asked annoyed with his additude, her mind already thinking of a way to get the unconscious human out of harms way. "What do you take me for? A naive child?"
She knew that she could easily escape with the small transport clip that was in her pants pocket. However, that would mean leaving the man behind with the madman, and that wouldn't be the best idea for what she had already done. The only thing she could do was put the Transport clip on him and activate it to transport it to her TARDIS. Which unforunately wasn't near by.
"I've read about you Mentalist. I know what you've done, what your doing, and what you will be doing..." She started, her lips forming into a sly smirk. "Though... that won't be much, if my information is correct."
She had left room to be interpretated, mainly to at least put him on edge. The Phantom slid both her hands into her pockets, her fingers feeling the transportor clip in anticipation, as she began to sway on the balls of her feet. As if waiting for something, anything to happen.
"You know, that with a rise there will be a fall." The Phantom stated in Gallifrayian. "And normally those that are tall, will fall the very greatest of them all."
She waited in silence as she kept her eyes on him, making sure to take note of the others, as her mind raced. So far.. Stalling seemed to be working... So far...

The Master massaged the bridge of his nose. "Unbelievable," he muttered. "Simply unbelievable."
First, the timeship and the Piroticean. All right, he could accept that. Coincidence did happen, from time to time.
Then the Mentalist turned up. Straining the bounds of probability, certainly - particularly since the Doctor had been so convinced all the others were dead. But he could accept that.
And then the human, who might or might not be the Doctor's brother. That was beginning to get absurd.
And now... Now some teenage girl had just tackled and thrown the Mentalist. Enough was enough.
"Pardon me. Looks like I'll take a little longer to get rid of our two friends here. Sorry to cause you some trouble, I was quite looking forward to that drink."
"Take your time," the Master answered. "It isn't as if we're standing in the middle of a street, only a few blocks from an apparent terrorist attack, with witnesses and emergency response everywhere."
Children. He was dealing with children.
Dan started to speak. The Master jammed his MAT into the base of the Piroticean's skull, and he twitched and fell to the ground. "There. Now let's see what I can make of this pathetic wreck."
He climbed up into the cockpit, trying to ignore the voices behind him. He had a TARDIS waiting for him, if he could just repair this piece of primitive junk. It wouldn't carry him a hundred trillion years into the future, but it would get him far enough to have better odds of finding something that would. Tapping at the console, he managed to bring up a diagnostic readout. "This must be a joke," he said in disbelief. "A subquantum gyrotwistor? I didn't think anybody used those."
"Alright then, come on. If you've been stupid enough to hit me, The Mentalist, one of most murderous men in this universe and the next, you can have the first shot. Come on."
He could feel a headache coming on. "Just stab her, already, please. A few times, if you feel the need." He skimmed over the diagnostic. "Hull integrity at 66% - not bad. Gellar fields operational... unbelievable. Gellar fields. This is what comes of trying to ape your betters with purely electromechanical technology."
"Do you really believe I'm that thick, Mentalist?" The woman replied with an air of annoyance. "What do you take me for? A naive child?"
"No," the Master muttered to the console. "Just a dead one." He finished the diagnostic. It proved to be far less serious than it looked. "Really, it's just a matter of relinking some control circuits, and rerouting a few power feeds. I could be underway in less than an hour."
"You know, that with a rise there will be a fall." The Phantom stated in Gallifrayian. "And normally those that are tall, will fall the very greatest of them all."
"Yes, yes," he muttered, pulling open the navigational console. "The Deca stand beneath the sun, and will fight until all are one. One of the rambling prophecies of the Sisterhood of the Sacred Flame..."
His voice trailed away as the import of what the Phantom said worked its way through his distracted mind. I can't have just heard that. He poked his head out of the cockpit, watching the two square off. "Excuse me," he said in Gallifreyan as well. "Before the two of you recommence trying to kill each other, I am moved to ask: did I hear you speak in a real language? Not the bestial barking grunts of this loathsome speck of dirt, but a real language?"

"Excuse me."
The Phantom heard The Master speak in Gallifreyan, causing her to turn her head towards him. She began to dread the position she was in at the moment.
One Time Lord, simple enough to get away from... Two, that's a whole different story. She was mentally cursing her own luck in this situation, as she listened to what he had to say.
"Before the two of you recommence trying to kill each other, I am moved to ask: did I hear you speak in a real language? Not the bestial barking grunts of this loathsome speck of dirt, but a real language?"
"Yes." She answered still talking in Gallifreyan, making sure to keep an eye on the Mentalist just in case. "You did. I don't have to tell you which language it is, considering you know it already. If you don't mind me asking... Who are you? .. Well I mean which Time Lord are you?"

