Physical Description:
The Nightmare Child's First Form could best be described, from a being of three dimension's view at least, as a young earthian or gallifreyan fetus, graying in the latter stages of decomposition and screaming in agony. However, in the fourth dimension and beyond, the Nightmare Child could only be described as a web of lying numbers and screaming fractals.
In the Nightmare Child's second form, it appears as a fair skinned earthian or gallifreyan male, with dark hair and piercing blue eyes that upon closer inspection mirror the untempered schism, as the Nightmare Child must always stare into it. In an attempt to blend into the populace of Earth, the Nightmare Child created a very attractive figure, according to the species general consensus, with a straight, average sized nose, not extremely pronounced cheekbones, a firm jawline, and a toned body.
The final form of the Nightmare Child appears as an Ood, similar to any other Ood. However the striking blue eyes are still prevalent in this form.
Personality:
The Nightmare Child does not operate on the same level as humans, and its true motives can only be fathomed by the most talented and experienced of Gallifreyan Visionaries, Prophets, and Philosophers.
History:
The Nightmare Child was formed during the Great Time War, when a single Neverwas named Zkvapuc-Krkomvn, in the Human Tongue, consumed the regeneration energy of a Time Lord, and as punishment the Untempered Schism was forced into its mind. Through this, an entity known as the Nightmare was able to inhabit the Neverwas, and ravage it beyond recognition. The body, which had now succumbed to the fire burning inside of it, became the Nightmare Child. It spent the rest of the war, screaming in pain and attempting to gain some true form.
It was then that the Nightmare Child was almost able to consume Davros, but he was torn away at the last moment by Dalek Caan, falling through the Time-Lock of the war. The stars and life of time outside the Time-Lock shown through to the Nightmare Child, and it tore through the fabric of space and time after Dalek Caan, entering the universe proper.
So began the drift of the Nightmare. It moved through space and time, a lonely, starving wanderer. Daleks ran from it, and it could find no Time Lords. Happily, it found a small, blue marble called Earth in darkness. It spilled its blood of its own accord, and it fell upon the planet. The Nightmare Child's carcass flowed into the sun, and was burned. The blood that fell onto the earth created the Nightmare Child's second form. This second form began to wander the Earth, in search of other beings. The Nightmare watched paramecium torn to organism, organism turn to fish, fish turn to reptile, reptile turn to rat, rat turn to ape, ape turn to Human. The Nightmare found himself a place in mythology, next to the being of Krop Tor. Sometimes they'd share a role; the Daemon of Krop Tor would be the horned devil, the Nightmare would be the snake in the Garden. the being of Krop Tor could be a giant while the Nightmare was Loki.
Soon, though, it began to directly interact with humanity. He took on the role of many viziers and legates, and laughed as civilizations rose and fell, and it lived on. Finally, in the Roman Empire, The Nightmare began to take on a masculine identity. "He" took on the name Somnius Malus, literally "Evil Dream" in English. He continued to live on, and in the 20th century, began to call himself Malcom Sommers. He took upon a vigil in Cardiff, Wales, waiting for Abbadon to emerge to consume him. Abbadon was defeated before he could complete this, however.
By the First Great and Bountiful Human Empire, Malcom Sommers destroyed himself in an unknown incident, and took on the identity of Ood Omega in order to blend in even further. Much of this portion of its life is unknown, though by the end of the Universe, Ood Omega found the Untempered Schism, and cast itself in, to be recreated by inhabiting Zkvapuc-Krkomvn's body again, making itself a constant; always and infinite.

Being a disturbingly augmented Neverwas with the power of the Untempered Schism and a Time Lord, the Nightmare Child can regenerate. It can't ever truly die; it will simply become an entity of unknowable agony and incorporeal form until the death of the Universe, at which point it will flow back into the Untempered Schism and be consumed, only to be vomited back into the world at its origin.
