The moment the Meddler's lips found hers she sucked in a breath through her nose, relaxing in his arms as his hand found the back of her skull and he deepened the kiss. As their tongues met he elicited a content sigh from her, her hands coming up to bury themselves in his hair, tracing lines along his scalp, rubbing at the skin at the base of his hairline.
She vaguely realised somewhere that he was tugging her blouse up, warm fingers suddenly in contact with her skin, he felt so much warmer then he ever had and she could nearly drown in him. She didn't even pay attention to Alec's rambling, the man in her arms had a much higher priority to her at the moment.
"You incestial daughter of a cockroach!"
She growled softly in irritation, reluctantly breaking the kiss with the Meddler. Her eyes opened again and she turned her face towards that of Alec, her eyes angry and swirling with the vortex, a frown written down on her face soon turning into a snarl. She clutched to Robin in her arms. She still had no idea that Alec was actually her half brother.
"Oh he is a cockroach all right, my father that is. Perhaps this will teach you to choose your enemies wiser next time, Dark Lord. Thought you would just get away with ripping me from my home unannounced, as good as kill a ten years old boy, use me to clean up your dirty work and then nearly crush me against the ceiling of your TARDIS with a gravitational field?"
Yes, the Meddlers TARDIS had become like her home. She was not ashamed to admit that.
"I warned you I would get back at you for that one day, I do not forget fast. If I cannot hurt you physically then I will hurt your dignity with every little snap." She snarled
"Oh fine." She said with some disgust. "Everyone make fun of the human."
A slow grin spread on her face as she turned to the young Sarah Jane, Robin's hands on her back stroked her sensitive skin and she arched for a moment, releasing a soft groan before she turned back to the human. She heard Alec collapsing against the console.
"Perhaps you should take pride in your actions, young Sarah Jane. It is thanks to your help that the Dark Lord has now been brought to his knees, his pride in shatters. Doesn't it feel good to finally get back at the man who had tried to kill you on several accounts? And that with just a single kiss."
One of her hands still traced over Robin's scalp, her body pressed close against his. She wished right now she was somewhere else with him, somewhere private. Even though she was tired and found it hard to even stand, she had Robin to lean on to. She coughed suddenly, a small trail of golden energy coming from her throat. Regeneration residual energy. She looked up at Robin apologetically.

"You incestial daughter of a cockroach!"
The Meddler made a soft noise of displeasure as Sisilaya broke their kiss, then blinked in surprise as he remembered that yes, there were other people in the console room with them. he supposed he couldn't blame Alec or Sarah for being angry - those plums had been potent - but he found that he was getting a little tired of the bickering.
Especially right now. In fact, he had just about collected his thoughts well enough to...
Ah, well then. It seemed she had matters well in... "Wait. He did what? when was this?"
"I warned you I would get back at you for that one day, I do not forget fast. If I cannot hurt you physically then I will hurt your dignity with every little snap." She snarled
"Revenge?" he sounded - no, not shocked - just a little surprised. "I thought you were trying to help him out, give his unrequited affection for Sarah a little boost." He shrugged, then traced a final design on the small of Sisilaya's back. I've been spelling her name, he realized with a little surprise.
From the way she groaned and arched against him, he decided he should probably take up lingusitics as a hobby...
"Oh fine." Sarah said with some disgust. "Everyone make fun of the human."
The Meddler shook his head sadly, even as he enjoyed the feel of her fingers on his scalp. "It is a terrible vengeance, Sisilaya," he said. "Even Auberon repented of its use."
She coughed suddenly, a small trail of golden energy coming from her throat. Regeneration residual energy. She looked up at Robin apologetically.
He carried her to one of the wingback chairs and sat her down, reluctantly releasing her from his arms. Rising, he bowed to Sarah. "Now, to 'scape the serpent's tongue," he said with a grin, "we will make amends ere long; Else the Puck a liar call."
He walked towards her. "Give me your hands, if we be friends," he said, taking her hand, "and Robin shall restore amends."
There was a humming as the sonic tool he'd palmed discharged, and he caught Sarah as she crumpled to the floor unconscious.
"If we shadows have offended," he said, easing her to the floor, "Think but this, and all is mended, that you have but slumber'd here while these visions did appear."
He checked her breathing and eye dilation, making sure the setting had done no lasting harm. "And this weak and idle theme, no more yielding than a dream."
Finally, he rose. "But, lest you the Puck a liar call, he shall bear you from this hall. For you have giv'n your hand, and we be friends, so Robin shall restore amends."
(OOC: Shakespeare! Shakespeare!
Also, yes, I arbitrarily declared Sarah unconscious. If that's not cool, just let me know and I'll modify the post. Or just assume the setting on the sonic tool was off, and have her wake up. Or something. It's not like the Meddler is known for his in-depth knowledge of human physiology.)

