He's here, he's here The voice screamed in her mind. It was a scream of joy, an exclamation of utter and true happiness. Seren's hands tightened on the wheel, as she went the direction that Sarah pointed out. She felt the elation rising through her, her breath picking up as she felt her eyes widen. Someone was on her ship, someone was on her ship! Her head turned as she looked around, feeling the odd sensation pulsing through her. She was distracted by Sarah though.
"This? It was my mums, she left it for me before she died. Before she left me in the care of her best friends. " She said as she smiled wryly, a small sad smile passed over her features as she looked back at the woman. Then she stopped and shook her head, her eyes narrowing. She stopped the ship, and let it come to a stop as she whirled around. "There is someone on my ship, and it's not us." She stated as she stalked away from the cockpit area, crawling out of it and seeing the man on the deck.
Then her attention was drawn to a voice calling out to her. "What? Oh, good evening!" She called out as she waved to the man on the boat. Something in her was twisting, was it fear? Was it joy, she didn't know anymore. Her eyes widened further as she looked back at Sarah Jane. "I need some help, I have no idea who this man is, or the man in the other boat. I know all of the boats around here, because of my parents." She said in a rather calm voice. Startling calm.

((I would like to mention that the Second Doctor's post, and his TARDIS, didn't show up when I posted. I did not see it. I will go back and try to clean up Sarah's obliviousness to it. I'm not blind though, I swear it wasn't there until I looked this morning. I won't be posting until tonight.))

The Doctor waved back at the man in the other boat. "Yes, I suppose it is." he smiled.
He bit the inside of his mouth nervously. Something was strangely familiar about this man, but couldn't pinpoint it. "Have we met before?" he asked.
(OOC: EDIT: It's fine, Sarah. XD)

Carefully, The Seventh Doctor made his way to the upper part of the ship, looking around he continues his search when he hears voices. Heading towards them he spots a group of people. He makes his way towards them.
"Hello." He says "I don't suppose you could tell me where I am? he walks over to a point where Sarah-Jane is visible "I seem to have the ba-" He stops mid sentence tilting his head at Sarah-Jane. "Sarah-Jane? Is that you? What are you doing here?"
He spots The man by the railing.
"You? What are you doing here?"
His Second Incarnation, was here why didn't he remember being here? Of course, he had trouble with memories after The Rani messed with his mind shortly after his regeneration into this incarnation. Well since he had no memory of what was to come, he was going to have to, as some humans put it, 'Wing It.'

The Doctor frowned. "You? What are you doing here?" a strange man asked.
"What kind of question is that?" he answered back crossely. He lifted his Sonic and scanned him. "Timelord, eh? I didn't know any more of us traveled on earth." he commented.
He flipped a knob and scanned him again. "Are you a council member? Is my exile over? I didn't think it would end this soon." he asked.

"What? Oh, good evening!" one of the women called from the deck of the yacht.
The black man in the pink shirt waved back. Odd, he thought, she looks familiar. Like I should know her from somewhere...
And then he let his hand fall as three other people joined her. The first was an older - by human standards - woman. Again, familiar looking, although he couldn't quite say why. And then two men.
He stiffened. Two of him? Rod and Eye, what is going on? He took a deep, calming breath. Ah well, brazen it out. 'When in doubt, bluff hard', as he used to say. The thought amused him.
He reached into his hip pocket, and produced a billfold. Flipping it open, he held it up so they could see it.
"Excuse me," he called, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave the area. UNIT business."

Somewhere between pointing and reaching the spot. All hell broke loose. First there was the stranger in the boat who had not been there a moment ago. Then there was the Doctor's TARDIS. And two of them none the less, everything must be about to bust loose into chaos if they were both there. It was disconcerting enough that she grabbed Seren's arm and pulled her back away a little from her enthusiastic greeting from the man in the boat. Then the fun began with the Doctor, herself and the Doctor.
"Sarah-Jane? Is that you? What are you doing here?" Asked the Doctor with the umbrella who was looking at her like he barely recognized her.
"Yes It's me." she said with a frown. "What am I doing here? I live here. What are you doing here?" Before he could answer, he spotted his former incarnation.
"You? What are you doing here?" asked the Doctor with the umbrella.
"What kind of question is that?" asked the young, dark-haired Doctor with irritation.
"What are the two of you doing here?" She asked with a bit of worry and exasperation.
And then they were off, scanning and complaining and generally delighting her regardless of the situation. Until the man in the boat piped up and called a halt to it. She was tempted to ask the man what he was doing here, but restrained herself, instead waiting to see what the Doctor(s) would do. She looked to Seren to see what she thought of all that.
((OOC- I'll edit this out later, but I had to share. Starts slow, gets better.))

