Chadirra is wondering around the universe exploring, all alone, she is suddenly hearing the cries from her planet, but why? She heads back to her solar system and witnesses something so horrible.. Now homeless she looks for a planet to call home. She travels for days and finally finds one called Earth, the problem is that it is a low level planet and hiding there will mean trouble. She decides to go there anyways. So she lands her ship and blends in, so she thinks.

Alec was falling. Monty Pithon this was strange.
He didn't hear anything but the strange sound being so unceremoniously emitted from his own lips. And the gush of wind past his ears. He recollected...
Bang! A flash of metal, falling backwards, and...
Falling... Alec was- wait, we already went through this! From the time he had hit his head against the metal pole, reeling in the opposite direction had taken an eternity. Now he had gathered the memory to recollect that he had been searching for someone.
He wasn't falling any longer. Now, the Dark Noble lay against the concrete, a small amount if blood on his forehead. Groaning, he stood to his feet. He was looking for...an alien. They were around here somewhere, he was sure.
He scanned around with his sonic screwdriver, to no avail. If this could change its biology, it was fooling the poor sonic's little Galifreyan brain.
Trudging through the alley, he utilized the old fashioned way: looking.

Chadirra stumbled out of her ship, the screams from her people as their last moment ending still rang through her skull, it was agonizing, all she wanted was for the noise to go away. She collapsed onto the grass and looked up at the sky, tears running from her eyes, "Mom.. dad.. I am so sorry.."

Alec turned out of the alley, into a patch of grass. His first sight was a girl, and a steaming ship.
"Oh, I love pressure cooking conventions!" he was sprawled out against the ground, what other reasonable assumptions were there?
He ran up and plopped down on the grass beside her. It was a sunny day, and he couldn't explain the random rain under her eyes. He pointed up at the sky, "That cloud looks like an ionic compound, wouldn't you agree?" he grinned.

Alec still could not realize the reason if the random precipitation below her optics. It was sunny enough that all should've been dry.
"Well, it looks like one. I'm not a highschooler. I've been to college. Learned about about ionics the first day."
The Timelord figured who this was at this point, and knew how this was going to end. He could bluff like no one's business, though. He would not be out-matched at his own game.
The Dark Noble leaped to his feet, offering Chadirra a hand.
"Now, I don't know about you, but it appears that this ship needs repairing."
He kicked it. The vessel whirred a bit, a mechanic sound whining off.
"Good as new! Ready to try it?

Chadirra took his hand, " I have no where to go.. My planet is gone." when she was standing she wiped the tears away and cleared her throat, "This planet is too young to know about ionics.."

Alec raised an eyebrow. Random alien running wild in the tri-state area.
"I feel like that at times. Usually it's solved with chocolate and a redbox. Dr. Pepper 10 never hurts." he told her.
The Timelord silently thought over his inventory. Handcuffs, sonic screwdriver, stun gun, portable television (amazing what can fit in a trench coat of its own deminsion) a bottle of coke... He put his hand in his cost pocket, pulling out the coke and taking a drink.

Chadirra blinked in confusion, "huh?" She was confused, what is he talking about? Redbox? Chocolate? What was Dr.Pepper? She felt out of place now.
Avril looked around, "So this is Earth? Noisy place..." She covered her ears then removed them looking around listening.

If Alec's eyebrow could've raised any higher, it would've. Instead, it flip-flopped with the alternate one, making him feel just as confused as the first time.
"Noisy? I suppose so." he agreed.
The Timelord yawned. It was late. Not really. For him. For others, it was mid-day. Chasing a shapeshifting alien was tiring.
"So, what happened here?" he gestured to the spaceship.

Avril looked at her ship, "I was being chased.. and after witnessing what happened to my planet.. well.. I am not in the best of moods." Avril explained., "I guess that is why they tell you not to drive when you are upset."
She felt that he was not trusting her and was probably seeing her as more of a threat, "We are a peaceful lot.. my people. We do not want to cause any trouble." She looked at Alec.

"When my race died, I went out for ice-cream."
He grinned.
"I see your dilemma, though."

The Dark Noble blinked in a perfect bluff.
"What do you mean?"

Chadirra laughed, then blinked, "What's ice cream?" She was now smiling, "We do not like starting wars or taking part in them.. but then that is what confuses me, the ship that was following me kept saying that we helped the Time Lords during the Time War.." she shrugged, "I have no knowledge of that at all.." She thought for a moment, "Are you here to arrest me? You somehow know I am not from this planet."

Alec, a goofy smile plastered on his face, whipped out a gun-like object from his pocket.
"Yes, I'm here to arrest you. Don't worry, though. This will only hurt a little."
He fired off the weapon...
...Which fired a blue energy blast.
On impact, the idea was that it would stun the enemy. And that was what Alec attempted to do. Stun. After that, he would lock her up in his Tardis. Perfect plan! At least, it was in his eyes.

She stepped back when he pulled out the gun-like object, she ducked out of the way when he fired it.
" Nice try." She quickly morphed into a bird she saw earlier and hovered in the air for a moment before flying up higher. How di he know she was not human? She looked at the ship, oh yeah... she was outside the ship and she told him about her planet and her people.. but then she thought he was just an earthling that would pass her off as crazy.
