Earth, 2000 AD
Dalek Alpha stood stoically, looking upwards at the sky, continuously sending his distress signal to the stars. He had been performing this ritual every night at the same time, at the same location.
"Help us! We have a Pro-gen-i-tor! We will re-build! Help us!"
The broadcast was the same, always the same, always directed to the stars. It was extremely risky sending a message through the time stream, but he had to try something. To simply wait and hope that humans would not pay attention while three Daleks rolled into a power station to try and jump start the means of their destruction was a long shot. He was about to call it a night when he received an answer, an answer in an old, familiar voice.
"I hear you, Alpha, Supreme One of the 403rd Progenitor Device." the raspy voice of Davros answered through the time stream. "Prepare yourselves....locking onto your position."
"Drones!" Dalek Alpha called, turning his eye-stalk to the two Drone Daleks he had in his company. "Form on me!"
"We obey." the Drones replied as they rolled towards Alpha.
"We are ready for trans-port." Alpha announced to Davros.
"Excellent...activating Emergency Teleportation Devices." Davros replied dryly.
One moment, Dalek Alpha was looking up at the Earth's night sky. The next, he and the Drones were facing the Creator, Father, Davros.
"Congradulations, Dalek Alpha...for your safe journey." Davros said form his Life Support Travel Machine.
"All hail....the Emperor!" Alpha announced. "All hail!"
The Drones' eye-stalks rose up in a salute to Davros, causing the grim scientist to chuckle.
"No need for such titles...." Davros chided. "For we have not yet recreated the great Empire!"
"I pres-ent the Pro-gen-i-tor!" Alpha announced, as the Drones brought forth the device.
"Excellent...I should be able to create thousands of Daleks from this one device..." Davros replied. "Install it into the ship. I must recharge the power cells before I can make any use of this device properly."
The Drones carefully installed the device into the ship as Davros and Alpha oversaw the work.
"What is the next step, Em-por-er?" Alpha asked, turning his eye stalk towards Davros.
"The next step, Alpha?" Davros said, as he work his controls. "The next step is to establish a new Dalek Empire! To rebuild, Alpha. To return to an area more suitable for our endeavors."
"Where would that be?"
"Pluto, Alpha...the body furthest from Earth, but still in this galaxy." Davros replied.
Alpha's eye stalk turned back to the Drones who had successfully installed the Device into the ship.
"Drones! Man your sta-tions! Pre-pare to dis-em-bark to Plu-to!" Alpha ordered to the drones.
"We obey." the Drones answered, heading off to take their places to help pilot the ship.
"Alpha, take the helm. I shall continue working towards recharging the system to restart the Progenitor."
"I obey." Alpha replied to Davros, taking center stage, stationed above the two Drones who manned the navigational stations.
"Par-tial power to en-gines! Make course for Pluto!"

