America, June 1952: The set of the Ed Sullivan show: It was the death of John Garfield, a close personal friend of Izzy's that brought him here. There was something strange going on. he could feel it in his bones. Thee other actors who had been on the Black list had died before John Garfield. It could have been a coincidence... But there was something in the air in america in 1952. a fear that was sweeping across the nation. an invisible enimey that american couldn't see. Senatory McCarthy had the whole of america that they were under attack from a communist Enimey. But there was something else going on. Izzy needed help. He needed the Doctor.... He stood beside Bogart and the Hollywood Ten getting Himself on film. but that didn't seem to work. he was getting desperate.... and now ladies and gentlemen id like to introduce a young man whom has hit the top charts with his new song Doctor Doctor, please welcome Izzy Smith said Mr. Sullivan introducing Izzy on stage. the audiance cheered, Izzy was always a great singer. he went out on stage takeing a bow and said. "This song is for someone very special. he knows who he is."he began singing the Tomson's twins song but with a sort of jazzy rithem like sinatra. since it was 1952 he couldent get any of the keytars or sintetic beats they had in the 80s the decade when the song was written. he figured the doctor would show up and scold him for intrducing a future song 40 years ahead of its time... link to song

thirteen, the Victor's ood assistant was scanning the space time continuum for any mention of the doctor when he came upon an old earth television broadcast of Izzy on the ed Sullivan show. Sir, I do believe you should come and look at this...The Victor Rushed over to the console looking at Izzy singing away and smiled. "Izzy..." he said in surprise. He knew that the doctor would most likely see this eventually and appear to izzy. he didn't like it when people messed with earths history. he looked over at his companion and said "I know i promised you a planet but first we have to make a quick stop in 1952, I wonder If I should wear a fedora?" he said as he rushed off to to coat room of his Tardis.

"Pox ridden wench." The woman said in a cool voice to her mother. Sighing as she pushed her mothers hand off of the outfit she was wearing. It was a suit, a pure white suit. With a dark almost midnight colored blue dress shirt underneath. She was wearing a shirt, and a suit. A tie was going on now, a brighter frosty blue. Why must her mother see to dress her up for some of her missions. She got a reproving look from her mother, and sighed as she crossed her arms over her chest. Fine, she would be quiet.
After the suit, tailored to her figure at that, was in place, she grabbed her sword and applied the proper glamors. Calmly she rustled her wings underneath the clothing, she had allowed them to return to her body, well more like return to being a midnight black ruffled of feathers along the color of her shirt. "Bloody... fine, I'm going mother." She muttered as she heard her mothers multitoned and nearly symphonic voice respond. Not in a language that can even be written.
She opened a portal and stepped through, setting the white hat into place. Black eyes held flecks of red, and white curly hair fell around her shoulders. She looked like she stepped from the page of a mobster Magazine though. Not that she really cared. She had a job to do. The Angel of Death, wearing a tailored suit. She was not an Angel, she was a being of incomprehensible gifts and talents. She stopped as she heard the music, lyrics coming to her as her eyes closed.
She resisted the urge to sing along, and kept the blank look on her face. Calmly she wandered over towards the edge of the set. It was a simple glance, that caused anyone that was going to ask her what she was doing, to look away and not even acknowledge her presence. This was Kassiendra Du'Morrigu. Bringer of Frost, Walker of Death.

“No worries Victor” Ace watched as Victor ran off to the coat room “Hey don’t forget that heavy jacket you bought a while back it’ll work with the fedora” She figured he hadn’t heard her which was good cause hopefully he wouldn’t notice that the black one was missing she smirked “heh” and flipped it up with her hand, placing it on her head, she thought it had looked good with her outfit so she sorta nicked it. Getting off of the seat she had been sitting in she went over to the screen Victor had been talking about “Oh dear.”

The Victor's Tardis manifested backstage appearing to people as a large steamer trunk with stickers all over it blending in with the others backstage. He made his way back down the stares from the coat room dressed in a long tench coat and a fedora. "You know ace you were right. this coat really dose go with the hat."He then looked over at the screen which now had this weird echo that came from outside now that the broadcast had snyched up with the timezone they landed in. Oh thank you... thank you, said Izzy on the Screen, Oh you want another. well I suppose we have time for one more Ed...Victor popped his head out of the Tardis making his way toward the stage with Ace behind him. "Oh Izzy...your in big trouble." said Victor to himself as he watch Izzy preform another song that was out of time. linkIzzy sat down on top of the piano and began to sing "Head under water, and you told me, to beath easy for awhile..."

