(Alright, In the Hub we have Owen, Jenny, Valeyard, Bryan, and whatever Torchwood members. General is now with the Tenth Doctor in Cardiff near an abandoned building which is near an abandonded knife company or something. The Doctor is on the phone (I think the one on the outside of the TARDIS that rang with Nine during the blitz) with Torchwood. Owen put it on speaker phone)

Bryan nodded. "Alright, but who'll keep an eye on the Hub?" He looked around to see who else would join him.

"The Hub will be fine on its own," Owen said. He pressed a few buttons on the computer. "Tosh has a program here will activate with security. And trust me the Hub will do fine."

Bryan sighed. "Yes, boss." He just hated the fact that Owen was in charge, but that's how things were and it was better than possibly being up for grabs for UNIT. He looked around at the others before heading out, saying, "Well, whoever else is coming, I'll go get the car."

occ The Doctor has a cell phone that he's talking on
Ten looked at the General, a look of annoyance on his face. "How can you regenerate into a teenager? I didn't think that was possible. Something must have gone wrong with your regeneration. And how did you survive the Time War?"
He waited for the other members of Torchwood to come...not that he was exactly looking forward to that.

(The Valeyard is in the TARDIS, if anyone wants to take that too feel free to just jump in, I'm posting that the tAQRDIS is in movement but yiu guys can just enter while he setting everything up.)
The Valeyard looked around everything, with the new instrument he needed the other ones working to their fullest until that one settled into her system. Finally with a quick tap she was in movement, the familiar sound bouncing of the Hub’s walls. She would probably leave a small mess behind, but Harkness could probably clean that up. That’s what Torchwood usually did anyone, clean after aliens(after the killed them). With another familiar sound, she landed. Just a few feet away from her younger self, The Valeyard couldn’t risk having them too close.
He quickly walked out, gun in hand and sonic screwdriver in the other. Once outside he eyed his or the Doctor’s younger self and later the General. He wasn’t wearing the same clothes from his previous meeting from with the Doctor. But he was sure the other Time Lord could recognize him, his face was still the same just a few years older. He had been thinking about using those extra lives the Time Lords had given him. He couldn’t afford to go around with a face the Doctor could easily recognize.
(I'll probably have him regenerate in the future, this pb is a bit difficult to work with when it comes to graphics. >.<)

Ten glanced at the Valeyard, recognizing him immediately.
Nodding at the Time Lord, he asked him again, "Just how did you survive the Time War It isn't as though..." Ten's eyes traveled down to where the gun was in the Valeyard's hand. "Guns...."
Ten was beginning to wonder whether Torchwood was going t take his suggestion seriously -- implanting non-Dalek DNA into them. Owen's version with the love potion was out of the question.

"I survived, by, well, that's in your future Doc, neh you're just jealous you don't look this young, anyway...." The General looked at the ring on his hand, "I think I have a way to destroy their breeding machine, if this goes pear-shaped," He held up his ring, "inversion coil, I sucked out some regeneration energy from when I regenerated, invert it, hey presto, degenerative energy, again, from your future Doc, and I suppose your past Valeyard."

The Doctor sighed. He wasn't going to ask the General what he meant by that, as the Time War was in his past. Perhaps some of the Time Lords would come back. That could explain why both the General and the Valeyard were alive. In any case, he did not want to mess with the time lines.
"Well, the Daleks don't exactly regenerate, so I'm not sure what degenerating them would do. Now, it might kill them....cause them to fall apart....but that would only take care of their ability to create new Daleks. That would do nothing to the existing Daleks....."
"Oh...and I would have gone to the Torchwood headquarters, but I don't exactly know where the entrance is, or which building it meets in...for that matter. I know it is in Cardiff, but that is all that I know."

Owen thought this was odd because Owen rather be the one to drive. He let Bryan do the driving. Least it was not his blue sports car.
“You do know…it would be more fun?” Owen told Bryan. He pulled out his gun and checked. Not looking at Bryan, “You not bad for Torchwood, Bryan.”

"No,no, it degenerates atoms, so basically its an aging ray," The General quickly corrected the Doctor, I suppose not even Time Lords know everything....