New Tortuga A cluster of trojan asteroids The Archomax System The 34th Century
The majority of the figures sitting around the table were human - or, at least, humanoid. One was a raspy-voiced Ice Warrior, the air steaming around his refrigerated suit. One was a hath, gurgling in his liquid-filled breath mask. And one was entirely encased in four-foot-tall, bullet-shaped armor, enameled black with gold trim. All of them were dressed in mismatched finery, with even the squat bullet-shaped thing sporting a fine hat with plumes and sashes draped over its carapace.
The Hath was ranting, gesticulating wildly at the bullet-shaped thing, the gentle contralto of his translator wildly at odds with the violent gurgling coming from within the mask. "We continue to allow Captain Irkk to sit at our council table," he gestured angrily, "even though he has only one ship. Once again, I must insist on understanding why we allow him the title of Pirate King."
Trammal, a humanoid with extensive cybernetic augmentations and the most respected of the Pirate Kings of New Tortuga, leaned forward. "We allow it, because-"
"I will speak for my-self," Irkk's electronic voice rasped. The machine shifted slightly, and the eyestalk on the domed peak swiveled to target the Hath.
"Pray do," the Hath responded.
"I have been gran-ted the ti-tle of Pi-rate King be-cause New Tor-tuga would not sur-vive if I chose in-stead to occ-u-py it by force."
This brought an angry murmur from the other Pirate Kings, and the Hath lept to his feat. "You presume much, sir," the contralto translator stated.
"I a-llow New Tor-tu-ga its in-de-pen-dence be-cause it is more use to me if I am not forced to ad-min-ister it."
The Hath clawed for his blast pistol. Irkk shifted slightly. There was a wash of heat, and the Hath exploded in a sticky ruin of cooked meat and superheated fluids.
"That was ill-done, Captain Irkk," remarked Captain Trammal.
The eyestalk rotated to face him. "We had a bar-gain, Tram-mal.
"That bargain did not grant you the right to murder your fellow Captains, Irkk."
"It was self de-fense, Tram-mal." Silence. "Or would you pre-fer to learn what hap-pens if I al-ter the bar-gain?"
The business of the day had ground to a halt after that. Irkk did not mind. Squatting within his travel machine, sucking noisily at a nutrient tube with his lipless mouth, he twisted his face into a loathsome approximation of a grin. The rest of the council would remember his words next time.
"That was great, Cap'n!" Saflan laughed. "The looks on their faces, when you blew Golowai into chum? Priceless!"
"It was ex-pe-di-ant," Irkk agreed.
"Expediant?" Saflan laughed again, "It was-"
"Si-len-ce," Irkk ordered as his comm system signaled for his attention. Saflan shut up immediately - well, he stopped talking to Irkk, anyway, choosing that moment to begin chatting up one of the local whores.
"This is Irkk," he said as he activated the system.
"This is Kerri," a voice answered. "Aruuh has intercepted a signal, and we ask for instructions."
"Play it," Irkk ordered.
"Help us! We have a Pro-gen-i-tor! We will re-build! Help us!"
"A Dalek?" Irkk asked.
"Correct," answered Kerri. "But there is more."
"I hear you, Alpha, Supreme One of the 403rd Progenitor Device. Prepare yourselves....locking onto your position," said a second voice.
"We are ready for trans-port," the first voice stated.
"Excellent...activating Emergency Teleportation Devices," replied the second voice.
Irkk considered his words carefully. "Dalek Alpha? And Davros?"
"It is confirmed to four standard deviations of confidence."
"They both survive." He thought for a moment. "Trace the signal back. Learn where it came from. We will not allow Davros
Irkk's eyestalk swiveled to look at his second mate. "Saf-lan. Your rut-ting will need to wait. We re-turn to the Sly-ther. Now."

Yorion 7, The Fandax System, the 56th Century
The Bloody Falcon was a small, run-down bar in the southeast section of Yorion 7's capitol, Balfeix. It had been established back when Yorion had first been colonized by humans, some 50 years ago.
Currently, the bar was empty but for a few occupants. An insect-like humanoid, presumably the bartender, who was dressed in a small ragged skin-tight outfit monotonously swept a large sopping wet towel over the metal counter. A rotting steel door was hanging at a twisted, lopsided angle. A large, six-armed being conversed quietly with a human male in the corner of the bar.
A single solar-powered light flickered on and off above the bar's one table. Three rickety wooden chairs were arranged around it. At one chair sat a large Raxacoricofallapatorian.
Hamas-Vall-Koria-Rariox-Gartihleen was fingering a small chip in one of her large, green hands. A few months ago, she'd received a transmission on her ship. A person wanted to obtain a data recording she'd looted from a wrecked Sontaran ship near the Vall-Han system.
She glanced around, then looked at the bartender.
"You. Get me a glass of beer." She didn't know why, but Hamas favored the human specialty. It couldn't intoxicate the Raxacoricofallapatorians, but it was...tangy. The insectoid handed her a cold glass of beer, and she turned back towards her table.
She jumped, startled. Across the table from her sat a human, or something like it. You never knew what an alien would do to fit in. The figure wore a hood, and she could just make out the shape of a male chin.
"Are you my contact?" she spoke in her raspy voice. Her hand rested on her tri- barreled Sontaran blaster.
"Yes."
Hamas did not remove her hand from her blaster.
"You could be lying."
"I wouldn't lie to you."
The figure thrust back his hood.
"After all, don't you trust your old friend?"
The man grinned.
Hamas sighed, and pocketed the blaster.
"Hello, Doctor."

