She sat in the console room, lounging on of of the couch-slash-chairs there. She still couldn't identify what they really were, nor did she really care, they were comfortable to lounge in. And at the moment, she was sprawled across one, being very pleased with herself.
Taking a large bite out of big, purple ripe plum she chewed thoughtfully, the juice running down her fingers. She made a soft pleased sound at the back of her through, swallowing the ripe sweet fruit. Licking her fingers she heard Robin rummage somewhere behind her, not even knowing what he was doing.
The TARDIS was big, and they often would see each other, but also often enough she wouldn't be able to find him for almost an entire day. She had started leading her own way, Robin Goodfellow had more influence on her then he realised he had. And she had acted according to it. She had acquired a Vortex Manipulator without his knowledge for so far she knew, snatching it with one of their short passing visits to the Shadow Proclamation. She couldn't pass up such a good opportunity and had slipped the bracelet like device into her pocket, it now resting comfortably disguised as a leather bracelet on her wrist. It's use had been fascinating. And she had used it first time for a little fun. A small scheming plan so to say. Nothing too heavy
Alec Harrison and Sarah Jane Smith.
It had come as a random tease that Robin had started, he was called the Meddler for a good reason. He was intensively good in meddling in other people's affair and they had laughed in passing mention of a repeat of the Midsummer Nights Dream.
It brought her to an idea and she had acted on one of the old rules of the Sidhe. A rule many mortals and immortals alike did not bother to remember. What fools them be. It had nearly caused Persephone to lose herself.
A common thread in folklore is that eating the fairy food would trap the captive, as Persephone in Hades; this warning is often given to captives who escape by other people in the fairies' power, who are often described as captives who had eaten and so could not be freed. Folklore differed about the state of the captives: some held that they lived a merry life, others that they always pined for their old friends.
The Sidhe laughed merrily at the words, they were more then just Folklore. They were fact. And Sisi had used that to her full extend.
Sisi's face had broken into a Cheshire grin when she had seen Alec and Sarah-Jane lick the final drops of the fruit from their fingers, very much like she was doing now. The fruit she had given them, where she had put part of her energy in. Sparking the legend to life.
"Oh Robin, remember that idea you head of matching up dear Sarah-Jane Smith and Alec Harrison?" She called out, amusement clear in her tone.
"Well, I just made your goal a whole lot easier"
She licked the final drops of the fruit from her fingers, her eyes slightly aglow. A pleased grin spread across her face.

Alec's Tardis was experiencing a few difficulties in location. Despite his best attempts, he couldn't get it to cone away from Appalapachia, home of one of the greatest Timelord diseases in the universe. The frantically scrambled around the console, but no differences were made. By chance, another Tardis was in the vortex, and he was going to pass it by in five...seconds...
"Allons-y..." -----------
In the Meddler's Tardis, a grappling hook made it's way through the door. Soon, a Timelord was standing in the door frame, looking hopelessly like he was going to hurl. The doors were soon shut, and he fell back to sit against them. He had seen this Tardis before, indeed, he had been in here many times.
"Meddler? Did you ever get rid of that red-haired chit?" he called out in reference to Sisilaya. Did he know he was about to be Meddled with? No, not really, but that puts the fun in it.

The Eyes of Zeus had taken orbit over Chiticut 4. They'd taken the small shuttle down, the six needed planet side, and split off to their various commitments. At 28, Sarah Jane was the youngest of the lot, but she was very good at her job. Acquisitions. Sarah Jane recognized genuine technology from a dozen different races, and bogus technology from even more. She was also good at communicating with anyone. Anyone. Today her job was simple. Fresh fruits and vegetables that would taste good and not kill the crew. They would stick to their own ship board protein vats though. She was getting mighty tired of pork. The vat of chicken synth has gotten funny since that greenfly from Tellus had fallen in. Now, in a cooler on her back, she had some brand new vat stock, all the way from Earth. It turns out that many of the incidents of cattle mutilation where Aliens were suspected were true. Most aliens didn't know that the animals were disturbed by having their stem cells removed. Later, Sarah Jane supposed she'd have to do something about that, right now, they needed new chicken starter. Those mutilations were apparently blamed on wolves or something most of the time. On her way out of the busy market, she was stopped in her tracks. At the edge of a fruit stand, most of it unrecognizable to her, there were three plums. Earth plums, perfect and plump. She knew they were not part of the budget, and the price must be dear, but the woman behind the booth must have seen how much she wanted one. The woman put a plum in her hand. This prize went into her cooler as well. She must share with the others. Perhaps cook it into something. That sunset found her sitting on the front steps of the shuttle waiting for everyone else, swallowing the last bite and licking the juice from her fingers.

