Elizabeth usually wears a red turtleneck sweater and jeans. She also usually wears a black overcoat. When at school, she wears her uniform, a plain black skirt and a white top. She has striking green eyes, and wears her hair long.
Personality: Elizabeth is a kind person, though she can be snotty at times. Rash and quick to help anyone in need, she needlessly rushes into the middle of trouble-wherever she is. She is still scarred from witnessing her grandmother- her only guardian- die two years ago, at the hands of The One, in Cardiff, 1996.
After being adopted, she fell into slump in life. After a year or two, she started going to school again. Meeting new friends and people cheered her up. Instead of falling to drugs and the like, she become a more friendly person, determined never to let anything like what happened to her grandmother happen again.
History: Elizabeth was born to her young, 22-year-old parents, Mary-Ann Gardner and Garret Gardner, in New York city, New York. Garret, unable to deal with the pressures of fatherhood, left Elizabeth's mother. Her mother was outraged by his abandonment of her and their child, and left New York. For the next 9 years, Mary-Ann Gardner carried he young daughter with her everywhere. She moved around the country every couple of years, hoping to get a new job.
Finally, when Elizabeth was 9, Mary-Ann caught cancer. Shortly before she died, he mother sent he daughter to Cardiff to live with her mother, Elizabeth's grandmother.
They lived in Cardiff for two years, until one fateful night, Elizabeth's grandmother took her down the road to the grocery store. On the way, her grandmother, 69 year old Felicia Withers, was struck by a Sontaran blaster rifle from a nearby alley, fired by the One.
A few minutes later, Hadden Beckett, a Chameleon-Arched One, walked up to her. As nobody else would, he adopted her, not knowing he was the reason for her sorrow.
