As far as new rules go, the rules are - except for a few wording changes - identical to the ones on this site. (Actually, they were so identical that, until a few minutes ago, they contained references to the Tenth Doctor having to approve things).
So don't worry on that account.

I'm all for joining with the move. You also have my experience as a Moderator and an Admin - if you want it. I'll offer advice, but I'd actually prefer NOT to have a position of power. Mostly cause I'm tired of responsibility- and people hating me. XD