The Meddler was not, for once scheming. Or doing elaborate computations. Or tinkering in his lab. Or even drinking coffee. He had a lot to do, and a lot to think about - particularly after recent events. Oh, there were a lot of things he should be doing right now. He should be unraveling the circuitry in the heavy platinum ring he now wore like a wedding band. He should be putting the final touches on assembling the mechanisms to create a new Schism. He should be seeing to Sisilaya's training, or looking for the Ark the Specialist had launched, or computing a fracture point to direct Earth away from the founding of the Empire of Tsan Chan in the 47th century anno domini reckoning. But they'd all had a busy few weeks and, now that an accord of sorts had been reached, he was feeling too content to worry about any of that right this moment. Instead, he was leaning against the Angel statue he kept in the console as a coat rack, playing the saxophone. "Oh Robin, remember that idea you head of matching up dear Sarah-Jane Smith and Alec Harrison?" She called out, amusement clear in her tone.He played the last few notes, then lowered the sax. "More of a mistaken impression than an idea, but yes. Why?" "Well, I just made your goal a whole lot easier"
She licked the final drops of the fruit from her fingers, her eyes slightly aglow. A pleased grin spread across her face. The little gesture with the fruit juice might have completely derailed the thoughts of a man without the mental training of a Time Lord. As it was, it sent the Meddler's thoughts twisting and snaking around through scenic vistas of ideas he was just beginning to come to terms with, before getting back to the main point. He lifted an eyebrow. "Really? I have a goal regarding them?" And then the TARDIS signaled that another TARDIS was coming alongside, and in some distress. He slung the sax over Boboel and dashed to the console. A few minutes later, docked together and with the uncontrolled spin of the other TARDIS checked, he opened the door. Alec stood there, a little woozy. The Meddler lifted an eyebrow in Sisilaya's direction. "You really must fill me in on these goals..." "Meddler? Did you ever get rid of that red-haired chit?" he called out in reference to Sisilaya. The Meddler's eyes narrowed a trifle. "You will mind your tongue, Alec."