Alec tilted his head. He didn't know why he had come to the live viewing of the Ed Sullivan show. Something was strange. The man on stage, some technicolor pop-star hitting the charts named "Izzy Smith."
He only knew one "Smith." Despite that it was an incredibly common surname. Correction; he only remembered one Smith.
Sarah Jane Smith.
If course, he could've been one of a million Smiths', but he had dedicated the song "Doctor, Doctor" to a friend who knew Who he was. And nobody sang songs about their doctor on the Ed Sullivan show.
He shot am intimidating pale blue eye into Izzy's glance. A calm grin was visible under the shadow of his fedora. Sounds like this chap has met a Timelord.

Ace stopped behind him listening to the song and said softly “What is he thinking.” although she wasn’t sure when the song was from but she could tell the song wasn’t from this time period.
She scratched the back of her head listening “You have to admit, though the kid can sing. What year would this be from...and do you have a plan or are we just winging it like normal?”

Victor looked at ace and said. "Early 21st century. and as for plans yes I figured we would just wing it."
after Izzy finished singing he walked off stage toward Victor and ace giving the young man in the audience a friendly wink. he ran into victor's arms hugging him like a child. "Vic, boy am I glad to see you. I was hopping the doctor would come but any time lord will do. Hello Ace."
of course Izzy was unaware that Ace had not met him before. but that was the trouble with time travel. he always seemed to be meeting people out of order.
"Let go of me. do you know how many laws of the space time continuum you just broke by singing out there!" said Victor sternly.
Izzy turned to Ace and said, "He's so cute when hes mad isn't he?"

Ace tilted her head looking at Izzy then Victor “Ok I’m just gonna chalk this up to one’s met the other and the other hasn’t.” She shrugged, time travel whatcha gonna do.
"He's so cute when hes mad isn't he?" Ace started to open her mouth to say something but only thing that came out of her mouth was a small squeak. Crossing her arms and shrugging “I wouldn’t know.” her shoes seemed to be the most interesting thing on the planet at that moment.

"Look i;m glad your here, Vic. they got Johnny."
"who?"
"The Red menace!" said Izzy vaguely leading Victor and Ace to his dressing room.
He rummaged threw his stuff taking out a scrap book with a bunch of New's clippings about certain actors who had died mysteriously after being put on The Black List.
He looked over at Ace knowing she would probably want a little history lesson. "You see Ace, in this era of American history the whole country seems to be consumed with the fear of being invaded by the communists. And senator McCarthy isn't helping by doing this whole Red Scare campaign and those ridiculous trails."

“Seems everyone thought that their next door neighbor was a commie” she looked over the newspaper clippings and typed her finger on her noise winking at Izzy “But thanks for the history lesson. Please, tell us more Izzy” Hopefully they could help.

Izzy took a seat looking rather sad. "well I've suspected something was up for a long time. But it wasn't until John Garfield died that I really started suspecting something. one moment we were playing tennis the next day he was dead." Izzy stated to cry.
"Ace, your the female offer him some comfort." Said Victor continually flipping threw the papers not wanting to miss anything.
Izzy continued telling the two what he knew. "So I did some digging and found out that three other actors who were put on the black list had died suddenly."
"He's right Ace look, Canada Lee, Mady Christians and J. Edward Bromberg. all three of them were also on the list and died recently."

Ace almost gave Victor a look that could freeze lava but stubbed the look instantly and went over to Izzy sitting down next to him.
She placed a hand on his shoulder hoping to make him feel better and listening to him as he told the story “Was there anything that connected them other then the obivious?”

“Was there anything that connected them other then the obivious?”
Izzy thought for a moment, "well they all seemed to die of heart attacks. and that's the strangest thing since John didn't have any history of Heart problems."
Victor looked up eyes widened like a little light bulb went off in his head. "oh that's it Izzy you beautiful thing!" said Victor planting a kiss on Izzy.
It took everything in Izzy not to faint like a girl....
"Come everyone to Washington!" said Victor running off towards the Tardis.
Izzy Ran after him with Ace right behind him. "Washington? Victor...wait."
Victor ran inside his Tardis setting the coordinates for Washington DC.he parked it on the steps of capital hill disguising it as a big copper stature on a large stone base. of course he took some creative liberties by casting the statue in his own likeness.
outside there was a group of people all standing around with picket signs. one of whom was Humprey Bogart.
