Zero looked at the several dead bodies around him. Then at the policemen surrounding him. He gently placed the long twisted sword on the floor before him and raised his bloodstained hands up above his head. He waited a few seconds before opening his mouth to speak.
"Now, I know what this must look like ..." He said, carefully, knowing he was treading on thin ice "But I am not responsible for this ..."

The professor had landed his tardis about 30 feet away from the man. He stepped out, in his usual outfit. He sniffed the air, and smiled as he knew this place was not toxic. He saw a man in trouble and he thought he should help him out. He went to the man and he said "Sorry about him. He's my brother, and he some times can be a psycho." The professor looked at the man and said telepathically Just play along.

"Yeah tell them I'm unstable, that'll work a treat," Zero thought back.
Nevertheless he played along.
"Yes," Zero agreed "Yeah he's my brother," he realised they didn't look sufficiently similar and decided to fill in the gaps "Half-brother ... different mother,"
A police officer turned to the new Time Lord and aimed the gun at him.
"What's your name?" He ordered, his voice weighed down by a heavy Welsh accent.

The professor thought fast and said "Kotan. Kotan walker. My half brother has pills at our home, and i can give them to him. That way he can stop being unstable." The professor scratched his head and smiled.

( just so you guys know...we don't have a First Doctor yet....but you can still post here. Hopefully we'll get one soon. Also, if you have your characters travel to Gallifrey, then some of them won't be born yet, probably. Gallifrey is unlike other planets -- you can only visit Gallifrey during Gallifrey's time frame -- so in this board Gallifrey time is during the First Doctor. If your characters aren't around during the First Doctor's lifetime, they won't be able to go to Gallifrey)

Tylerhathan happened to be on vacation from work this particular week. His boss, Emmehujidat had given him some vacation time. Tylerhathan knew that this wouldn't be something that his boss would normally do, at least not to benefit Tylerhathan. Whatever the reason, it must have been because Emmehujidat hadn't wanted him on Gallifrey.
Tylerhathan hadn't gotten much of a chance to visit other planets lately, and therefore, this was the perfect opportunity to do so. Not that he particularly trusted Emmehujidat, but there were other Time Lords at home who could look into the matter. For now, he would just enojoy his freedom.
It was while he was deep in thought that he came across a scene -- it looked like a crime scene. Out of sheer interest, Tylerhathan stood there, trying to figure out what might have happened.

((The General's first visit to Earth, exciting!))
The General liked this place, the Doctor had spoken of it, the few times he had contacted the Doctor since he left.
He called it Earth, the Time Lords and other 'fancy' people called it Sol 3, but The General liked the name Earth better, it had a nice ring to it.
The General had ran off, I bet Emmehujidat was mad, actually, that's what he was planning, so that was actually a good thing, he did say he didn't need me.
He knew there was another Time Lord, close, but he didn't exactly know where, he walked along, until he could hear police sirens, he walked to the sirens, and saw the scene of the crime, he looked up, and saw Tylerhathan across the other side of the scene, he also saw two other Time Lords, being talked to by a police officer, he turned to Tylerhathan.
What are you doin' here? Emmehujidat doesn't usually give out vacations, actually he never gives out vacations He thought.

Tylerhathan glanced in the direction of another Time Lord. Taken aback a bit, he received the General's message. He sent one of his own back.
"I didn't know that this planet was going to become a second Gallifrey, or I would have probably chosen another location. I'm here because....well....Emmehujidat DID give me a vacation....the reason for it is a mystery to me, but nonetheless, I'm here. I could ask you the same question, though. What are you doing on this planet?"
Tylerhathan continued to keep an eye on the crime seen.

I ran, Emmy went psycho on me, you know how he gets, said for me to get out, so I did. The General smiled, he deserved it.
We're gonna have to get him out somehow. turning his head in the direction of Zero.

The professor wanted to figure out a way to get out of this. He kept thinking on what he could do to help this time lord out of this situation.

Tylerhathan glanced at the General, a somewhat shocked expression on his face.
"Wait...you want to help a criminal? Besides, it looks like he is already getting help....has a friend there.....sounds like the fellow is a bit mad....so then, what more can we do?" he sent the General telepathically.
He didn't want to unnecessarily get tangled up in Earth justice and whatnot. It didn't look like an alien invasion or that the person was being harmed in any way.

"I should probably explain what happened," Zero said to everyone, the policemen and the various Time Lords having a psychic conversation "Well you see, I was just walking down the street when I saw a group of people having a party and then this ... huge ... guy jumped out,"
"When I say "guy"," Zero informed the other Time Lords through his mind "I mean a huge Hoix with,"
"... and stabbed them all with that sword," Zero coughed a little and closed his book, he didn't want his first regeneration to be at the hands of some human policemen.

The professor said "Well, i really think that you should let me take my brother back to our house. That way i can give him his pills, and he will be stable again." He was trying to help now, wishing this scenario hadn't happened.

Tylerhathan narrowed his eyes as he looked at these two men. So they were Time Lords as well? They had to be.
After all, one of them had just telepathically addressed him. He couldn't say that he knew these particular Time Lords, but then he didn't know everyone on Gallifrey.
He had received the General's comment and sent back, "Well, wait....I didn't realize you had much contact with Emmehujidat.....he told you to get out....get out of what.....Gallifrey? Something else? Perhaps he is planning something.....do you suppose that he could have told these other two Time Lords to leave Gallifrey as well?"

Zero sighed, they were all communicating telepathically filling the street with an awkward uneasy silence.
"I HOPE THAT I'M NOT INTERRUPTING ANYONE!" Zero shouted into their heads "But, I happen to be surrounded by armed policemen, there's a ravenous Hoix on the loose and several Time Lords landed in the exact same place,"
He held up a Sonic Screwdriver and several of the policemen snapped back to attention and took aim at Zero.
"I suggest, psychokinetic disruptor field, we all sync our minds together, fire any sonic stuff we have at maximum volume and shout "Boo!" at the top of our lungs," He informed them, already trying to link to their minds together "Should distract them long enough for us to run off and get someone to deal with this Hoix don't you think?"