He lifted an eyebrow. "Really? I have a goal regarding them?""Oh, you do now" She replied lowly, a smile on her face that predicted she was up to something. She did not miss the look on Robin's face as she licked the remainder of the plum juice from her fingers, suppressing a chuckle. She enjoyed teasing him from time to time. Well, more then that perhaps. She remained calm, lounging on the sofa as the grappling hook took hold of the entry of Robin's TARDIS. The sound of a body heavily entering from behind where she was sitting, Alec probably had some trouble getting on board. Her smirk widened just slightly, hearing Robin at the console. He was genuinely surprised at seeing Alec standing there. She wasn't. She opened the bracelet on her wrist, producing a single her from one of the side pockets and sliding it into an opening on the side of a bracelet. She pressed a few buttons and a number of codes appeared on the screen. She grinned and closed it again, hiding the device from view and making it look like an ordinary bracelet again. "You really must fill me in on these goals..."
"Meddler? Did you ever get rid of that red-haired chit?" he called out in reference to Sisilaya.
The Meddler's eyes narrowed a trifle. "You will mind your tongue, Alec."She raised her hand up, sticking out from the top of the sofa from Alec and Robin's point of view. "Said red-haired chit is still here, indeed!" She said with a chuckle and raised up from the sofa, with a whirl, facing Alec now and giving a theatrical bow. She made her way to the console and typed in some coordinates, and with a feminine flick of her wrist initiated the dematerialisation sequence. Pulling another lever to make sure Alec's TARDIS got toed along. "We're just missing one person, allow me to go pick her up for a moment. Tellus 4, year 1978." With another flick of her wrist the materialisation sequence was started again. "I'd get away from there if I were you, unless you want to fall out again" She said to Alec and pulled the door lever, opening then. Sprinting over to the open door she reached out and grabbed the arm of the woman she knew would be sitting there next to a shuttle and hauled her in without warning. Miss Sarah Jane Smith, age 28. --------------------- One week before, same day for Sarah JaneShe knew she would be here, ever since she had gotten her Vortex Manipulator she had wanted to test it's abilities and this would be the perfect excuse. Besides, it had been ages since she had allowed herself the pleasure in creating mischief the Sidhe were so known for. She was wearing a dark purple cloak, almost black. The fabric hung heavily on her frame, a single silver clasp keeping it closed at the front. The hood was done up halfway to show her face if someone was looking directly at her, her red hair a stark contrast against the dark purple. And there she was, and she whistled lowly, quietly enough for no one else to hear. Indeed, Sarah Jane Smith was quite the looker when she was younger. She raised her chin slightly when the young woman looked at her, her unnaturally green eyes locked onto the woman barely older then herself now. From the stand she was sitting behind she reached her hand out (the stand owner had suddenly needed to use the toilet very violently) and offered the young woman one of her plums, one of her own plums. Sarah Jane had smiled kindly and had slipped the plum into her bag. Her face broke into a grin as Sarah Jane walked on, and with a single pull of her hand she pulled the hood over her face and disappeared with a small crackle. ------------------------------------------------------------ Back in the Meddler's TARDISShe stepped back as the doors closed behind Sarah Jane, a quite young version then they were used to. "Hello, remember me? I hope my plum tasted allright!" She said to the young woman before her with a smile. She turned around, leaving the young Sarah Jane standing quite close to Alec. She walked to stand next to the Meddler. "I remember that little chapter in Shakespeare's Midsummer Nights Dream with Titania and Bottom?" She glanced over at Robin, of course he knew that little chapter, he had been the instigator of it. "Well, I decided to make people remember an old rule concerning the Sidhe. They both enjoyed my plums very much." With that she dropped a soft ripe plum in Robin's hand, with his knowledge of the Sidhe it wasn't hard to see what it really was. Fae food. They had taken and eaten Fae food. She smiled at the two standing there, Robin was right, Sarah Jane and Alec made such a cute couple. "I'd say, sit back and enjoy. You can reprimand me later. At least I didn't change his head into an donkey." With that she snapped her fingers and activated the 'magical' properties in the plums. The energy in them still in their digestive systems coming free and shooting straight to their brains. The energies responded with each other, the plums had been linked and a great amount of pheromones were released from them both. Sarah Jane had become the most outstandingly beautiful woman Alec had ever laid eyes on. Alec had become the most handsome and attractive man Sarah Jane had ever laid eyes on. Their hearts surged out to each other. It was love at first sight. She let herself fall down on the sofa, turned to face the two now. Sitting back to enjoy the spectacle with a smirk on her face, her eyes slightly aglow. This would be the last time Alec underestimated her. [[ Trolololol~ ]]

She followed the woman from the fruit stall inside. It seemed like the most natural thing to do. She'd dreamed about those compelling green eyes. They had haunted her some, and it seemed the taste of that plum lingered yet, fresh and sweet in her mouth. She knew instantly that she was in a TARDIS, but that didn't seem as important as listening to the tall red headed woman. She was captivating, really. Yes, yes, Sarah Jane as well was familiar with 'A Midsummer Nights Dream', though she did not say so. She was surprised when the green eyed woman snapped. A rush, a flush, ran through her. Her cheeks colored, her skin warmed. She closed her eyes as she had a warm shiver all over her skin. She licked her lips, tasting plum, eyes shut, body swaying a moment with the rush through her. When she opened her eyes, he was there. It was the man she'd been looking for, all this time, all her life. Finally here, finally found. She is walking toward him, her mouth open softly with longing, her eyes filled with hope. She is reaching for him. She knows she should ask his name, it would be the polite thing to do. All she can say is "Hello."

