1.) Go to read the rules for the site and RP
2.) Go to the canon thread in Character Sign-up or view the accepted applications board and look at the characters that canon characters that are taken (if you want to play a canon character). After you have done that, you may sign up for a characters. You must wait for me to approve your character. Please fill out the character form completely, including the information about what Doctors or boards you want to RP for that character in.
You may submit a canon character or an original character. You may also view that adoption thread to see if you would like to adopt a character that has already been created.
Please create a new topic in the Character Sign-up board with the topic title being the name of your character.
Each player may have only two canon characters (and only one Doctor). You may create as many original characters as you wish.
3.) Once I approve of your character, I will move your character to the approved character board. You may now start roleplaying.
4.) To start, you can either come into a roleplay thread that is already going, or start your own thread. Just state where your character is and what he/she is doing. If you have some good ideas, then you can post them in the OOC plotting threads for that specific board.
5.) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Maybe someone hasn't reported it yet to fanfiction. It's happening on all their forums.
