Agitation, pain, and just a hint of anger. The Daleks sounded like something she needed to exterminate. “Well I’m staying,” Jenny said to Owen. She was not leaving and missing a battle or the possibility of finding her father. Being a coward, running and hiding from an enemy was not in her nature. War was in her nature, fighting, and destroying an enemy. The rages of battle, battle lust, and even occasionally rage. These were things that she understood. “You said you have one weapon that may do some real damage, so I would suggest getting it at the ready.” She said with the air of someone who was use to war.
“… and the name is Jenny, not girl.” She said as an afterthought. Jenny stared at the creepy man and frowned as he claimed he was a part of the Doctor. She wondered if he was some sort of anomaly. Some dark and twisted version of the man she knew as dad. But he was nothing like him and he even slightly repulsed her. Her father had said that war could infect you. He warned her that killing could haunt you and she had known instantly that he knew from experience. But she also knew he was a good man and whatever he had done in his passed he was not the same person. He was better than that.
Owen spoke of the rift and she froze in her thoughts. The nagging suspicions that she had gained since her ship crashed to earth. Playing with the Rift did sound risky but if they could somehow trap the Daleks within the… But what if they escaped? And if not here, somewhere just as bad? She didn’t like the idea. The idea of blowing their ship did however sound like a splendid idea.
Jenny couldn’t help it, the man was making her want to kill something, “Not the Doctor,” she muttered darkly taking an unconscious step away from the Valeyard in disgust. He looked nothing like him, he acted nothing like him, and frankly she just did not like him. There was just a feeling there, a feeling of something wrong. She needed to find her ship. She needed to get search the hold and see what kinds of firearms where still within its depths. She needed to get away from these Time Lords. She was beginning to see why they had destroyed themselves. They were bloody mental.

Owen nodded to Jenny. "I go fetch the gun," Owen said. "What is one gun shot going to do to a who fleet of Daleks..." Owen paused and he so wanted to say something crude. "Can we make love?" He moved on after everyone was annoyed of him. It was Owen for pete sake people!

"You're gonna have to be careful, if they catch you with weapons, you're as good as exterminated, I can take it up to future me, up there, but there is the Blinovitch Limitation Effect, but i'm sure if we don't touch, we'll be fine, probably safer if someone else went, but if someone else goes, then I won't be up there then, oh Time is so confusing!" He rubbed his temples, "I think i'm imprisoned at the moment, that's what future me said, ok, i'm gonna have to go up there, or we could rewrite history, but that doesn't help, I suppose most of you have no idea what i'm talking about do you?"

Not even I have any idea what your talking about and I’m a Time Lord. The Valeyard rubbed his own temples, when Daleks were involved things tended to get complicated. In other situations, the could go along with things, but Daleks were war geniuses. You couldn’t just jump in there with your eyes close, if you did you could end up exterminated.
“The General is right, if Daleks see that you’re armed you’ll be exterminated in a second. You’ll probably be exterminated anyway, but there is a good chance that they will take you up to their ship as a prisoner. Probably to be used as a human soldier or worse.” During the last days of the war Daleks used other aliens to create more Daleks, it wasn’t something pretty to look at.
The Valeyard moved around the room, hoping to find something useful. He wanted to know more about this set of Daleks, especially what their plans at this moment were. He ended up with one of the monitors, maybe he could get a signal from their own ship if he tried. It wouldn’t be easy, but it wasn’t impossible.
“You don’t need this, do you.” It wasn’t really a question, he didn’t bother to wait for an answer before he pointed his sonic screwdriver at it. “Now let’s see what our friends are up to.”

Bryan snickered slightly at Owen's comment. Heck, he could use a bit of a laugh in this tough situation. They had Daleks at their doorstep and one gun against, what could be, an armada. "Sorry, no, completely confused at the moment."

Owen came back with the gun, placing it on a table. Owen did not believe what they said about the Daleks will shoot to exterminate if you have a gun or they might take prisoners. Owen gave this a thought, "I think I rather dying trying," Owen said. Owen think the last thing he wanted was being a prisoner and be a soldier to them. "I am not going to be a slave to them...I got a duty to save lives...and there is the crown to consider too."

Bryan heard something about prisoners. He frowned. "They don't take prisoners. That much I know"

"Can someone shine some hope here?" Owen pined. "More you talk more it feels we lost before we started..." he looked away in disgust. "You know," Owen spun around and looked at Valeyard. "You said you were the doctor...so why the hell can you save us? I mean if they are bad as they are will the take over everything and eventually catch up to you. But you know what if you can't help us. Get out of here and let us give a fight to the death because we will not give up. We will die for trying!"

"He isn't the Doctor, he's a shadow of the Doctor, besides, we don't have the firepower to destroy it, from the outside..." The General said, an idea was forming in his head, but before it could fully develop, he was suddenly whisked away by a tractor beam, "great......"
As the General woke up, he soon realised where he was, he tried to reach for his sonic screwdriver, he couldn't move his arms though. He saw the familiar shape of a Dalek roll through the door, followed by 4 other Daleks, the leader was white, and the others were blue, orange, red and yellow. ((If Davros wants to take over, he can.)) The orange Dalek rolled up to the General, and scanned him with an attachment to his plunger arm, "It is con-firmed, this is the gen-er-all," the Orange Dalek said to the others. "That is im-poss-i-ble, he died in the Time War, he can-not be here, but yet he is," the white Dalek said back, he turned to the General, "how can you be here?" "I don't know myself, one minute the Supreme Dalek shot me down, the next i'm on the floor of my TARDIS," he replied. "It does not matt-er, you will die now... charging weapons...." The white dalek said, the other daleks began to charge their weapons too, he might be able to survive one, but five head on Dalek guns firing at him would destroy him completely, he tried to reach the vortex manipulator on his arm, but he couldn't he prepared himself, the pain would be short.....

