"That's my job sweetheart. I take care of the children for camp, because I can't have them myself." She said gently as she pulled out the syringe again and started to nod to the father. She gently touched the boys face as she reached down and pulled out a swab and wiped down his good arm. "You will feel a little burn, and then everything will feel better soon." She whispered as she slid the needle into his arm and pressed the plunger.
"Now, someone - anyone, particularly Tyler. Tell me in detail what happened. So that i can continue with my report." She whispered. She needed to also to let the pain killers to kick in so she could treat the child.

Tyler felt a burn as the needle entered his good arm.
Tyler held back tears as he continued to be in pain. "I....um...was sitting at the top of the library steps with Kyra and someone else, and my dad and the librarians had asked me if I messed up the library. I didn't...honest....and after my dad left and the librarians went back into the library, a man came up and grabbed me. It was Emmehujidat, and he said that my dad didn't trim his roses right or something like that...I don't exactly remember what he said. Then he twisted my arm until it broke...and then he threw me down the steps and went away. Kyra got help...and...and....I think that's it."
Tyler glanced back at the woman, whimpering again in pain.
Tylerhathan heard his son mention that Emmehujidat had been the responsible one. Tylerhathan frowned. He was furious with Emmehujidat, but he knew that showing his anger wouldn't help anything. He said nothing for a few minutes, trying to calm down.

As the woman listened to the child, a hard edge came to her body. There was a feral nature boiling beneath the confines there. She gently tested the area she had put the painkiller in and waited a few more minutes before she gently started feeling his arm. It was a gentle probing to get a idea of what is going on. "Radius was forced against the Ulna. The break seems to have happened that way. It's a jagged break. It won't heal easily. "She said as she pulled out a small scanning screen. Her eyes darkened as she ran it down his arm.
"Yes, that's correct, it felt jagged - and it is. It'll need a cast, and I'll need to... I'm sorry sweety." She whispered to the child as she grabbed his arm in both hands, setting up the scanner to float above his break. She pulled the arm in opposite directs till the break was separated and she then realigned it. Gently she let go, and pulled out a small bottle of solution. Which she used to rub the area down - glad that it had worked. SHe pulled out a fresh pair of gloves and put those on, after disposing of her other pair. The next thing that came from her bag was a bottle of some sort of spray.
She sprayed it on, slowly forming a stiff cast, that was quickly wrapping tightly around the boys arm. Following his bodies fluctuations. "This will itch on occasion, but it will loosen and tighten depending on the need." She stated as she passed the scanner over the rest of him. Stopping at his leg and sighing. She changed gloves again and started working again. "The right fibula is broken. Rather cleanly - should heal no issue, but still broken." She stated in a light voice.
She went to work on that. "Tell me anything else - what hurts? Or what was hurting?"

Although Tyler had been given pain killer, he hadn't expected the woman to pull on his broken arm and then realign it, and he still felt it. Not much, but enough for Tyler to let out another whimpering noise. Tyler had never seen a cast put on someone before, and although he was still in a little pain, he was actually fascinated by the spray solution, forming a cast around his arm.
When he heard about his leg, Tyler frowned. If his leg was broken, and so was one of his arms, how would he get around? He couldn't really use crutches.
However, Tyler answered her next question. "Um.....my...my stomach and my back...."

The Specialist nodded as she pulled the scanner over his body. Watching with a rather angry look on her face as she resisted the urge to curse. She looked up at the boys father and then pulled out a roll of wrap. "Unfortunately you can't cast a broken rib. You have to wrap it. What I can do, is use this little device here to move it down to a crack. That will still take awhile to heal." She stated as she pulled out another device and gently ran it over his lower ribcage. It was a warming sensation the boy would feel - as she healed it what little she could.
"Unfortunately - since you are young, we are not able to heal the break, your body still has to grow and develope. So we have to allow this to happen this way. I'm sorry for that, the other issue is your back - you have a cracked vertebrae. Your Thoraxic to be exact. We will fix it to a lessercrack and assign pain medications." She stated gently as she set about her work.
She finished up and dusted off her hands, sitting back as she looked at the boys father. "I need to speak to you. And you young man, can't use crutches, yet. We will put you in a wheelchair for a bit - and then we will move you on to using one crutch." she stated as she slowly looked at the boys father.
"I need to speak to you - privately."

Tyler felt the warming sensation over his rib cage. He tried to relax as it did feel soothing. As she continued to work on his injuries, Tyler began to yawn. He'd forgotten about his inhaler, which Kyra now held.
Tylerhathan turned to face the Specialist. "All right.....I....let's go into one of the rooms in this TARDIS -- it will be private enough." Not even seeking permission or instruction from Dahlia, he began heading towards the first empty room down the hall.
Tylerhathan had an idea that he didn't know everything yet, and it probably wasn't a good idea to speak of these things in front of Tyler. He glanced back to see if the Specialist would follow. Hoping that she saw which room he entered, he stuck his head out. "This should do?"
He felt safe leaving Tyler in the hands of Dahlia and Tyler's new little friend, Kyra.

"I'm going to need to send this straight to the Castellan's office. You are a servant for one of the Council, which means this is an attack of a high magnitude. " She stated in a firm voice as she started pacing back and forth in the room he had chosen. "Obviously taking out anger on a child - is wrong. My job is to make sure that children can make it through the Schism - for their Initiation, this may jeopardize his ability to make it through unscathed." She stated.
She was infuriated, and that was easy to tell by her movements. Nothing flared her up like a child being damaged. "I'm sending a message to the Chancellory Guard, and they will get me in touch directly with the Castellan. I will need you to reconfirm that you heard him say that - and I will give a full report on the injuries and how they could have been perpetrated." She stated in a firm voice.

