So being a noob and all I'm kinda confused as to how to work the sight So just some questions! 1. If I submit an oc does that me I have to change my name to the characters name? 2. Where do I even submit oc character sheets? 3. I have to ask permisision to rp with others before starting one right? So all fellow Whovians please help me out and I would love to make awesome stories with alot of you! Thanks! ;D

Hello Vally : ) Welcome to the Whoniverse. 1. When your character submission is accepted, you will need to change your name, but you will not have to change your account name. Just your display name. This can be done easily under "Modify Profile" When you're signed in to your profile. In the first section, there is a field for "Display Name". 2. Here is a link to the template for your character submission. First, copy the code found here: whoniverse-rp.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ooc&action=display&thread=5034Then follow this link: whoniverse-rp.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=oocAnd start a new thread titled the name of your character. Paste this into the body, and edit it into your submission. You'll find more help and suggestions at the first link above. 3. You don't have to ask anyone to start a thread. Anyone can do it. Do try to be thoughtful about where such things go, for example, Torchwood stories go in Torchwood. Stories for 2009 go into the 9th (tenth?) Doctor's boards. I find it helps to look around and invite people to join my thread though, if no one seems to bite. Sometimes it helps to ask the character you're hoping for (OOC) if they are interested in a story. None of that is necessary, but it helps sometimes. You can also post on anything listed as open either on it's title, or under "Open Threads" found here. That is if you can justify how you got there and why, to some degree. whoniverse-rp.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=oocIf you wish to join a thread that is not open, try sending a personal message to the creator of the thread. Have fun exploring, and let me know by PM if there is anything else I can do to help People will keep helping you on this thread as well if you ask. Last but not least, I also suggest taking a peek at The Rules just so see if they work for you. whoniverse-rp.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=3Sincerely, -SJ