Alec stood indignantly as Sarah Jane boarded the Meder's Tardis. He had eaten a plum, just to get Sisi to shut up, and surprisingly he had enjoyed it thoroughly. "I am not amused, Sisilaya. If this is some joke of your's and Robin's- by the way Meds, shame on you -I am not afraid to jump back into the vortex. Your jokes always have serious punchlines." he scowled.
He wasn't really listening to what she was saying, he had never been a good listener, but it was melding into his subconscious. And when she snapped...so did he. The second he looked into Sarah's eyes, he melted, a polite smile plastering his face.
And when he looked away... "Sisi, I swear I will personally rip your spleen-"
Something reminded him of Sarah. "Hello."
Hello, I tried to kill you, and now we find each other irresistable. If this doesn't scream "Meddler," my name isn't Alec Harrison. "Hey." was all he could manage in reality. She was so pretty, his words probably felt as hopeless as he did. What if she didn't like him? What would he do then? His world would collapse and- "Sisi!" he scowled.

There was a brief, uncomfortable silence as Sisilaya departed the TARDIS. But the Meddler was strangely comfortable with that - over the past week, he'd experienced enough of them to make them old hat. He was just on the cusp of trying to explain himself to Alec, to explain why he'd snapped at Alec's words - although, really, he wasn't quite clear himself - when Sisilaya returned. With an attractive young human woman in tow. He eyed the newcomer curiously, and then it clicked. "Sarah Jane Smith?" he asked. "I remember that little chapter in Shakespeare's Midsummer Nights Dream with Titania and Bottom?" She glanced over at Robin, of course he knew that little chapter, he had been the instigator of it.The Meddler gave gave her a sour look. "You remember, I hope, that things went badly wrong in that Act? And that the incident you refer to was the primium movens of my banishment from the Courts?" "Well, I decided to make people remember an old rule concerning the Sidhe. They both enjoyed my plums very much." With that she dropped a soft ripe plum in Robin's hand, with his knowledge of the Sidhe it wasn't hard to see what it really was. Fae food.Well, it wouldn't have been that hard to see if he'd been paying attention. "Sisilaya," he said, taking a bite from the plum, "This is a terrible idea." "I am not amused, Sisilaya. If this is some joke of your's and Robin's- by the way Meds, shame on you -I am not afraid to jump back into the vortex. Your jokes always have serious punchlines ." he scowled.Another bite. "Genuinely terrible. I mean this could blow right up in your face. I know, I've been there." She smiled at the two standing there, Robin was right, Sarah Jane and Alec made such a cute couple. "I'd say, sit back and enjoy. You can reprimand me later. At least I didn't change his head into an donkey."Another. "And it will end badly. The kind of bad ending that, centuries from now, still leaves people thinking you're some kind of acrobatic clown and colossal screw-up." With that she snapped her fingers and activated the 'magical' properties in the plums. The Meddler felt like cold lightning was racing along his nerves, and a peculiar, heavy warmth settled in his stomach. He drew a deep, shuddering breath, suddenly feeling very warm. His senses seemed... sharper. Heightened. Straining for something. "Sisi, I swear I will personally rip your spleen-" Alec's voice was filled with passion, with anger. "Hello," he heard Sarah say, shy and eager at the same time. "Sisi!" Alec scowled. The Meddler had had enough. He stalked across the control room with a measured tread. "Alec," he snarled softly, "that's enough." Closer. "Enough rage. Enough of this endless, petty bickering with my Niece." He stood in front of Alec now, his face hard and angry. And then his expression softened. "You don't have to pretend any more, Alec." He stepped closer, his voice falling. "I know why you keep coming back, keep fighting with her." He brushed Alec's lips gently with the ball of his thumb, smiling. "It's all right. I feel it too." And then, before he lost his nerve, he kissed Alec. Gently and lovingly, the fingers of his right hand trailing up the side of his love's throat and tangling in his hair. (OOC: Because it's not really "A Midsummer Night's Dream" if something doesn't go wrong. )