"Wait what?" She said as she stared in confusion at the first man, then at the second. The black man in the boat was talking too, and everything was swimming in her head. Her breath released in a long rush as she was grabbed by Sarah and yanked back. She allowed that to happen. He's here, oh he's here. My love is here. He's here. the voice whispered to her. She shook her head as she frowned, her fiance was not here. But she didnt' really love him, now did she. She clutched her chest, the pain rising through her. Her hand crushing the Fob watch in her hand.
Everyone was talking, the black man was threatening them. This was all wearing on the quiet girls nerves, as something darker lifted itself inside her and a trickle of a tough girl showed itself. "All of you just SHUT up. And that includes you, I have no idea what Unit is, but I am not in the mood for this bloody headache, and in the name of Rassilon I will hurt any of you if you continue this stupid nonsensical blather. Calm down, and talk slowly. And you in the boat, just explain to me how you just happened to appear so magically out of nowhere." She snapped. Alright, Seren had snapped. Rassilon she had snapped.
What in the name of the goddess was Rassilon, why had that word jumped so readily to her lips. She clutched the fob watch as the pain in her head and chest increased. She took a calming breath and straightened her back. "One at a time, no arguing, slowly."

The Seventh Doctor stared, stunned how could this human know Rassilon? Unless, of course! He walks over to Seren.
"Excuse me Miss? your name wouldn't be Seren Ash, would it? If it is I will need to speak you in private later." He whispers into her ear. He makes his way over to his second incarnation.
"76 Totter's Lane. Susan stayed with David. Ian and Barbara took a Dalek Time machine home. We regenerated for the first time after an encounter with The Cyber men. How do I know these things? Borusa used a time scope to pull our first Five Incarnations to The Death Zone on Galifrey but Four got stuck. Convinced yet?" Now you and I both know that man is not part of UNIT and has psychic paper, now who do you think he is?" The Seventh Doctor asks casually.

The Doctor cursed under his breath. She was holding a Fob Watch. If he reached out telepathically, he could just make out who it was. And the way he looked right now...not near as young as Libby.
"No, he's not part of UNIT. If I had to make a guess, he's another Timelord." he answered.

"All of you just SHUT up," the younger woman - the one in the green dress - shouted. "And that includes you, I have no idea what Unit is, but I am not in the mood for this bloody headache, and in the name of Rassilon I will hurt any of you if you continue this stupid nonsensical blather. Calm down, and talk slowly. And you in the boat, just explain to me how you just happened to appear so magically out of nowhere."
The man in the smaller boat blinked in surprise (Rassilon? How would she know that name?), and stomped his foot on the deck in a speculative fashion. "Nope," he said with a grin, "It feels solid enough to me."
"No, he's not part of UNIT. If I had to make a guess, he's another Timelord," observed the dark-haired man in the checked pants. The one that looked kind of like Moe Howard.
"What?" he called back. "You mean like the Doctor? No, I'm nothing like him. I'm one hundred percent human," (somehow, he kept from retching at the statement) "home grown right here in Britain." He waved his wallet again. "I'm Jake Hill. Lieutenant Jake Hill, UNIT-UK. Independent investigator. You can have a look at my ID, if you want."
He waited, to see if anyone took him up on the offer. "I'm here," he continued, waving his hand generally at the water, "as part of our ARC subgroup. We have reason to believe that a time-space anomaly has opened somewhere under this stretch of water, and I think you may have confirmed it. They cause unusual optical and auditory effects, along with a host of magnetic field distortions."
Jake paused again, letting that sink in. "So, I'm going to have to ask the lot of you to leave the area. It's potentially quite dangerous, and I can't allow civilians to put themselves in jeopardy."

