Name:Dalek Caan

Physical Description: Caan looks like a normal Dalek, except that he is crudely rebuilt in the front. His Plunger-like attachment is fully extended and refuses to retract, and is pretty much useless. He is also missing a few panels of Dalekanium in the back, donations for the final experiment back in Manhattan.
Personality: Dalek Caan is capable of more emotions than just hatred, the usual range for a Dalek. Jumping in and out of the Time Lock has driven him mad, but it has been beneficial, in a way. for a period he was able to see all of time and space, though that is closed to him now. He feels ashamed of his own race, and even worked against them, as he continues to work against them. He speaks cryptically, and often seems not to make sense. Also, being a member of the Cult of Skaro, he was given the ability to think individually, allowing his acquisition of a personality at all to be possible.
Caan is cunning, despite his insanity. He is able to hide his true intent from his fellow Daleks, while manipulate timelines to attempt to bring them down.
History: Caan was a member of the Cult of Skarro, built to think for themselves and find a better future for the Daleks (in other words, keep them from dying out and finding new ways to conquer enemies.) Formerly lead by Dalek Sec, he is now the last member of the Cult, his companions falling one by one to the Doctor, and to each other (in the case of Dalek Sec after his conversion to a human-Dalek).
In a final escape, Caan jumped into the Time War to retrieve his creator, Davros. The attempt poured the entirety of the Time Vortex into the Dalek's closed mind, driving him mad. He saw the Daleks for what they truly were; monsters. He pulled Davros out of the timelock, but then manipulated the timestreams to help the Doctor end the Daleks.
As the Doctor flew away from the crucible, Dalek Caan preformed another temperal shift, saving himself from the explosion. He landed in a land where the Daleks were unheard of, and he convinced a handful of locals to assist in rebuilding him. The repairs are primitive; his blaster rarely works and his eyestalk at times loses signal or flits out, not to mention his plunger will not retract from it's full extended position nor will work for any of it's intended purposes.
Caan is now traveling using Temperal Shifts, generally keeping to the shadows long enough to recharge until he can shift again. He occasionally helps out or gives advice to travellers or those who stop to help him. The Temperal Shift that took him from the Crucible closed his mind to the Time Vortex, keeping him from seeing future events, but did not remove his shame and hatred towards his own race.
Additional medical information Insane, for a Dalek, at least. He is capable of emotions other than just hate.