The Meddler gave gave her a sour look. "You remember, I hope, that things went badly wrong in that Act? And that the incident you refer to was the primium movens of my banishment from the Courts?"
"No, I was not aware, but I'm not targeting the bloody Queen herself though. That wasn't the wisest thing you ever came up with."
She hadn't noticed him eating the plum, had assumed he had been wise enough to pay attention to what she was doing. That was the last time she would ever be making assumptions on Robin's part.
"Sisi, I swear I will personally rip your spleen-"
Her face broke into a grin, Alec was a Time Lord and would be more resistant to the Fae lure. Yet, emotions of love and attraction were one of the most powerful feelings a being could have. Oh, next to aggression, she mused. She would have to deal with the latter one later too, after all this was over. Yet, somewhere she tingled at the idea of a chase. The Wylde Hunt was always close in a Sidhe's heart.
Another. "And it will end badly. The kind of bad ending that, centuries from now, still leaves people thinking you're some kind of acrobatic clown and colossal screw-up.".
"Lighten up, Robin. I don't see anything going wrong just yet." She was thoroughly enjoying the look young Sarah-Jane was giving dear Alec and his flushed face in comparison to it. She knew Alec had a soft side, somewhere, hidden beneath miles of stone and angry biting guard dogs.
"Sisi!" Alec scowled.
She grinned widely, chuckling merrily at his expense. Indeed this would be the last time Alec would crack horrible jokes at her.
"Enough rage. Enough of this endless, petty bickering with my Niece."
Her grin fell at the mention of her being his niece again. She sucked in a breath but decided to bite it back, she wasn't going to show any weakness not now. Yet, it was funny how just that one word undid her heart and took some of the fun from this whole scheme away.
That's when she noticed Robin stalking further across the console room and she widened her eyes, not really understanding what he was doing now. She paled though, when she saw him take the other Time Lord in his arms, his thumb running across Alec's bottom lip.
Her eyes flickered to where Robin had been standing before and saw the half eaten plum laying there, forgotten on the pristine white floor of the console room, a single drop of juice dribbling from it's flesh and hitting the floor.
Oh no
"Robin NO!" She cried out and bolted after him, but she was alreday too late. She watched with open mouth as the two males kissed, Robin's hand tangling in Alec's dark hair.
Oh by Danu what have I done.
She sprinted up behind Robin and clamped her arm around his waist, throwing her full weight in shifting him backwards, yanking his mouth back and away from Alec. Grabbing onto his collar she kept pulling him backwards, away from the other male, a faint growl coming from her.
"And I thought Time Lords were supposed to be the smarter species, you dolt! That was Fae food, I didn't think you'd actually eat the bloody plum!"
She didn't really know what to do. The energy couldn't be diminished, only diverted. She didn't have the heart to focus Robin's 'magic' on herself. He would probably never look her straight in the eye again if she did.
She had completely forgotten about Alec and Sarah-Jane.

He looked so exquisitely beautiful when he kissed that man. The grace of him, the fire. The strong lines of them together. Why hadn't Sarah Jane thought of that? Simply striding across the room and pressing her mouth to the tender line of his poetic lips? The artist's stubble would tickle for certain, she thought with a thrill.
It was heartbreaking as she stood there, mouth open, eyes wide, her face the expression of someone who had wandered out of a terrible desert who found they must not only wait their turn, but they must also stand and watch others slake their thirst first. A low, painful sound came from her throat, and then she sipped air, hands reaching out for a moment, then withdrawing as she wrestled for self control.
She cannot say she was unhappy when the red haired woman pulled the men apart, leaving her beloved standing before her.
She paused for a moment to once again take in the beauty of him. She could never tire of looking at him. Sarah Jane wished everyone would shut up so she and he could talk. She was going to die of curiosity if she didn't learn his name very soon.
"Hello!" Is what came out of her mouth. Again. Hold it together Sarah Jane Smith, she thought.

