Here is my very first Doctor Who character hope you all like him.
Name: Maine/The Observer
Age: 902
Species: Time Lord
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: Researcher
Physical Description: www.mensandwomenstailoring.com/wp-content/uploads/19_6_orig.jpg his height is 5'7
Personality: Very clumsy and fearful most of the time. He is highly curious about everything and this has caused most of his regenerations. When around new people he tends to study them making them quite uncomfortable. He has a love for reading and writing also has strange obsessions with dinosaurs and pirates. When under pressure he is either brilliant or in complete panic.
History: The Observer was one of the few who was inspired by the Time Vortex to travel the universe and study the vast species that lived within it. In his academy days he was on friendly terms with the Doctor and sometimes Master.
After graduating Observer went off to travel other planets to study life and cultures. He mostly visited planets inhabited by plants or animal organisms finding more comfort in these sort of places then civilized planets. He has only been to Earth twice the first during the time of dinosaurs and found himself adoring the creatures till he was nearly crushed by one causing his 5th regeneration.
His second trip was when pirates ruled the seas and he stayed with a pirate crew for a few years until he became bored and moved on. When the Great Time Wars had started he was called home to Gallifrey in order to become a soldier but the lack of any violent bone in his body and his fear he fled Gallifrey.
Fleeing he went to the edge of the universe to a remote ice planet to wait out the wars. When exploring to see if there was any life he tripped and fell sending him into a coma. Years passing he was soon encased in ice.
Technology: His only true possession was his TARDIS that was in the shape of a police box like the Doctor's but the interior was a massive library containing all his studies and books. He would call it T.D. for some odd reason.
Additional Medical Information: Has a nervous twitch in his left eye.
