She couldn't help the laughter that bubbled up in and out of her. Just a little, the girl's tragedy wasn't funny.
"Chadirra, I dare say your hardly more than a child now." How ever many human years she had, it did not matter, the girl was so clearly the pubescent of her species , "Oh, I'm so sorry about your family, Chadirra. What an awful thing to go through. You're whole life is upside down. You must feel terribly lonely. There is a price, Chadirra, for going unarmed. When you do, you risk everything." She darted the girl a worried look.
"What made you head back to your home planet after your parents sent you away?"

Chadirra chuckled, "When I first saw them Daleks I thought they were flying garbage cans." She looked at Sarah Jane, "We thought that if we destroy our weapons that others would follow suit to make a peaceful universe..It is.. uh.. extremely lonely, going to a planet just to find that none of your kind is there then being chased." She sighed, "I thought that maybe if something bad was going to happen that I could at least try to get others off.." She watched a rain drop slide down the window I just wish that I got back quicker now..

"Garbage cans? Your planet must be much like Earth. You look very human as well. But you said both you and your father felt something bad was going to happen. Is that something that runs in your family, or do all your people." She let out a sad, soft sigh, "your people . . . . know things before they happen, Chadirra?"

Chadirra laughed, "Must be like Earth." She shrugged, "I do not know if it is something the runs in the family or through all my people actually." She looked at Sarah Jane, "I am certain that your. um.. people have instances where for no apparant reason that you can tell something bad is going to happen." She looked ahead and saw the rain stopped, "Oh.. the rain stopped." She shook her head to her small distraction, " Is there any chance that the Daleks can figure out where I am? You know trace that schism that I fell through?" She wondered if she was asking too many questions at once.