The Mentalist's attention flitted between the two people in his presence.
This kid in front of him was a real tease. Her fake future statement had only made The Mentalist roll his eyes, he had a lot of fight left in him. A lot of guts still had to be spilled by his hands. Though, the two conversing was starting to annoy him. The Master had said he could stab her. The Mentalist was keen on doing that- he'd only restrained himself out of politeness and the fact that there was a nearby terrorist attack. Stabbing wouldn't have been a smart move but he loved nothing more than it. Tapping his foot impatiently, his hands went to his hips and in English, he muttered, "Oh la-de-da-de-da. Ugh, unnecessary words. I'm feeling a serious need to stab something now, that's not a good need!" He ground his teeth and growled until he spat out in anger, "SHUT UP YOU TWO!"
He was about to spring at her when he realized the language being spoken. No wonder she smelled funny. She was one of them- a Gallifreyan! She spoke high Gallifreyan too, it took a long while to master that language. That would have meant she was either insanely smart or a Time-Lady. He didn't think either were possible, he thought most of his kind were dead. The Master showing up was impossible. This was just insane! He turned to both, joining in the conversation. "Hold on. I have not heard this language in a long time." He scowled, hearing her question. "No, no. We'll ask the questions here lady. I know now, I was an idiot to tell you who I was. So, if we'll be fair, be stupid enough to tell us who you are." He kept his stance, smiling and pointed at The Master. "And trust me, you don't want to know who he is."
-*-*- A voice in deep space snickered. A pair of eyes gazed down from the dark Calabi-Yau space, as black as night. Of all the many worlds to have watched, there was always something going on in this one. Whether is was their human forms wandering around, whether it was a visit from a former champion, Time's one no less, she could always count on something. A Time Lord was always on Earth. Taking in the scene on earth, she smiled. This was the jackpot! Four living, breathing Time Lords in the same area! There were another two still hiding away as well! Six Time Lords- oh they were her favorite toys! Such complex little beings. So easy to trick, so easy to turn off course, so easy to mess around with. Yes, they were beautiful little toys, the Guardians had been kind to her! She smirked down at the scene. "My my. Look at them all. My two favorite boys have a few new friends!" A pause was taken, before another thought came out. The malice was evident. "They better play nicely though. I want to watch this and I don't want the numbers to go down quite yet. After all, the Time War wiped out a good few of them, I don't have so many left now." She cackled again. "I better pay them a visit during dream-time. Remind them that I'm still here and that they stick by my rules." Pausing thoughtfully, she kept the sadistic mindset. "I wonder what the next move will be and I wonder who will say hello next. After all, they're quite the group. The Master, The Doctor, The Hunter, The Phantom, The Mentalist and The Psychologist, all together. I wonder if that stupid Guitarist will come along too. I'd like to see the end of him. Waste of space that one, not even slightly entertaining. Still, there's a lot of history between this group..." Pausing, she smirked. "I can't wait to see how this turns out."
Death would enjoy this round.

"Well..." She started in Gallifreyan. "You see.. I doubt you both would even know who I am, even if I did tell you my name."
She took the small transportor out of her pockets, concealing it with both hands. Setting it cordinates to inside her TARDIS, tough it still would have to have it's center pressed for the transportation to commence, as she continued. "In fact, I don't even know if anybody from Gallifrey would know my name. I wasn't all that noticeable."
She gave a light grin as she started remembering her time at the academy. How easy it was for her to observe how the others would act, seeing what little quirks they had, and learning from their mistakes. As she bent down towards the human, clipping the transporter on him, then pressing the center, causing him to disappear from the danger, and reappearing into her ship.
"Now that he's out of the way..." She gave them both a sly smirk as she started to introduce herself. "Hello, I'm the Phantom. And I understand if you don't know who I am."

He watched the exchange between the Mentalist and the new arrival with some interest, acknowledging the killer's "And trust me, you don't want to know who he is" with a smile and a cheery wave.
"The... Phantom, you say?"
No, that didn't ring any bells. He shrugged. That really didn't matter.
"Well then. You and the Mentalist have already been introduced - and I'm still trying to decide if you are amazingly brave or amazingly foolish for having tackled him the way you did."
He paused a beat. "I'm leaning towards foolish, though," he said with a laugh. "As for me, you may call me Kos Mwinyi."
He looked down at the controls, then back up. "Incidentally, would either of you happen to have about a meter of neutronic fiber on your persons?"

"Not on me, but I think I have some in my..." She stopped midsentence as she gave the Master a curious look. "Kos, I'm curious about to why you need the neutronic fiber?"
Thankfully she had stopped herself before she talked about her Tardis. Though she wouldn't have minded helping her own kind, it was just that she wasn't too sure of what might happen if she did. Also the fact that the Mentalist was quite unstable if provoked, or under stress... Well she could only hope she could make it out alive.
Then there was this 'Kos Mwinyi', he was intellegent, dangerous, and possibly insane. Yet she would like a chance to figure him out. Still, she knew something was off, something she couldn't quite place. Not yet, anyways.

