Nathan glanced back at Koschei, feeling slightly embarrassed. He'd let a girl distract him, and hadn't considered that Koschei might be bored or not want Rhea around. Torn between his two new friends, he asked Koschei, "Is it okay if Rhea hangs out with us, too?"
He'd seen the look on Koschei's face when his friend had spoken, and he wasn't sure what the look was for. It looked like Koschei was slightly annoyed.
Nathan nodded, "Yeah.....all right....let's keep going.....my house is just over there." He pointed to a small little house off to the right. It would be obvious to anyone look at it that it wasn't fancy. It was a small, practical looking house with nothing to make it really stand out. ___________ At Dahlia's question, Tyler nodded. "Yeah....and it's in my pocket, but I can't reach it because of my arm."
Tyler looked back. "So....what's wrong with me?" He was referring to his injuries, assuming that Dahlia had the results.
Tyler nodded at Kyra in agreement. Then he had another thought, "What if he goes after my brother?"
"Yeah, I'm registered, but they're supposed to have a hospital bed for me at the hosptial. What if they make me stay there.....maybe they have a medical TARDIS at the camp, but what if they won't let me go to it. I hope they let me still go...."
Tyler started coughing some more.

"I don't mind, Nathan, really. Oh," he said to the girl, "you can call me Koschei. Only my father calls me Koscheipophisiva."
With a clumsy attempt at a grand gesture, he offered one arm to Rhea and the other to Nathan. "Shall we?" he said with a smile.
(I finally settled on a full Gallifreyan-style name for him.)

Nathan grinned back at Koschei, accepting his friend's arm. "Yes, let's continue on....what do you want to do when we get there? We can play a pretend game...or we can play with toys...or.....or we could play another game....."
Nathan didn't want to be rude to his guests. His father had taught him that he should always asks his guests what they wanted to do, and be nice about it. Nathan hadn't really had much of a chance to practice this yet, as most kids his age were mean to him. In fact, this was the first time he'd actually had anyone over to his house. He didn't want to let that on to his new friends, though.
Excitement bubbling up inside of him, he smiled. His first real friends besides his brother. His brother didn't really count, anyway, as they were family.

Dahlia grabbed the inhaler from his pocket and held it in her hand. "Um, do you think you can use it on your own?" She looked at the scan again. "You have a few broken bones. I'll see what I can do about it. You will be alright."
Kyra frowned sadly. "I hope he doesn't. But I hope they'll let you go ahead to camp. I want you in my class."

Tyler looked at Dahlia, "Want to talk to my dad? He probably needs to know about it."
Tyler didn't like the sound of having some bones broken, but he wasn't all that surprised. Maybe having his dad know what was going on would be helpful. That might even stop Emmehujidat from hurting him...if that was his intention. And where was his brother?
Tyler tried to move, and then let out a scream. He then answered Dahlia's question, "Maybe...but I'd have to use my left arm...." His right arm was now swollen and discolored. He was unable to move from his current position due to the pain.
Tyler next replied to Kyra, "I want to be in your class, too....."
__________ Nathan waited for Rhea or Koschei to speak.

(OOC: Same as for Charley - really sorry! Things were just so hectic. >.<)
Rhea nodded at Nathan as he explained himself. She still thought he was being a bit overly cautious about the whole matter, but she wasn't about to say so - that would be rude. She looked at Koschei as he introduced himself. He was certainly different than Nathan. A little more... sure of himself. Not that she necessarily thought that way as an eight-year-old, but it was something noticeable. He was more to the point. He liked being the leader. He wanted to get things done. While Nathan was nervous, Koschei just... wasn't. She wasn't sure what she thought about that.
Nonetheless, Rhea smiled at his attempt of a bow. "Nice to meet you, Koschei," she replied, testing out the name he had given her (and apparently Nathan) to use as a shorter version of his name, as most Gallifreyans seemed wont to do. Rhea sometimes thought their names could be silly and long, but she had to admit, she liked the long flow than many of them had. She joined the pair on the other side of Koschei, accepting his arm in something like a gallant gesture - but more of a silly eight-year-old's adaptation. She noticed that Nathan seemed more excited now that the two of them seemed to accept some of the problems with him. She shrugged in response to his question. "I don't really mind which," she said earnestly. "I'm up for whatever you two want!"