A look of deep sadness crossed Tylerhathan's face. "I....I......I'm not sure that it will do much good. You can report it...but...but it is for Emmehujidat that I work. He's the one who injured my son. I've...I've had problems with him before.....and I really can't tell you any more than that."
What Tylerhathan couldn't tell him was that his wife, Tyler's mother, had been a human. This was unheard of among Gallifreyans, and it had cost Tylerhathan his original name and position. He had been on the High Council himself, by virtue of his position. He had been part of a Gallifreyan royal family, in fact, he'd been its king. But all of that was gone now, and he couldn't mention it to anyone, or the cost would be his life and possibly his children's lives.
"I think this was more of a personal matter," Tylerhathan added.

Glancing over to the little blonde girl, Ieshana held her head high and then acknowledged the other child's words. "My parents are on the council, and on the scientific research firm, respectively." She said, with a nod. Her own eyes scanned the child opposite her and watched her.
"And what of your parents? Is it not customary to give your name when you address someone?" Ieshanavaretta stated simply as she watched Apoguportila with the eyes of a scientist, unable to keep from making observations.

"NO TIme Lord - council or otherwise, is to damage a child about to enter the Initiation camp. This is a grave matter." She stated as she stared at the man. Something about him was familiar - she had been around for a long time, this was her fourth regeneration - working as The Specialist for the children. Her arms crossed as she pulled out her communication device and began to work on the contact she needed to get. Her position was a position that stood on it's own.
A difficult one to hold as well. She was the lead doctor for the camp -and more then that, she made sure that children were put away safely if they didn't make it.

Apoguportila smiled at Ieshana. "Oh, that's wonderful...my parents are both work for the Gallifreyan Government. My mother is on the High Council. Oh, and sorry...my name is Apoguportila. I just wanted to make sure that you were somebody important -- someone who was worthy of my friendship. Can you believe that I would have to even check? Unfortunately, there are children who have no right to enter the Academy. I really don't even know why their parents bother to send them off to camp. Want to play?"
Apoguportila was dressed in her Gallifreyan robe, expensive Gallifreyan clothing underneath the robe.
___________________ Tylerhathan nodded at the Specialist. "Yes...yes of course. I'm not happy at my son being injured like that, but....there won't be enough actual evidence to convict Emmehujidat. He has too many supporters on the High Council, and he will probably deny touching my son. The Council will never accept the testimony of an eight year old...especially one who is a member of the low class."
Tylerhathan added in his own head, "And, for those who were on the High Council at the time of his birth, who knows about his mother being human....they won't take any action. They consider him to be a half breed, and not worth their time.['/i]"
He'd been forced to regenerate along with changing his name when everything had been striped from him.
Tylerhathan let out a sigh. "You can try, but I really don't think they will do anything in this case. I'm......my family....we are considered to be in the low class. I do appreciate your concern...I just don't know what can be done."

"I am given my position because no child - regardless of rank - is overlooked when they are damaged. All of the results are the same in the end. A report turned in by me is listened to. And if I have to - I'll give the child an injection of truth solution - so that they CAN'T say he was lying. Which I wish may not be needed - but might be needed." She stated as she started sending in the report to the Castellan, it was an attack on a Council servers child, albeit by the one they served. But she didn't care - she didn't care at all. A child hurt was a child hurt.
She was furious. Her family had held positions for a long time. Her specialist position was one of extreme regard - and she would be pushing her hardest to get a result made because of the child. He didn't deserve to have this happen.

Tylerhathan let out a sigh of frustration. He didn't like the situation, but he didn't want to make things worse for his boys. "I....I need to tell you something," he ventured. "They were born naturally...."
He then realized that she probably would have no idea who 'they,' were. "Tylerelrug has a twin brother."
Although he didn't exactly know how she would handle the news, he knew that most Gallifreyans looked down upon naturally born children. If the classification of low class wasn't bad enough, things were made much worse by the fact that his boys were born naturally. Most considered this to be animalistic. Of course he himself had been born naturally, but that had been expected of his family. Somehow, the paradox held that it was okay for a royal family to have children naturally, but not for the general population on Gallifrey.
"In other words, they weren't loomed...." Tylerhathan added.

"That's fine, neither was I." The woman stated as she looked back at him and grinned. She was doing the best she could to keep herself from getting infuriated further. "I also know several naturally born children - in the High up standings, but their births were smoothed over and lied about. Money does a lot of things. I should know." She said as she started to tap away at the small communicator she was using. There was a different look to the woman a rather long lost one as she worked.
"My real name is Tracenista. Most of my family has T names, my mother and sisters all have one, and my grandfather has one. His father had one. Well it's just the way we are. But I was naturally born - and so was my sisters. My mother didn't believe in looming. But I'm The Specialist for a reason." She said as she winked at him. She was getting a little of what he was saying - she had a hint of who he was.

The young Hermione walked into the camp uncertainly. She had no idea what would happen there but hey, that wasn't what concerned her. She was worried because she thought the other kids would tease her. She had no idea if she would hit them or not. That would get her into trouble. But sometimes it couldn't be helped. She looked at the other kids that she saw and shivered slightly. She didn't really register them properly. "Hello.." she said uncertainly, walking up to them, her arms wrapped round herself.