The Dalek saucer rested upon the surface of Pluto. Davros worked at his controls to try and re-activate the Progenitor Device. The Device sat dormant as Alpha and his Drones watched on.
"Is it ready?" Alpha asked. "Will the Daleks be reborn?"
"Patience, Alpha." Davros chided, as he flipped a final switch. Suddenly, the lights dimmed on board the Dalek craft. The Progenitor was active. "The Daleks survive!"
Alpha watched as the Progenitor rumbled and sparked. He watched as Davros continued to work his controls from his life support machine.
"Perhaps...we shall start with a small number....say five more..." Davros mused to himself. Alpha watched as the doors where the Drones had installed the Device opened. Five newly constructed Daleks emerged from the smoke and fog of the Progenitor's work. Three were Drones, bright red in color. The Drones were followed by a Scientist Dalek and a Strategist Dalek.
"Alpha, I present to you," Davros said in his haughty tone of voice. "your Paradigm!"
"Drones!" Alpha ordered, "Begin making pre-par-a-tions to open a Time Cor-ri-dor!"
"We obey!
"Scientist, Strategist, over see the Drones work!" Alpha barked to the two other Daleks. "Once we are in a more....ad-vanced age, we shall begin work on con-structing a fleet!"
"Soon," Davros chuckled. "Daleks will be properly feared once more."
Davros turned his machine towards the command deck of the saucer, as Alpha followed behind.
"Em-per-or," Alpha started, as the two moved onto the deck of the ship. "What of the Doc-tor? When shall we ex-ter-min-ate him?"
"Again, Alpha, patience." Davros said calmly. "We shall in due time face our oldest foe....but first, we must create a force of which not even the Doctor shall be prepared for."

"Then, we shall cre-ate more Daleks." Alpha replied, turning to go back to the Progenitor.
"No, Alpha," Davros breathed. "We should instead...turn our attention to another stratagem."
"Stratagem? Explain."
Davros chuckled, as he brought up an image for Alpha to view. It was that of a massive cruiser class star ship.
"This is the first Neo Dalek Imperial Fleet flagship, 'The Sword of Skaro'." Davros announced to Alpha.
"It does not re-sem-ble Dalek design. Explain."
"It is not, Alpha..." Davros chuckled. "It is Sontaran in nature."
"Son-tar-ans are the enemies of the Daleks!" Alpha screamed.
"Not these..." Davros continued. "These Sontarans have been specially designed by me. Taking the basic cloning techniques of the Sontarans, I have improved upon their failings."
Before he could continue, Davros was interrupted by the Strategist.
"Time corridor is ready." the Strategist said gravely.
"Excellent....I shall plot the course from here." Davros replied, turning his attention to the deck of the ship. "Alpha, order your Drones on deck."
"Drones! To the deck! Take pos-it-ions!" Alpha ordered to the Drones below through use of the ships communication system. He then looked back at Davros.
"What of the Son-tar-ans! Explain!" Alpha ordered.
"Do not think you can order me!" Davros roared, turning his machine to face Alpha. "If not for me, you and your Drones would have wasted away on that primitive rock, lacking sufficient power to activate the Progenitor! Forced into hiding! Do you think the humans would have given you a chance to defend yourselves if they had discovered you!"
Alpha lowered his eyestalk to the floor in shame.
"No..." he replied, his voice lowered. "They would not....but we would have ex-ter-min-ated millions!"
"And the millions that were left would have seen you destroyed, Alpha!" Davros continued. "You, the Progenitor, the Drones, you are all too important. I need you all in order for my plan to work."
"And what exactly is your plan? Alliance with the Son-tar-ans? To sub-ji-gate the Daleks into the ser-vices of an em-pire?"
"Never! The Neo Dalek Empire will reign forever more once my plan is complete! The Sontarans are not our allies," Davros chuckled. "They are our slaves!"