She realized that all of them, including Alec, was talking about her kiss like it was the ultimate degradation. She looked at them all aghast, and rather offended. They all seemed to be completely loony, and somewhat dangerous, though she had to confess that besides wanting a stiff drink to burn Alec's taste from her mouth, and a cold shower for her other ailments, she had come to no harm. Well, other than this last offense.
"Hey! I am not a Leper! That was a fine kiss!" Her cheeks heated at the defensiveness in her own tone.
"You liked it." She muttered at the Dark Lord as the other Time Lord, Robin, she thought his name was, took the red headed woman back to the couch. Sarah Jane looked around wondering if she'd recognize a communications device, or the emergency stop cord or something.
On his return, Robin started reciting Shakespeare to her, quite ominously. She was backing away when the world went dark. Apparently, that was all he wrote.

Alec stood there, scars and all, in the center of the Tardis. He spotted a cane about five feet to his right, and picked it up.
With a defiant gaze in his eyes, he turned his face from Sisi. Yes, he had done those things, and worse. But he had paid for them many, many times over. Whatever she said next was useless. "And I lost a best friend for it." was the last he spoke to her.
Robin was more caught up with the merely unconscious Sarah than he was with Alec at all. She spoke, but he wasn't listening. "Of course Robin," he made his way to the door, "Revenge is perfectly acceptable," he was now in front of the door, "Because no matter how hard they pay, no matter how sorry they are," he prodded open the door with the cane, "It all comes down to whether or not you got to watch it happen."
He closed his eyes and fell back, the sheer force moving him through the vortex.

The Meddler shook his head sadly, even as he enjoyed the feel of her fingers on his scalp. "It is a terrible vengeance, Sisilaya," he said. "Even Auberon repented of it's use."
"I won't be made use of again. This did all just start as a joke, I just didn't take think that poor Alec here would be so vulnerable to idle love and pride. That just came as a bonus, beating two birds with one stone." She said with a finality. In her own mind, what she did to Alec was completely justified. It was true, it had not started out as vengeance but Alec's reaction did not make her feel guilty. She remembered all too well how she had heard her spine crack as she was slammed against his TARDIS ceiling, her nose leaking blood from the impact. The gravitational field had been so strong she had been barely able to breath.
I would have killed him there on the spot, had I gotten the chance to do so. She realized.
In turn she watched how Robin walked over to the young Sarah Jane, and how he held her hands made something in the pit of her stomach stir. Jealously. She watched as he lowered her to the floor, her mind out cold.
"If we shadows have offended, think but this, and all is mended, that you have but slumber'd here while these visions did appear."
She sighed softly, getting up on her feet. The Meddler's words touched her, reminded her her of the Robin she used to know. He used to talk to her like that on occasion, when she was just a wee child.
Oh how she had changed and how her feelings had changed with that.
If only ma could see us now. She thought with a bit of a chuckle. Her eyes soon flitted back to Alec, swirling green with the vortex. Her presence wavered every now and then, her glamour not quite in check yet now that she was looking at the man she thought she absolutely despised.
Her eyes narrowed slightly as he picked up The Meddler's cane. She wanted to yank it out of his hands, that thing wasn't his. It looked wrong on him. But she had underestimated Alec before, she wouldn't again so she safely kept her distance. She started to move towards him though as he made his way to the doors. Oh no he wasn't..
"NO YOU FOOL!" She yelled as she sprinted for the open doors, trying as a last hope to grab him. She was too late though, and saw his body disappear with the Vortex. She stood there, stilled, her face pale and blanched.
It was quiet for a moment.
"D-don't tell me he just killed himself" She said softly, turning towards Robin who was still by the human's side.

"I won't be made use of again. This did all just start as a joke, I just didn't take think that poor Alec here would be so vulnerable to idle love and pride. That just came as a bonus, beating two birds with one stone." She said with a finality.
The Meddler gave Alec a short, sad look, then shook his head. "We pride ourselves on our discipline, Sisilaya. But we are all more vulnerable to pride and love than we let ourselves believe."
There was a scrape of metal on stone behind him as he checked to make sure he hadn't accidentally killed young Sarah. That would be awkward, not to mention rude, and then he'd have to accept even more personal paradox to edit her death away. "Of course Robin," he heard Alec say, and then the warning gongs sounded again.
The Meddler turned, to see Alec silhouetted by the Vortex, a cane clutched in his hand. "Revenge is perfectly acceptable," the Dark Lord sneered, "Because no matter how hard they pay, no matter how sorry they are," he prodded open the door with the cane, "It all comes down to whether or not you got to watch it happen."
"NO YOU FOOL!" Sisilaya yelled, racing towards the door as the Dark Lord threw himself backwards into the Vortex. She skidded to a halt, staring deep into the Abyss. There was silence for a minute. Then she turned, her face pale and haunted.
"D-don't tell me he just killed himself" She said softly.
The Meddler didn't answer right away, choosing instead to check the console displays. "Probably not," he finally said, then paused, collecting his thoughts. "His TARDIS is no longer moored alongside, so she's probably gone after him." He twisted a dial, and the door swung shut again. "And we can survive the Vortex without protection. For a time, at least, although few among us would consider it a pleasant experience."
He took her in his arms, wrapping her in what he hoped was a comforting embrace, and stroked her hair. "He'll be fine," he said, hoping he wasn't lying. "He's a Time Lord."
Silence, broken only by the gentle rise and fall of the Time Rotor keeping station, and by Sarah Jane Smith's gentle snoring. Finally, he spoke again. "We should take her back. Before she wakes up. Let her think it was all an exotic species of dream."

