Three years ago, the Time Lords known as Alec and Flynn Delta trapped the newly regenerated Ninth incarnation of The One in a Chameleon Arch, turning him into a human being named Hayden Beckett. He adopted a daughter, went to collage, and blended into the day-to-day society of Cardiff.

But no Time Lord, human or otherwise, can avoid trouble for very long...

As for you, nessa, The charrie range includes: Time Lords (who sense another time lord), Humans (in Cardiff General Hospital, or the general Cardiff area), Torchwood 1- The ORIGINAL Torchwood.(possibly, as they could pick up rift energy residue from The One.), and any aliens on Earth in the general Cardiff area

Is this alive? if anyone wants to join, I'm all for it. until it starts, there's a big gap in The One's history.
