Unlike the Flynn who hails from our universe, this Flynn cares only for himself and and for his idea of what Time-Lord Society should be. He is cold, calculating and obsessed with seeing all other species bow before The Time-Lords.
History: As the final moments as did our Flynn, this Flynn burned two suns to escape his universe and avoid the time-lock that The Doctor was placing, that is where the similarities end. While the Flynn from our universe landed in a post-apocalyptic world filled with countless horrors and people in need of a hero, a land which shaped our Flynn into a better person obsessed with justice, this Flynn landed in our universe, a place where he lacked the lessons to become a better person. The first thing he hears is the call of The Specialist and her mission to reunite the Time-Lords into a peaceful society once again, sickened he pilots his TARDIS to her location with news of a different culture for the Time-Lords, one that has them ruling all of Time and Space...