She just stared to the place where Alec's body disappeared for a bit more. Even though she knew Time Lords could survive in the vortex for a short while, she still felt heavy, like something bad was about to happen. Robin's words still echoed through her head.
"We pride ourselves on our discipline, Sisilaya. But we are all more vulnerable to pride and love than we let ourselves believe."
She shook her head. It just wasn't right. She stepped back as the doors were shut again by the Meddler. His arms encircled her body in a warm embrace and she released a sigh she didn't know she had been holding, leaning back against him. She was confronted again by how tired she was.
"Discipline leads to over sensitivity. Like a balloon waiting to burst. It's not healthy, we have these feelings for a reason. They are just as important as sight, scent, feel and taste are. We would be blind without them" She said softly, her hands resting on his own that clasped on her abdomen.
Finally, he spoke again. "We should take her back. Before she wakes up. Let her think it was all an exotic species of dream."
"Perhaps you are right, we should take her back. Or rather, I should. I started this mess after all. I got her from Tellus 4, 1978. I think the coordinates should still be in the boarding computer."
She sighed and leaned her head back, resting it on Robin's shoulder, closing her eyes for a moment. She smiled, softly, a soft glow coming from her pale skin.
"You make me feel safe like this" She murmured softly, her whisper a slight echo to it as he stroked her hair.

"Perhaps, or perhaps it is discipline to an extreme that is the problem." He sighed, and held her close. "But it hardly matters now."
He smiled. "I think you can barely walk right now, and I'm the one that rendered her unconscious. Let me handle the not-all-that-heavy lifting right now."
He didn't move, though, finding it more interesting at this particular moment to stroke her hair. He would have never believed before that such a simple action could be so satisfying.
"You make me feel safe like this" She murmured softly, her whisper a slight echo to it as he stroked her hair.
"I suspect," he answered, equally softly, "that you are the first person ever to feel safe around me."
He stood there, holding her, content to feel her breathe. Finally, he broke the silence again. "We probably should restart the controls, though. If we're taking her home."

Sarah dared not to dream, so far from waking had she been lead through the Meddler's device. Not to dream of the Dark Lord's kiss as her world had revolved around him like light with Coriolis effect sent to spin towards the endless crushing emptiness of a black hole. Not to dream of the sound of a TARDIS slipping through time and space, it's engines so familiar in her bones. She did not dream of the Robin and his tender ways, his sonorous voice, of how he had appealed to her until the end in his sudden rush and betrayal, to stealing her consciousness from her.
What she did dream of, now and then for many years to come, was that woman's voice.
"-Make people remember an old rule concerning the Sidhe." "-Make people remember the Sidhe" "-the Sidhe"
Her captor's laugh, fae music echoed around those words. Sarah Jane, did, over the years, spread the word to keep the fateful fruit from their hands, and some respect in their heads for the oldest lore of Earth. Legend springs oft from truth.
If she ever dreamed again of the Dark Lord's kisses, she would not admit so to anyone, not even herself.
Without the bold soul of Sarah Jane's consciousness to animate her small frame, she looked as small as she was. There was, however, a blush in her cheeks.

He smiled. "I think you can barely walk right now, and I'm the one that rendered her unconscious. Let me handle the not-all-that-heavy lifting right now."
She chuckled softly, leaning back against him with her eyes closed. She had to admit, she was dead tired. Her skin still pulsed lightly from the previously released onslaught of energy, she had to sleep to calm down and let everything settle in to place. His fingers through her hair almost lulled her to sleep, she had to keep from purring when his fingers grazed her scalp. She settle for a content sigh.
"You make me feel safe like this" She murmured softly, her whisper a slight echo to it as he stroked her hair.
"I suspect," he answered, equally softly, "that you are the first person ever to feel safe around me."
She gave a soft chuckle, her finger tracing patters over the back of his hand that rested on her abdomen. "You're mad, I wholly agree on that, but you're not stupid. You know what you're risking, that's why I trusted you to come back when you went.. when you went for the Specialist."
Her hand tightened on his own.
"We probably should restart the controls, though. If we're taking her home."
"Yes, yes we should." She didn't make any move to let go of him, though.