The Seventh Doctor stood at his console listening.
"Help us! We have a Pro-gen-i-tor! We will re-build! Help us!"
A small chuckle.
"I hear you, Alpha, Supreme One of the 403rd Progenitor Device." the raspy voice of Davros answered through the time stream. "Prepare yourselves....locking onto your position."
A frown, then a smile.
"Oh, Davrrrros," he says to himself "I should have known it would take more than an exploding ship to kill you." Another chuckle. "I have work to do." He acts quickly and manages to lock on to the Dalek ship.
"I think it's time to do what The Hand of Omega didn't."
"Ace! Come here will you? We have a battle to finish. I don't want you to bring Any Nitro-9 alright? And make sure not to put it in your backpack got it?" He says with a wink.

The Fain Galaxy, The Ploraian System,[ the TARDIS/i]
"Help us! We have a Pro-gen-i-tor! We will re-build! Help us!"
"I hear you, Alpha, Supreme One of the 403rd Progenitor Device. Prepare yourselves....locking onto your position."
"No!" Eleven flicked off the screen. He couldn't bear to listen any more. The Daleks were alive. Davros...Davros had survived.
Davros. Davros, who flew into the Jaws of the Nightmare Child. Davros, who was rescued by his ever-loyal Daleks. Davros, who fled the Time-Lock. Davros, who had burned in flame and smoke, high above the Earth, betrayed by his mighty Dalek seer. Davros, who created the Daleks.Davros, enemy of The Doctor.
Davros, last of the long-ago race of the planet Skaro. Davros...last of the Kaleds,
And now he was back. The Destroyer, the creator. Master of the Daleks.
The Doctor flipped a few switches on his TARDIS console, then pulled an old communicator out of it's slot on his console.
He paused for a second. Would it really mean anything, to broadcast this message? To gather them all in one place, to see how low they had fallen? The mighty race?
There was no choice. There was no choice.
"This is the Doctor, galactic coordinates, Sector 5-8Z, the Fain galaxy, the Ploraian system. Calling all time Lords. Calling the last of the Time Lords. This is the Doctor. The Daleks are alive. I repeat, the Daleks are alive. Davros survived.
Calling all Time Lords. We must stop the Daleks. That is what we do. We are the time Lords. We protect Time. This is the Doctor, calling all Time Lords."

The Dalek Saucer moved through the Time Corridor, rushing towards the point in time that 'The Sword of Skaro' awaited Davros and his Daleks. Davros took command of the saucer from Alpha, entering the proper coordinates into the computer to get to the new flag ship.
"Behold, my Daleks!" Davros announced, as they approached the ship. "Our destiny! This is where everything ends...and where everything begins!"
Alpha observed the massive ship with his eye stalk. It was a sight to behold. He thought of all the possibilities of which this ship could be used. He thought of all the ways in which the Daleks could use this massive war craft against all of reality.
"Alpha, please open the communications link." Davros said briskly.
"Vis-ual contact est-ablished! Lower com-mun-i-ca-tions barrier!" Alpha ordered. A visual of the interior of the command deck of the war ship before them appeared, along with the face of a Sontaran soldier.
"This is Commander Arlex of the First Dalek Legion." the Sontaran announced.
"Commander, lower your docking shields. I have returned with the beginnings of our new Dalek Empire." Davros ordered to the Sontaran.
"Understood. We await you on the bridge." Arlex replied.
As the saucer began to dock into the massive war ship, an all too familar sound filled the air on the command deck of the saucer. Davros turned to face the materializing TARDIS.
"Alpha!" he barked.
"Time Lord! Drones! Take pos-it-ions!" Alpha ordered to the Drones.
"We obey!" the Drones replied, as they surrounded around the appearing TARDIS.
"Ac-ti-vate tem-por-al pri-son!" Alpha ordered.

