to keep all my timelords in a row, this is where i will post trhem for application

Age: 1027
Species: Timelord ( or lady she is female)
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: called The Light or The mentor, she used to teach on her homeworld...but now there seems little point to that...
Physical Description: She is a slender young woman with hip long blond hair, Dark green eyes laced with gold and often wears a top hat adorned with blue roses and an outfit like a female version of The Eighth Doctor but in light and dark hues of blue. she wears simple sneakers that are silver.
Personality: Mosdras is a little on the wild side, but is in heart (hearts?) a good person. she love to sing and share what she knows with anyone. she has know the Doctor for a long time, but she doubts he remembers her anyways. but she hopes he will someday. She has a keen idea of what she should and should not do but often does the most bizarre thing you can think of.
History: Mosdras was born, like all timelords where, on gallifrey and when eight looked within the Skizum. she is skilled in a few things like teaching and singing, she was responsible for some time in helping teach younger timelords how to fly their Tardis's. The toughest case was a long time friend of hers, The Doctor. He just kept leaving that parking break on in his Type forty....anyways when Gallifrey entered the time war she took up her in her own Tardis to fight. sadly while enroute Her Tardis suffered a freak Temporal storm and was trapped within it away from the timewar and loss of her home. She exited the loop sometime later near earth and is looking for any survivors of her people. and she has heard faint rumors....such faint rumors indeed...of a man Called The Doctor. she uses a sonic umbrella as well as a normal cane that changes colors to match her mood. See attached picture for more detailed look granted shes in a dress in it.
Note: to learn how to fly, they used training Tardis, just like you or i would uses a Training car for learning to drive.
Additional Medical Information: She is in good health unless she gets shot by a dalek...but i doubt thats good for anyone really...
