Personality: Andy is a young man who works for the Law Enforcement in Cardiff. He is handsome and has gorgeous red hair, and he has big eyes that make look like an innocent dog but he can look like he means business. He is thin with broad shoulders.
History: Andy was the fifth child in his clan. He was the middle child. Spending most his life trying to be noticed, it was not easy for Andy to be the middle child.
Dreaming to be in the Royal Guard, he quickly learned that was impossible because his blood line and his family background had too criminal history.
The best thing was to in training to be a Police Officer. He did that and that’s where he befriended Gwen Cooper and Andy met later her boyfriend. That was something Andy did not like. Andy was interested in Gwen. It was the man was never fast enough to tell Gwen how he felt about her. So, Andy has a huge a dislike and jealous to Rhys.
Andy had been on site when Torchwood came to do their thing. He believed they brought a dead guy alive but he believed it was his imagination. Than other weird things had happen, like they had gangs dress up in these creatures like werewolves with claws and sharp teeth. They had found people dead from these gangs. It was serious. It was more serious because Andy started to see more of this TORCHWOOD and Gwen in action. He was seeing she was have more action than he was. He wanted to be part of this Special Operations.
So he will continue to do his work as an officer and wishing he could be in special operations with Gwen Cooper. And. maybe on the side try to catch Rhys to break a crime and cite him.