Bryan frowned and tried to think of something. "Well, he's gone. We are officially (not appropriate for rating). So we have the one gun and, before he left, that General guy said that we have no chance of attacking it on the outside. Then I suppose we'll get them from the inside." He looked to the Valeyard. "If you're not going to get directly involved, then maybe you can guide us in the direction of creating that bomb idea of yours." He then looked around the room. "Whether the General is up there or not, if we don't take care of the Daleks, we're all dead anyway. You can't run from Daleks, you're more than extremely lucky if you can hide from them, so that only leaves surrender and fighting. I personally have no intention of surrendering to those heartless killers."

The Valeyard looked at the place were the General had stood only moments before. He wasn’t that crazy about the Time Lords, but whatever reminded of the Doctor within him felt sorry for his old friends. “Look Owen or whatever your name is, I can take my TARDIS and blow them up. Of course the explosion may also take down part of the Earth.”
The Valeyard moved closer and eyed the Torchwood employee, Torchwood one would have probably accepted that. But Captain Jack Harkness had made this one in the image of the Doctor, he wasn’t sure what to expect. “Or all of it, I don’t really know. I haven’t used her weaponry system since the Time War.”
“That would of course make the Doctor upset, which I don’t really care much about. I also have a few weapons I can lend you. Unfortunately their short range weapons, so you’ll have to be near the Daleks.” The Valeyard knew Owen was right, if the Daleks won they’ll find any reminding Time Lord out there and kill them. Like the humans said, “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”, at least for now.
“The bomb idea may also work, but again I don’t know if the explosion may end up having an impact on the planet, I don’t even know how close their ship is. But whatever your choice is, I’m willing to take you to their ship. Unfortunately the TARDIS will be detected, so there is very little chances that I’ll stick around to bring you back if your plan takes time.”

"Daleks, I've noticed by the way they speak, only follow orders. If, say, we take out whoever is giving the orders, then they would be lost, yeah?" Bryan ventured. "It really wouldn't be practical to take out part of Earth to save the people, it would mess up the entire system. If we knew a bit more about how they operated maybe we could use that to our advantage. Say there was an explosion that would only take down whatever metal is used to make their ships. Certainly it isn't an earthly metal they use for their ships. Or maybe if we find some way to take down whatever shielding they have."

What could one shot do to a fleet of Daleks, Which is what he had said. A plan; it was forming within her mind. As long as the Dalek ship wasn’t too close to these peoples planet, she was sure it had a sliver of a chance at succeeding. The plan that was forming would also require finding the General and freeing him if at all possible after he was ripped from them once again. She was sure that her father would have something derogatory to say about considering him collateral damage. “We need to get on that ship; we need to discover how close it is to the planet. If it isn’t to close I would think that blowing them up would do nicely.” She said in trepidation. “I would be more than willing to cover whoever wants to set the explosives off while we are up there… or better yet.” An unsettling gleam in her eyes spoke volumes. “Work on keeping them busy with a diversion and apparently… the General will need some help as well.”

Owen put his hands on his waist and turning away from the crowd. He did not like this. He remembered the Daleks had one eye. Drumming his fingers against his hips Owen was wondering he could help them on the ship. He can’t radiate heat and he is considered dead. He had encountered aliens who found him wrong. Owen picked up his left broken hand that was wrapped up. Owen has no sense of touch and no scent of smell. He does not have to breathe either. Owen was thinking deeply. Would he be able to move about the ship and disarm the engines? He had to go solo most likely. The thought was scary but he could help them to slow down the Daleks and the Valiant could do what it needed to slow it more while Earth put up a more a fight. These are Daleks. He died once. He had been there all ready. But he feels there is nothing after death. The thought risking his last chance of life was scary.
“I will go,” Owen said volunteering to go. Thinking to himself he had gone daft. “Look I did the dyin’ bit all ready. I am a walking undead that has no body heat. I am broken,” he said holding his hand up. “It is hard enough be grateful this mind still works. Do you think when we go on the ship? You think I can make a slip to the engines and shut them down. It is a solo thing. It slows them down. Yea? I can die for a good cause,” Owen said to the group looking at them.

The General woke up suddenly, Oh look, i'm still alive, and I didn't even regenerate! Wow, i'm good, but I need to get out of here, The General struggled with the metal straps on his cell, It was a longshot, wait, my hologram projector, it's voice activated! Of course! Why didn't I think of it before? "Hologram projector on," The General said, making a light come on in his pocket, "hologram parameters, 100, send to Time Lord genetic code, include part-timelords..."
((The hologram also has him tied up in his... chair))
Back in the hub, a hologram of the General suddenly appeared. "Hello Doctor, if you're answering your phone, and hello everyone else, your friendly neighbourhood General here, making a service announcment, i'm in the Dalek ship, and Valeyard, the Supreme Dalek's back..."
