Hello. I came here with the idea of playing Barbara, but I haven't applied yet - all I've done is register and look around briefly. I did check the list, though, and it looked like she was available (assuming I was looking at the right list).

I'm definitely a beginner; the only Who RP I knew about before Googling and finding you was the stuff that happens on LiveJournal (and even that is a bit of a closed book; I'm not a member). But there's a Barbara there already, and I'm very keen not to tread on her territory.

Anyway *waves*, nice to meet you. I'll be the one hovering in a corner looking uncertain. (Unless I'm in character, of course.)

I'm going to go ahead and second the excitement over seeing Barbara Wright showing up in the boards.

I'm... well, you know, I usually just go by "First" around here. I play the First Doctor, the Meddler, and the Master, along with a host of somewhat more minor characters (the Could've-Been King, a Dalek Pirate, the Goblin King, and so on and so forth).

I'm going to echo what Sage said as well. Don't worry about experience. If you enjoy writing, and you enjoy Doctor Who, you'll do fine.