The sound of her gentle laughter was music, but it was tired music.
"You make me feel safe like this" She murmured softly, her whisper a slight echo to it as he stroked her hair.

She gave a soft chuckle, her finger tracing patters over the back of his hand that rested on her abdomen. "You're mad, I wholly agree on that."
The Meddler snorted in amusement.
"But you're not stupid. You know what you're risking, that's why I trusted you to come back when you went.. when you went for the Specialist."
Her hand tightened on his own.
"And that's why I came back." He held her tighter, just for a second. "I knew what I was risking."
A pause.
"Mostly. I'll admit that Xandavier was an unanticipated complication. But who plans for TARDISnapping?"
"We probably should restart the controls, though. If we're taking her home."
"Yes, yes we should." She didn't make any move to let go of him, though.
He didn't move either, not right away. And then, with a single swift motion, he lifted her in his arms. "Relax," he said, carrying her towards the chairs. "I carried you six city blocks through Cardiff. I can manage this." He knelt to set her down and only slowly, reluctantly, left her side.
With a few judicious entries at the console, he recalled the coordinates. The Time Rotor growled to life.
The Captain of the Eye of Zeus stared impatiently - and a little worriedly - across the landing platform. This wasn't like Sarah at all. Her acquisitions were already loaded, but she was nowhere to be seen. And if she didn't arrive soon, they'd miss their launch slot.
Then he saw her. She was being carried across the tarmac by another humanoid - male, he assumed, dressed in grey. He goggled in surprise. Surely she hadn't been out whoring?
"Excuse me," the man said, speaking Galac with an odd, rolling accent. "Is this the shuttle for the Eye of Zeus?"
"Aye," the captain responded. "It is. And what have you done with our Miss Smith?"
The man smiled. "Nothing permanent. We're old friends - or, at least, I've always thought so - and we spirited her off to a play, to ease the anguish of a torturing hour."
"Eh, what?"
"Nothing, never mind." The man looked around. "So. Should I just put her down here..?"
"Hang on," the Captain said, then leaned into the hatch and boomed something. Two other crewmen came out, and collected Ms. Smith.
"So," the Captain was casually cracking his knuckles. "What happened?"
"Simplicity itself. A mutual friend of ours spotted her, and invited her to catch up on old times. She was back early, so she agreed. I just forgot that different species have different reactions to different beverages, and she ended up unconscious."
He smiled. "My... friend is a bit of a handfull herself, so it took longer than I expected to find out where I needed to bring her. But here she is, safe, sound, and asleep."
Dead quiet for a moment. "And who the hell are you?"
The man considered. "Just tell her... tell her that a doctor brought her home." He turned to leave, then stopped. "Oh, and give her this, would you?" He passed a small leather pouch to the Captain, then walked off.
"I go, I go, look how I go," he said, "Swifter than arrow from the Tartar's bow."
The Captain opened the sack, to find a four-leaf clover suspended in a field of force and hanging from a silver chain. He looked at it, shrugged, and dropped it back in the sack.

She chuckled softly as she was lifted into his arms, her arms coming to hold around his neck just in case. He might have carried her 6 blocks, but he was also notorious for being clumsy sometimes. That warmth in her chest grew though, as he held her. She felt like such a damsel in distress and actually did not mind much right now.
She felt her body relax the moment he placed her down on the sofa, her hands leaving his body reluctantly as he left her. She watch him walk back to the console, type in the controls but by the time the Time Rotor started humming she felt herself slip away. Her eyelids grew heavy and before she knew it she was gone, fast asleep. After the initial REM sleep she slipped into a deeper sleep, a dim glow starting to emit from her skin, barely visible in the bright lights of the console room. Her body had started replenishing it's own energy storage, the transformative regeneration had nearly drained her down to an almost zero.
She would not be waking for the upcoming 3 days.

The man had come at her, and everything had gone dark, and she didn't even have time to wonder if she was dead. She knew she wasn't dead because she found herself in her bunk in the Zeus. For many years, she would wonder how that day had ended. She almost always carried on her person that four leaf clover. Her Captain had told her a doctor had returned her to the Zeus, which was the only thing that Captain had relayed that she had believed. Sarah didn't recognize the man the Captain described to her, but that didn't mean much. As surely as she kept that suspended clover pendeant with her, she also kept on the shelf copies of both "A Midsummer's Night Dream", and "The Sidhe: Wisdom from the Celtic Otherworld".