It didn't take the three of them long to actually reach Nathan's house. Although the door was locked, both of the children who lived their had keys, as well as their father. Nathan dug in his pocket, producing the key. After unlocking it, he pushed the door open.
The house itself was small for a Time Lord's home. Tylerhathan had built the house himself with the help of some friends. It was simple, having a small entry way, a living room, a kitchen, and a study on the first floor. A door across from the living room led to a furnished basement. Stairs next to the entryway led to the second floor. All three bedrooms were on the second floor, as well as a full bathroom. A garage which was connected to the main house kept the family TARDIS safe.
Tylerhathan did his best to keep the house tidy, dust free, and clean. However, having two eight year old boys made things a little tough. The furniture items were of good quality, although they only had the essentials. Several book shelves lined the walls in the living room and study. Pictures of the family were scattered around the living room, and were found on some of the walls.
Nathan looked to Koschei, "Well, what do you want to do?"
The boy hoped that the others wouldn't notice the pictures of his family. He didn't have THAT many pictures, but it seemed like a lot to him. One picture was too much. He'd remembered what his father had told him. Because he and his brother were not loomed, other children may not like him. Also, not very many Gallifreyan children would know what twins were, as they only happened in births that weren't loomed.
(feel free to add your own descriptions of what they find in the house)

Dahlia put it in his left hand. "Here you are. I'll contact your father." She then sent out a message to Tylerhathan. "Tylerhathan... I need you to come to my TARDIS by the library steps. It's about your son, Tylerug."
Kyra nodded and smiled softly, trying not to cry when she heard him scream.

Tyler gripped the inhaler with his left hand and tried using it in his current position, doing the best that he could.
Tylerhathan received it and sent back, "Is it about the library books.....he did mess them up, didn't he? I'll be right there"
Tylerhathan let out a sigh. So his son was guilty and had lied to him. He would have to face the consequences, whatever they were, even if it meant not attending the Academy. Defacing the High Council's library was a serious offense. He knew that children messed it up sometimes, but the condition that Tyler had rendered it....if the High Council found out that he had been responsible for it, they would stop at nothing to punish him to the full extent of the law.
With that, Tylerhathan immediately set off back towards the library.

Nathan looked to Koschei, "Well, what do you want to do?"
Koschei thought for a moment, then smiled. "Let's play great vampire hunt. I'll be Rassilon, and we can use your table as the control panel of our bowship."

Kyra gently took his wrist. "Can I help?" Her eyes were pleading to be able to do at least something.
Dahlia sighed. "No, Tylerhathan, it isn't about the books... your son was injured badly at the library's front steps, an ambulance TARDIS is on its way." She really didn't want to have to tell him this on his way there, but she had to warn him of his injuries.

Nathan looked back over at Koschei, slightly embarrassed. He'd never played a game like that before, as he had been left out of when other kids in his old neighborhood had played with each other. He and Tyler were left alone to make up their own games and play with each other.
Since Nathan liked to read, he had read about vampires before -- myths as well as the plasmavores and everything the went along with the topic. However, it wasn't his favorite sort of topic. Koschei was the guest, though, and that's what he wanted to play. How hard could a game like this be? They were just playing pretend, right? Nathan hoped so.
"All right," Nathan agreed. "That sounds fun...you can be Rassilon...."
As Nathan glanced at the table, he noticed his brother's daily medicine sitting there. This consisted of Tyler's other inhaler, some allergy medicine in tablet form, and nasal spray. He stuffed it into his pocket, hoping his new friends hadn't noticed.
Inwardly, Nathan sighed in frustration. His brother had forgotten to pack his medicine. It was a good thing that Nathan had stopped by the house and noticed it. He'd be needing it when they went off to camp.
Nathan nodded, "Okay....I'll be Rassilon's friend...he had to have had friends.....let's go vampire hunting!"
____________ Tyler responded to Kyra, "You can try...but I can't move or it will hurt all over...."
When Tylerhathan received Dahlia's response, he creased his brow in confusion. "But I was just there.....it hasn't been ten minutes since I left him. How did he get hurt? Maybe he is just exaggerating the pain...."
He sent that message to Dahlia. Tylerhathan soon came into view, running towards the TARDIS that was by the library steps. Upon reaching it, he pounded on the door.

Rhea looked between the two boys, unsure about the game. She had been glancing around at the decor of Nathan's house, nodding happily to herself moments before. She liked seeing where other people lived; she didn't get to do that very often. She had only been to her cousins' houses, not any friends' houses though. Then again, she hadn't had any proper friends until now...
When Nathan agreed to the game, she merely shrugged. She wasn't really sure what she needed to do. She looked at them a little embarassed. "Who do I be?" she asked.