Sticks her head around the corner of the door stuffing her bag with Nitro-9 “No problem professor, I’ll make sure not to bring any.” she slung her backpack over her shoulder and walked over to where The Doctor was standing. “So who are we up against then?”
She took a look at the screen, looking from side to side she reached under the console and grabbed a fairly decent sized knife she had stashed under it and clipped it to her back under her jacket, and proceeding with what she was doing like nothing was done

"A Chrono loop, eh?" He acts quickly and manages to put up the shields before they can activate the shields. "That should hold them off. Remeber our encounter with the daleks in 1963? Davros survived, we need to fix that" He walks out of the TARDIS so they can see but not attack Ace and himself.
"Hello Davros." He smirks.

The Drone Daleks raised their gun sticks in unison, taking aim at the Doctor.
"Have them hold their fire, Alpha." Davros ordered to the Supreme Dalek.
"Daleks will not fire!" Alpha ordered the Drones.
"We obey!"
Davros then turned his full attention to the Doctor and his companion. It was him, the very same Doctor who had tricked him all those years before. The very same who had caused him, Davros, creator of the Daleks, to destroy the Dalek home world, Skaro.
"Doctor...." Davros hissed, his hand working his console to lower him from the platform to be at about eye level with the Doctor. "Welcome...to my new Empire."
As he spoke, the saucer had landed in the docking bay of 'The Sword of Skaro'.
"We have unfinished business, you and I." Davros continued. "You destroyed my home.....I then upped the ante and destroyed yours....then you....YOU destroyed my Daleks!" he roared, making it seem that he was losing his temper, but all the while, his hand was working at the console of his machine, summoning a contingent of the Sontaran/Dalek Hybrids he had on the carrier.
"Now....it would seem I still owe one last act to be done unto you. But what shall I take away from you this time? What is so precious to you that you could not possibly stand to lose it?" Davros mused. As he spoke, thunderous foot steps, marching in unison, approached the control deck of the saucer.
"Your companion? No....I kill them, and you simply replace them...how cold Doctor, how remarkably...." Davros chuckled a bit as he thought of it, " Dalek in nature you are. Should I kill you? No....even that would be too good of a punishment for your crimes against me and the Kaleds....and the Daleks." As he said this, ten Sontaran/Dalek Hybrid soldiers entered the command deck, weapons raised at the Doctor and his TARDIS. "No...I think I shall keep my little plan for you to myself for now..." Davros chuckled, as the Sontarans formed a circle, side by side with the Dalek Drones, taking position around the Doctor.

