The travels of the One, or ToTO, is basically this:
The One, madman, Time Lord, Frenemy, and Villain, was trapped in a Chameleon Arch for 3 years. During this time, he adopted a daughter, and became a Doctor (Ironic, eh?). He was finally released from his chameleon Arch, returning to Time Lord state. Finding himself unable to leave his so-called "Daughter", Elizabeth Gardener behind, he took her to the Stars with him.
Several months later, he found a Black Dalek called Fax, whom he fixed up and genetically reprogrammed to serve him.
Together, they travel the stars, with the One causing Chaos everywhere he goes, his Dalek servant by his side, and his adopted Daughter attempting to coerce him out of causing as much Chaos as he normally would.
all in all, there is chaos.
So, if you see any threads with ToTO by the side, it simply means that the thread will involve two or more of the group.