"Robin NO!"
He heard the shout distantly, unconcernedly, lost as he was in the emotions that coursed through him. How had he never realized, never noticed, just what Alec really meant to him?
Then something grabbed him from behind, dragging him from the lips and arms of his beloved. He twisted, off balance, Sarah Jane whipping though his line of sight -
The lovely Sarah Jane. A vision of alabaster skin and hair of jet. How had he ever mistaken his momentary crush on Alec for anything, when this angel stood before him...
He continued to spin and twist, both of them whirling out of his line of sight. Rod and Eye, he thought, what's going on? And then he heard the voice of an angel speaking to him, to his very soul.
"And I thought Time Lords were supposed to be the smarter species, you dolt! That was Fae food, I didn't think you'd actually eat the bloody plum!"
Great Devourer, he thought, even as the sound of her irritated voice thrilled through him, that explains it. He hit the ground with a thump and an oof, sitting facing the wall where the Mirror had once hung.
The Meddler shook his head, trying to clear it. "Sisilaya," he said, looking up at her...
His voice caught in his throat. He'd known she was lovely - he'd warred with and only recently begun to come to terms with his attraction to her - but now, with her hair of orichalcum and eyes of gold-flecked emerald? He stared, awestruck.
A small, rational part of his mind struggled against the testosterone and the dopamine and the seratonin the plum was causing his brain to secrete, against the pheromones and inhibition inhibiters that laced the flesh and juice of the fruit. But even with his training, it was hard. So hard. And he longed for her, had longed for her even without the fruit...
"Sisilaya," he said more softly, catching her hand in his and pulling her down into his lap. Her scent, like peppers and sandalwood and gun oil, was intoxicating. His free hand traced the line of her jaw and the curve of her earlobe.
"I've been a fool, Sisilaya," he whispered, leaning close so she could feel his breath warm against her lips. "All this time together, in the TARDIS, afraid..."
He smiled a wistful smile, drunk on the glory of her eyes. "Afraid to tell you that I would not wish any companion in the world but you." His lips gently brushed hers. "I love you more than words can wield the matter. You are dearer than eyesight, space and liberty."

Alec raised an eyebrow as the Meddler drew his finger across his lower lip. He didn't quite get what was happening. Not until...
Woah!
The Timelord felt himself being forced back, and he succumbed to it. It wasn't as though he enjoyed betraying Sarah. He glanced apologetically back at her, a reasonable plead for forgiveness gracing his eyes. He was too shocked to say anything yet, and just stood there gasping and sputtering.
Sisilaya began to explain. They had devoured Fae plums. Now they were under a spell. He suddenly found his voice. "You did what?" he demanded.
He understood what was happening now. He held on to his resistance, but he was fighting a battle already lost. Before he gave in completely, he saw in shock the Meddler attempting to romance Sisi. He gaped for a moment, then his senses were focused to one person, and one person alone.
Sarah Jane Smith.
He trigger over to stand by her, his arms crossed, smiling. He forgot the awkwardness and realized that he had been traveling for so many years, with so many faces, and now he had found it. Check that, he had found her. Alec understood the purpose of his existence: to fulfill the emptiness and her life and allow her to to do the same for him.
"Aren't they a cute couple? I hope they'll be as happy as we'll be." he said, smiling from ear to ear.

Being human, she was fully in the grip of the spell. It was not Alec that she had seen. But then, as the others spoke, as for one blinding moment it became clear to her what had happened. She stopped and shook her head as if to clear it.
Oh yes, it was all very clear now. She was stronger than this spell. It was Alec Harrison who stood before her. He was just as beautiful, in his own way, as the man she had imagined. It was then she knew how deeply she ached to be in his arms.
She remembered him so well from that time he'd tried to kill her in Croydon. . . . . . . Or that time he'd tried to kill her in New Splot . . . . . .
and . . . . . and . . . . .. Nothing made sense anymore.
"Alec, just hold me, please." she said closing the space between them, feeling lost and found all at the same time.
That and she wanted to smell him.