The dwarf planet Pluto The Sol System Mutter's Spiral 2000 AD
The Slyther hung in geosynchronous orbit above the tiny world, sensors raking the surface with terrible efficiency.
"Re-port," demanded Irkk.
"A star-ship of rough-ly cir-cu-lar hull shape was lan-ded on the sur-face less than four de-ca-zots a-go," squawked Pocsk, the ship's chief scientist. "There is a lo-ca-lized dis-tor-tion of the plan-e-tary sur-face con-sis-tent with a gra-va-tic drive hav-ing been u-til-ized."
"Ad-diti-on-ally," added Taad, Pocsk's assistant, "I have de-tec-ted a re-sid-u-al ar-tron sig-na-ture con-sis-tent with the use of a time cor-ri-dor."
"A-nal-y-sis?" Irkk knew where this was likely to go, but he wanted confirmation.
Taad and Pocsk swiveled their eyestalks to look at each other, then looked back at Irkk. "There is a high prob-a-bil-i-ty that the ves-sel was an Im-per-i-al mo-del. Dom-in-a-tor-class or heav-i-er."
"I don't get the problem," Saflan interjected, leaning forward. "I've seen this ship in action - hell, I've helped whack other Dalek ships. Why don't we just chase them down and..." he grinned, "exterminate them? I mean, the Slyther's the baddest thing in the universe, right?"
Every Dalek in the war room pivoted eyestalks to stare at the lone human in the meeting. Saflan hid his sudden nervousness well, with only a slight narrowing of the eyes showing it.
"We are not dea-ling with the 'new par-a-digm' Daleks," answered Irkk. "Al-pha is an Im-per-i-al fac-tion e-quiv-a-lent of a Black Dal-ek."
Comprehension - and relief - flickered in Saflan's eyes. "Like you, then."
Irkk twitched his manipulator arm. "Some-thing like me, yes." A pause. "He was al-so one of the Im-per-i-al fac-tion lea-ders dur-ing the Time War."
Saflan started to speak, stopped, and thought. "So, we have to assume he has resources at least equal to that of the Slyther."
"That is cor-rect," Irkk stated.
"Cap-tain?" Aruuh's voice crackled over the intership comm. "I have de-tec-ted a-noth-er com-mun-i-cat-ions sig-nal."
"Play it.'
There was commotion in the war room. "Si-lence!" Irkk ordered, his voice cutting through the chaos. "It is a known fact that Ka Fa-raq Ga-tri sur-vived. It is a known fact that the Pro-fes-sor sur-vived. It is not ir-rat-ional to a-ssume other Time Lords sur-vived as well."
He thought for a moment, then came to a decision. "Ar-uuh. O-pen a com-mun-i-cat-ions chan-nel."
The other Daleks looked at each other, but said nothing. Aruuh informed him it was ready.
"Ka Fa-raq Ga-tri. This is Irkk, Black Dalek. We have met be-fore. We have an en-e-my in com-mon, now. I wish to dis-cuss an al-li-ance."
A pause.
"Al-pha must be ex-ter-min-a-ted. Dav-ros must be ex-ter-min-a-ted."

(OOC: sorry it's so small compared to the rest of you guys I'm just really tired and...really burnt.)
Ace took her book bag off laying it at her feet all she would have to do was kick it just right and they’d have 30 seconds to get in the Tardis and get the hell outta dodge, she crossed her arms and leaned back against the Tardis watching the confrontation between Davros and The Doctor “Hey he may replace me one day bog brain, but if it’d be taking one of you out death would be worth it.”

Eleven clicked of the transmitter, leaning back in his seat. A minute later, he received a reply.
"Ka Fa-raq Ga-tri. This is Irkk, Black Dalek. We have met be-fore. We have an en-e-my in com-mon, now. I wish to dis-cuss an al-li-ance." A pause.
"Al-pha must be ex-ter-min-a-ted. Dav-ros must be ex-ter-min-a-ted."
Dalek Irkk. He had fought him before. He would see him dead along with Alpha and Davros, if not for the fact that, left alone, Irkk could not create a new empire. Davros could.
Eleven picked up the transmitter.
"Black Dalek Irkk. I thought I'd never see you again, especially after your minion, Saflan, broke onto my TARDIS during the Year of the Blood Death, covered in blood, bathed in my pool, mentally scarred my friends, and helped me blow up a factory full of Daleks.
But you're right. The enemy of my enemy is my friend....even if they're my enemy. I accept....Dalek."

His eyes dart quickly around, nervously. He stands behind Ace and covertly slips a small can of Nitro-9 into her hand before shoving her into Davros, hoping she will get the idea, and play along and slip the can into his chair. "Davrrros! Take the girl but sparre me! I beg you! I know when I am beaten! Please!? He covertly disarms the Dalek and Sontaran weapons for a short period of time with his Screwdriver.
He dramatically falls to his knees.
