Bio: Lily is much older than she looks, 357 years older to be precise. She graduated the Time Academy a few decades ago and has went off with her father to go see the universe. Unfortunately, they got trapped on Earth in the year 1964. Their TARDIS won't take off, no matter what they do to it, and aliens are popping up everywhere. Lily did her best to blend in, but her father was too curious, and he was killed in 2005 during the chaotic christmas. Shortly afterwards, Lily found Torchwood. She has been working with them for a few years now, being that the year is 2009. She goes by Captain, no one's really sure why, but her father was a Captain of the Gallifreyan Army in the last Time War, so maybe it's in his name she keeps his rank. She has regenerated 3 times, once in an attempt to save her father, but alas, it was in vain.
Personality: Bold, intelligent, caring, sarcastic sense of humor, curious, stubborn, determined, hates fighting but will if there's no other option, protective, loyal, doesn't open up easily, tries to keep a distance between herself and others but it doesn't usually work out that way, friendly, quick-witted, keeps her head in tense situations.
Appearance: Short brown hair, brown eyes, thin facial complexion, glasses, fit body, approximately 5' 7", wears blue or white converse, black skinny jeans, a black and white flannel or a teal v-neck shirt and a her father's old war jacket.
