After listening to these individuals silently for awhile and wondering just how many times her dad had been the victim of various cloning procedures, and listening to everyone prattle about DNA, genetic codes, and contaminating the reproductive source of these beings that everyone seemed to feel could mean the destruction of this planet, Jenny knew without a doubt that she was not being left behind.
“I’m going,” she said grabbing the Dalek elimination weapon and slipping it and herself into the vehicle muttering, “Just in case.” She knew her father disliked weapons, guns seemed to be an especially touchy subject with him but if this thing was the only thing that could take them out then it should not be left behind when it could be used to help defend those who would have to find a way to carry out the growing plan of Dalek contamination.

Owen reply 12/20/2010 Owen slid in the passenger side and put his seat belt on. Owen thought this was odd because Owen rather be the one to drive. He let Bryan do the driving. Least it was not his blue sports car.
“You do know…it would be more fun?” Owen told Bryan. He pulled out his gun and checked. Not looking at Bryan, “You not bad for Torchwood, Bryan.”
Bryan got into the drivers' side and got his seat belt on. He looked at Owen, a bit taken off guard by what he said. "Thanks, Owen." He glanced back at Jenny. He really would rather she didn't come, but it wasn't like he was going to be able to stop her, and she had the anti-Dalek weapon. He looked forward, started the SUV, and took off for the address that the computer came up with.

Owen wanted Jenny to carry the Dalek elimination gun. He nodded to Jenny. Owen hated feeling dead. He missed the heart beating against his chest when he was worried. He had no heart beat so he felt nothing. He decided to be silent and just ran things through his head. He was trying to run ideas through his head. “Insert a sigh,” Owen said as he shifted in his seat.

The Valeyard ignored the Doctor's look at his weapon. He wasn't stupid enough to walk into a Dalek fleet unarmed. If the Doctor wanted to sacrifice himself in such a silly way it would be up to him. But he couldn’t expect everyone else to follow after him. He moved fully out glancing at the sky and pointing his sonic up, it glowed brightly red. He read the reading and sighted, the Daleks were moving fast, they needed to hurry before they were too close to the Earth.
“There is something wrong here, I know this Daleks. They don’t go around in simply one fleet, they always travel in large groups. Daleks don’t just randomly show up or get lost. This ship, something must have made it come, force it called it?”
The Valeyard knew about the Daleks enough from the Doctor and his own memories that this didn’t made sense. Daleks were to kin for survival, this pure Dalek even more so. To put themselves in the open without backup didn’t sound like the creatures that would destroy words to keep themselves. He started at this Doctor, he couldn’t place from where he was. But he was traveling alone so that probably meant between his companion Martha and Donna or after Donna had left.
“How deep into your time line are you Doctor? The metacrisis little accident has already happened right? One of their little ships survived, they carried some little Dalek DNA with them. Pure Dalek DNA actually, that’s how this one came to be.”

Bryan was a bit confused by that remark, but he focused his mind more on driving. Luckily the abandoned knife company wasn't too far from the Hub. Soon the pulled up to where the Doctor, the General, and now the Valeyard were all standing. He kept his comment to himself as he parked the SUV and got out, remembering Jenny was in the back.

In response to the Valeyard's question, the Doctor nodded. "Yes, well, the metacrisis did happen, and so.....one Dalek ship survived? So then, have they been....creating an army of new Daleks? But why only one ship? This could only mean that either they haven't been able to create more Daleks yet, or....or they are waiting for the rest to arrive....or they ran into trouble, a temporal shift placing them here.......and Daleks are simply doing what they do -- attacking those that are not like themselves...."
He paused for a moment and then looked up to see that others had joined their company.

So, this is the Doctor... He doesn't look like much, Bryan thought to himself. "Now that we're all here, we can plan properly," he said to the group, glancing at Owen and Jenny in the SUV. "We brought the Dalek weapon." He looked over the group of time lords, wondering how much of a chance they had against what quite possibly could be an army of Daleks.

"We may just need that yet, Doctor, there must be more than one ship here, I scanned Dalek lifeforms on my screwdriver and it came up with one million, that would have to be one big ship, the only thing that can hold that many Daleks is a crucible, but they're many times bigger than this, do you think....? They couldn't have...dimensionally transcendental?" The General said, looking at the two Time Lords, "bigger on the inside," He said, looking at the others.