The Mentalist continued to watch the exchange with great interest. Things had taken a very unusual turn.
He could deduce one thing. This woman was strange, almost impossible. How had she survived the last great Time War?! It had time-locked nearly every single Gallifreyan in existence and those who were important or clever enough to escape, did so. She didn't seem like she was either. He was puzzled at this woman and she announced her name, it failed to help.
He replied to her comments, "The Phantom... I haven't heard of you, you don't seem familiar. I haven't killed you before. Oh well. First time for everything-" He nearly lunged at her as she clipped something onto the human he'd been standing on. As the human vanished, he found it incredibly difficult not to grab her throat. Outraged, he raised his voice, and nearly his fist, to her. "What do you think that you're doing?! Give me back that human, now, before I snap your neck. You are incredibly foolish."
He turned to The Master, picking up the disguise name. It was pretty regular in terms of alien names. As he asked if anyone had a meter of neutronic fiber, The Mentalist raised and eyebrow and stared in disbelief, jaw dropping a little bit. The Master was serious... "Kos, I have not had a decent meal for about a year now. Forgive me if I say that stealing a meter of neutronic fiber was not high on my to-do list. So, no, I don't have any."
He turned back to the girl. He stared at her intently, fidgeting with his hands. She was as good as dead. The minute she was off guard, he'd strike her down. His hands would have some fresh new blood, they'd been stale for so long. He missed the sticking feeling of warm blood. He glared at her, "So, where's my human? Bring him back here Phantom, do as you're told."

"I can't... I can't bring him back and I can't tell you where he is." The Phantom replied quietly, accidently letting the sudden fear appear in her voice. Her eyes widened as she heard the anger in his voice, causing her to took a couple steps backwards. Her hearts were starting to pound against her ribcage, as she was trying to get more room between her and the inraged Timelord. "It-.. It's only one way."
She could remember the first time she felt scared, in front of the untempered skism at the age of eight. Compared to how she felt right now, that day was nothing. Now she was trying to figure out an escape plan that would actually work, while staying out of the Mentalist's reach.

The Mentalist gave an ice cold glare to the girl. His eyes narrowed, the bright blue color glinting in the light, as if they were knife edges. She was unbelievably stupid. It really did make him wonder how she had survived the Time War, with that kind of attitude and lack of control. Lowering his body a little, he muttered. "Don't know where he went, you have to be kidding... Alright, I get it. You want to play around for a bit. Okay, a bit stupid but yeah, if you want. I'll ask you again, where did you put that human?" Raising his hand, he pointed at her. "And don't you dare give me any of that 'I don't know' cr*p..."
He grinned as he noticed the fear in her voice. His teeth bared, the yellow of his incisors made him look particularly menacing. They were animal like. A few scars started to peek over the top of his shirt as he undid a button and took a few steps forward, to close the gap she'd made between them. He spoke again, "It doesn't matter if it's only one-way. I'll just go and find him, no big deal. Same with you. If you even think about running now, I will find you. I promise. I'll pin you down. I'll tear out both of your hearts and that's just for starters." He smirked. "Seemed to work with The Lord President anyway." That would scare her. It would scare anyone- even though he'd only managed to get one of the Lord President's hearts out before he'd been wrestled off by the guards. He called it pay back, for locking him up in Shada for a few years and for dancing with his therapist. That had been a fun party! Though, afterward was not pleasant. Shada had been very rough, even by his standards. The Mentalist still had the scars from there. He wondered if Kos had spent any time there. Maybe once upon a time, in a different regeneration.
Awaiting a further move by The Phantom, he readied himself to move and attack, if needed.

"Wait... You've seen the Lord President? When was this?" The Phantom asked slight confusion was obvious in her voice along with hinted annoyance. "If it was recently, then why hasn't anyone responded to that distress signal I sent out awhile ago. I mean it's not that hard send somebody over here."
She had no idea about the Time War, or what had happened to her planet. "Well this is great... just great." Her tone went to complete irratation. "Is it too much to ask for a little help? Honestly, I sware sometimes I don't understand the high council."

The Mentalist gave the girl an odd look. It was obvious that she had no idea what was going on. She didn't have a clue. He turned back to face Kos and frowned. "Kos, are you hearing this?
He turned back to her, looking oddly at her. He did not notice but at that point, his shadow flickered slightly, twisting it's shape without reason. It writhed a little and the red head felt a twinge in his neck. His head began to thump and he grimaced. Speaking, now a little more broken than before, he muttered. "Tell me... where have you been these past 300 years? Do... you really think that the High Council... is still out there, considering that I'm roaming about? You think that the council would... let all of this happen?" Before she could answer, he shot back. "NO! OF COURSE THEY WOULDN'T! THEY'RE DEAD!" His head dropped, his hand going for it. His eyes closed and his voice became a quiet murmur. Even speaking of the council sent him reeling. He could not cope. The Time War had been dreadful, not even he could find any joy in killing during it. It had become meaningless sport during those times. Get up- get killed- regenerate- take out a few Daleks- die again- sleep - repeat. He'd been driven even more crazy by the constant blood lust and blood loss.
His lip trembled a little and he murmured. "Ugh... I've wound myself up too much." Pausing, he then bit his lip. His head was roaring, the static noise becoming louder, like he was going to faint. "Sorry Kos. Drinks later. Going to sleep for now. Let me know what he did when I come back around..."
Now his infamous other self was coming out to play.