It was one of the few times she felt truly annoyed with the Doctor. Sure she was glad to see him (them?). Seren was so young, so painfully young, and in this confusing moment, in some sort of aggravated pain, or anxiety or something. She got behind the girl and put a hand on her shoulder, and gave the Doctor with the umbrella her look that meant "You're being inhuman." For all her annoyance, they both knew this was very much the truth and there was nothing to be done about it. The thing in the boat wasn't helping at all.
"You can just drop the human façade." She said quite clearly to him with a cool smile, now stepping away from Seren and coming to lean at the rail. "I've been scanning this area for the last half an hour, and didn't see so much as a scrap of you until a minute ago. Why don't you just save us some trouble and tell us what is under the Sea, pretty man."

The man came up to her and said her name. Her eyes widened as her mouth gaped. "How do you know my name? How does he know my name?!?" She snapped as she felt Sarah Jane at her back. She pressed her palms over her eyes and felt the anger rising, the rage building and bubbling inside of her. An aggravated growl rushed from her as the fob watch seemed to pulse with it's own light. She watched the man wander over to the other, and the two began to talk.
Then she turned on the man in the boat talking. "I'm not going anywhere." She snarled as she stepped away from Sarah, her hand digging into the bag and letting it rest on the gun. It was painful, absolutely painful. She was bloody pissed, and she was ready to snap ready to kill all of them. Well really, not. She really wasn't going to kill anyone, but the anger was bubbling up. What was this feeling rising through her, like she knew all three of the men there.
Her breath rushed from her as her head was thrown back. "Eye and Rod! Someone bloody explain what's under that water, before I decide to just go on a shooting spree. I was there, Sarah Jane had been scanning for awhile. I was watching the water for awhile, you appeared outta bloody nowhere. And those men on my ship, I don't know how they got here either. But I swear to the eye of orion, that I'll continue to yell and shout and threaten all of you - till someone gives me an appropriate answer." She snapped. It was always the quiet ones, that snapped the hardest.

The Seventh Doctor walks over to Seren and places his hands on her shoulders. "You need to calm down, Li-" He shakes his head "...Seren, please I understand your confused, but that's why I wanted to talk in private I can explain everything and then, maybe you can help me understand something alright? I promise everything will make sense later." He takes her hand "I promise." he says

"You can just drop the human façade." the older woman said, leaning at the rail. "Facade?" he echoed, managing to inject just the right note of incredulity and outrage into his voice - he really was a good actor, after all. "I've been scanning this area for the last half an hour, and didn't see so much as a scrap of you until a minute ago. Why don't you just save us some trouble and tell us what is under the Sea, pretty man."Jake's smile was warm and genuine. "Indeed I shall, o radiant vision. And perhaps, after we clear this up and I complete my work for the day, you will allow me to buy you a drink?" Keep them off balance, he thought with a mental grin. The woman in green chose that moment to... well... to flip out. But I swear to the eye of orion, that I'll continue to yell and shout and threaten all of you - till someone gives me an appropriate answer."Jake blinked in surprise. I have to find out who she is, and soon. But for now..."Now, I believe I've been trying to tell you what is under the sea for several minutes. A temporal anomaly. Like the ones you hear about in on Aunty Beeb from time to time. Like the one that let the mammoth loose on the M-4. The scientists say they warp space-time, which causes light and such to bend around them." He shrugged. "I don't follow the math, much," inwardly, he was dying of laughter, and only iron self control allowed him to maintain his expression of injured sincerity "but that's probably what happened. One opened under here, while you were looking, and it warped light right around the area." He indicated the small, TV-like device he'd been examining. "That's what my gear says, anyway. So that means that there may very well be an extratemporal incursion going on, and that means that I need to ask any civilians in the area to leave. It could be nothing, but it could be some prehistoric sea monster as well." (OOC: Sarah would definitely have heard of these anomalies. They're from the television show Primeval, and I introduced them to the Whoniverse in the Primeval thread. I mention this because I really hadn't intended to have Jake appear out of nowhere. I just forgot what kind of visibility there is on the ocean.)