Owen stood there thinking one million daleks against three time lords, two members of Torchwood (and the others), UNIT, the government and the rest of the planet.
Owen could not think of the last option of blowing Earth because Jack had kept it a secret and a few people know about it.
Thinking a million daleks...a **** million Dalek! A multi-*&(& DALEKS! He was thinking. He did not like that but from the looks EVERYONE will die. Yay!
But Owen did not want to die. He did not because he fears it more because he believes he is going to be in nowhere and there is nothing there. And he knows that because he was there.
That gave Owen a thought and he hated it. But it was a shot. "Uhm...I am going to regret this idea. I am really going to dislike it but if it save the planet. So be it. I did my part. I am not sure you know Captain Jack Harkness brought me back from being dead. When I was turning to a dead body. My body became a door for Death. Mister Reaper himself who walked on Earth. I am sure he exist in all realms. I had duel with him. He lost to me. I think I drained his power and weaken me. Because I know death is really never beaten and I am a walking door for him. What if you use me...find a way tap that energy out of me...yea...that will kill me...destoy me...but tap in death and use that energy on the Daleks. I am sure Daleks are not immune to Death. Death exist in all time and space, yea?" He looked at them with a determination of him giving his life to save Earth. He really never thought he do this one day but it was a try.

Bryan frowned when he heard the numbers. The last time he saw so many Daleks was at Canary Wharf. He looked to Owen. "Sorry, I don't think you should use your second chance like that. Besides, like we'd let you do something as idiotic as that." Let the almighty Time Lords give one of their countless lives, he thought bitterly to himself.

Jenny couldn’t help but to look around the interior of the vehicle as she had never been in one before. She also looked with avid interest and curiosity as the outside scenery passed them by. When the vehicle stopped Bryan and Owen stepped out she decided that this must be their final destination, and she followed suit. Opening the car and stepping out she quickly looked around and spotted the small cluster of Time Lords gathered in what appeared to be uncomfortable discussion. She couldn’t help but to give a smile, everything would be alright now, her dad was here. But a small amount of hesitation enveloped her. She wasn’t sure what her father’s reaction would be upon seeing her. He had not been happy with her creation and sometimes she couldn’t help but to wonder if her search for him was a mistake. She followed Bryan and Owen for a little while and wished Owen would stop with the pessimism already. “Second chances are great, don’t waste it,” she said knowingly. But when they got closer to the trio of Lords she broke from them to bound up to The Doctor and give him a hug, “ello dad.” She said brightly pulling away to stand next to him with a smile.

Well it was a shot, Owen thought. It would be nice to end his second life. Maybe today was not the day for it. Standing there he watched Jenny look like a small child waiting for her daddy to greet her. Deep inside Owen had hope that the Doctor would accept Jenny. Owen did not like his mother and he had hoped the Doctor would take Jenny in as his daughter and not treat her badly. That was the soft side of Owen that NOBODY knows about. Ha! To you!
But he saw there are three time lords before him. He could use Jack now. Shifting his weight, placing his hands on his hips Owen listened and observed the group. He decided to be quiet. It seemed his ideas are not good enough. I mean giving his second life to save EVERYTBODY. Was that the easy way and they wanted to the hard way. “Well, it was an idea. We can always use as a last resort,” he told them.

The Doctor grinned as Jenny bounded up to him and gave him a hug. He hugged her back, momentarily forgetting all about the million Daleks that were looming near Earth. Releasing her, he looked her over carefully, a confused expression on his face.
"You're alive, but how??" he asked Jenny. He had seen her die -- die right in his arms as she was shot. She hadn't regenerated then, and she looked exactly the same now. How could she be alive?

A look crossed Jenny’s face. It was a look of haunted look of confusion and uncertainty. She had been dead, she was certain of that. But something brought her back, some lingering energy that she was certain was not her own. “I don’t know, I was gone and then something drew me back.” She replied with uncertainty. She vaguely remembered that all the pain from the gunshot had vanished along with all of the injuries she had sustained because of it. But when she had come around, back into conscious awareness she had never felt so alive.
