Name: Carliusyestea or Carlius for short
Age: actual age 500 but he looks around twenty to thirty
Species: Timelord
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: Currently Unemployed
Physical Description: A rather tall and gangly man, he tends to wear a grey suit jacket, a black vest with silver pin stripes, black dress pants, a white dress shirt and a white tie. He has messy brown hair and bright blue eyes
Personality: He has a rather happy and eccentric most of the time but every once and a while he becomes very calm and comes off as sad or depressed even though he is just fine. He also has a short temper and lashes out at who ever or whatever is around him.
History: He doesn't remember much of his past other then the basics. When he got his Tardis he left Gallifrey and never looked back, by doing so he avoided the time war completely and wasn't trapped by the timelock. His memories were whipped when he once used his chameleon arch to become human but it didn't work quite properly, and when he tried to return to his proper, Timelord state he found it hadn't saved his personal memories.
Additional Medical Information: He is considered by most to be slightly insane. Although in a good way.... for the most part....
He also has two hearts and is on his second regeneration