Even though Robin twisted and turned in her arms, trying to get back to Alec she held on tight, for once glad for her war training as she held the taller Time Lord back as he struggled.
Then he toppled over, and she blinked as he laid on the floor, saying her name as if he wanted to say something to her. As if he finally had snapped out of it. But that's when she suddenly noticed his gaze change, and he looked at her like she was some bloody goddess.
Oh Danu please, no. She thought in anguish before he had suddenly grabbed her wrist and yanked her down. Losing her balance and landed straight into his lap, tensing at the sudden closeness, her eyes wide with shock as she looked back at up him. Her mind had longed for such a moment like this to be close and the fact it was suddenly quite real made her mind whirl and those tingly feelings release into her body. Her name from his lips as he traced her jawline gave her goosebumps and her breath hitched in her throat, closing her eyes with shame and moving in with her face to nuzzle the palm of his hand. A moment of weakness.
She wanted to melt into his embrace, his breath ghosting over her lips. She had not recalled the time she had kissed him when the TARDIS had taken control of her mind, had only heard from a distance what it had been like. Yet, the cut on her lips that the bruising kiss had caused had been a constant reminder for a week till it had healed up.
She recited one of his words in her head again as he finally kissed her, tears of sadness starting to run down her cheeks. "Afraid to tell you that I would not wish any companion in the world but you.". She knew then it was the plum speaking to her, not Robin. For even though it broke her heart she knew he loved the Specialist just as much, if not even more.
"I'm so sorry, my Meddler." She whispered brokenly against his lips before she deepened the kiss suddenly, her hands grabbing into the lapels of his coat. Her eyes glowed with the surge of energy behind closed eyelids, the energy sucking, surging the illusion from the Meddlers brain, the Fae food influence leaving him and being sucked straight to her stomach. It hit there like a brick and her breath hitched, pulling her face away from his.
For a moment, her tear stained eyes looked back at him, the hold on his coat lapels still strong. Her eyes seemed to form some sort of apology, no words seemed to come from her mouth.
Then, she suddenly sprang from his lap, untangling from his arms and bolting over to the console, she almost yanked over a lever, the door lever. As the doors flung open she bolted for them, a hand covering her mouth now.
She came to a crashing halt at the open doors, falling to her knees there as she heaved the contents of her stomach out.
She wished she could heave the contents of her heart out too, she though absently as another wave hit her, more tears leaking down her face as she hurled the last remaining contents of her stomach straight into the Vortex. The last of the Fae food leaving her.

"I'm so sorry, my Meddler." She whispered brokenly against his lips before she deepened the kiss suddenly, her hands grabbing into the lapels of his coat.
He cursed the High Council then, cursed thir tampering and the madness it had brought, the paranoia that had cost him his telepathy. As she kissed him - his darling Sisilaya, not the TARDIS wearing her form - he craved the ability to share her thoughts and emotions, to reassure her that...
Suddenly, he felt dizzy. Not a giddy metaphor of love, but genuine vertigo and disorientation. He felt... he felt as if something were being pulled from him. Suddenly, the kiss felt less a thing of passion and more of a proceedure. He was confused, gasping for breath as she pulled away.
He shuddered as the last remnants of the glamour cleared from his mind, leaving him numb with self-loathing. He'd given in. He'd wanted to give in, and now...
And now he'd hurt her. Terribly.
His thoughts were interrupted by a warning gong. Not the terrible tolling of the cloister bell, but something more intimately dreadful. It was the TARDIS, announcing that a door had been opened into the Vortex itself.
She came to a crashing halt at the open doors, falling to her knees there as she heaved the contents of her stomach out.
"NO!" he screamed, panic and adrenaline-analogues surging through him as he lunged to his feet, sprinting for the door. "No! DON'T!"
She's not ready! his mind was screaming as he saw her silouhetted by the chaotic unlight of the Vortex.
He tossed Alec his suit coat as he raced past, shouting "Hide her eyes!"
She wished she could heave the contents of her heart out too, she though absently as another wave hit her, more tears leaking down her face as she hurled the last remaining contents of her stomach straight into the Vortex. The last of the Fae food leaving her.
He dropped to his knees next to her, one hand gripping the door to help check his momentum. He wanted to grab her, drag her away from the Abyss, keep her safe. But it was too late. Her eyes were open.
"Sisilaya," he said, seriously, "Listen to me. Listen carefully. This is not how I would have handled your Initiation - there was more training you should have had."
His heart was in his throat. Is this how my Uncle and Aunts felt, when I was taken to the Schism? he wondered. Terrified that my mind would shatter?
Gritting his teeth, he pushed aside his feelings. "You are looking at Time itself, Sisilaya. We are the Lords of Time," he said in a rhythmic, ritualistic tone. "We hung the Framework of Causality and Anchored the Threads of History."
The ancient words calmed him, let him focus. "Time is our Birthright and our Duty. Time is our Destiny and our Fate. Time is ours."
One in a thousand, he knew. One in a thousand, of the children trained for the Initiation from birth, shattered like glass before the Schism. She was barely a year into that training. Unnoticed, tears crawled down his cheeks.
"Time is yours, Sisilaya, Cousin of the House Unmade." He almost choked on the next words. "Look deep, Cousin Sisilaya. Look upon your Fate and your Destiny. Look upon your Duty and your Birthright."
His face twisted with emotion. "Look deep," he whispered, "Look deep, and come back to me."
(OOC: I did not see that stunt with the door coming...)
