Gidenhaff, Germany, Earth, 1943. WWII.
The Cybus Wars.
It is 1943. America, England, Russia, and a few other world powers wage war against the Nazis and their Japanese allies.
Meanwhile, the Daleks and the Cybermen have each claimed Earth for their own. Upon discovering the other, war has broken out. The Daleks and the Cybermen battle furiously, causing loss of life on all sides, and killing hundreds of humans.
But the warring sides are secretly spurning on the leaders of each human faction, pushing them to the brink, using humanity like pawns in the age-old rivalry of Daleks and Cybermen, all the while waging their own destructive clashes around the world.
Where is the Doctor? The Meddler? Where are Earth's mightiest heroes in this time of chaos? In The Burning of Earth?
Black Dalek Fac sifted through the rubble, blasting aside debris and blood-stained human bodies. Fac was in the center of an old, demolished building. It's brick walls were stained with blood and laser fire.
Blowing aside the body of a young woman wearing a white blouse. the Dalek discovered the goal of it's search. A dented metal arm stuck out from under a large chunk of the roof. A few inches away lay the head, the boxy antenna atop it's head snapped in half.
Fac obliterated the head with a blast from is 'arm', then did the same to the body.
The Dalek rolled toward the doorway.
