Alec's eyes flashed towards Flynn as he forced the knife into himself. He didn't try to stop him, but on instinct he pulled out his phone and took a snapshot of him as he made it pass into his stomach like a mad man. That's what he seemed like- a mad man. The other Timelord had just committed suicide for a reason he wasn't completely sure.
As the former Dark Lord slipped his phone into his pocket he hurried over and stood between the two, grappling the knife from Flynn as he took it from Susan. "Shut up Flynn, you imbecile, just shut up."
He sighed, dragging his hand across his face. "Why the heck would you do that? Did you stop to think that you could've hit Susan? Do you know what I would've done to you if you did?" he pressed, raising the now-bloodier knife to show Flynn,

Nearly as soon as Susan had turned to go back into her kitchen and finish the hot chocolate like a good hostess, the man had grabbed her wrist. Fear rose in her throat – not about him, but the fear of losing herself in anger. She squeaked when he spun her around, not very impressed with the way he was manhandling her. Susan looked down at the knife that was still against him, attempting to move it so he didn’t impale himself on it. “Sorry about this,” he said, and Susan blinked, looking up at him curiously.
It seemed impaling himself had been the idea all along. “What?” she asked quietly, looking over at Alec. Flynn’s blood stained her hands as she held on to the knife, too paralyzed to do much moving. Despite the fact he didn’t seemed amused by this at all, Alec was taking pictures. Well then. She refocused on Flynn as he stepped away from her, taking the knife from her hands. She remained against the wall, still momentarily stunned as she tried to sift whether this was homicide, suicide, or even an assisted suicide.
“Shut up Flynn, you imbecile, just shut up,” Alec snapped after taking the knife from Flynn. She took a deep breath, letting it out shakily as her friend stood between her and the maniac.
I cook with that knife, she thought belatedly.
“Why the heck would you do that? Did you stop to think that you could’ve hit Susan? Do you know what I would’ve done to you if you did?” Alec demanded, raising the knife towards Flynn.
She flinched slightly, thinking Alec was going to finish the job Flynn had started. Susan shifted away from the two, wringing her hands together. She fought to gather her composure, putting a hand against her chest. Her hearts were beating a bit too fast for her own comfort.
“I’m sorry,” she muttered, looking down at her feet.

"I'm tired of this incarnation, it's got to dark and i'm done I'm Sorry Alec, Susan" Flynn stumbles back as his eyes become dark red and his skin a intensely bright red and his veins a blackish red. "D-dang the bloody stimpack's effect still haven't left my body........ oh this is going to hurt!" He lets out a large scream as if he was on fire and he stretched his limbs out, normally this is where the golden energy flows from the hands of the time-lord, but due to a outside effect Flynn's regeneration process had be altered. With a final scream a large red wave of energy explodes into the room. He collapses to the floor with a mighty thud, unconscious.

"I'm tired of this incarnation, it's got too dark and I'm done. I'm sorry Alec, Susan."
Flynn stumbled back and regenerated, but not correctly. It was mangled, messed up. He wanted it to stop, it seemed so unnatural. The newly regenerated Tactician collapsed in unconsciousness. Alec's eyes wandered over to Susan, "What should we do? With him, I mean."
The Timelord felt awkward again as he made his way to the kitchen, and cleaned the knife off. Placing it on a piece of cloth he walked back in. "I, uh, I guess we can't kill him? Again, I mean. We can't kill him again." he stumbled.

“I’m tired of this incarnation,” Flynn said. Susan frowned. When she had decided to regenerate, it hadn’t been nearly as dramatic as Flynn’s. She wrung her hands together, watching him warily. This day had not intended how she had hoped. She’d been planning on perfecting her cooking skill until the stray dogs couldn’t even resist disgusting bacon. Instead, two Time Lords had been stabbed rather brutally inside of her living room, and regenerated. “I’m sorry Alec, Susan,” he apologized. She looked back down at her hands, stepping until her back was pressed against her front door. Her hand moved behind her, fingering the door knob contemplatively.
As soon as she had gathered her urge to open the door and flee her own apartment, he began to speak again. She raised her eyes to him and grimaced. He looked like a deformed experiment to cross-breed a bright red lobster and a large shrimp that hadn’t been deveined. She turned to the door and shuddered, the sight having unsettled her more than she could hide. His screams pounded through her ears, and Susan tensed, covering her ears tightly as the red energy from his regeneration clouded her vision. Once the red had dissipated from her field of vision, she loosened the grip on her ears.
“What should we do? With him, I mean,” Alec asked. Susan turned around as she heard movement. He was… walking into her kitchen? Susan stared after him dumbly, not understand what in the hell was going on at all. But he came back – sans knife – and she suddenly grinned. He had been washing the knife. She covered her mouth, barely suppressing the laughter.
There was a man unconscious on her floor, and Alec had decided to go clean up her silverware. What a lovely gesture.
“I guess we can’t kill him? Again, I mean. We can’t kill him again,” he said, stumbling over his words just as much as she had been earlier.
She shrugged and walked closer to him. “Why would we kill him again?” she asked, grinning at him. She knelt down and dragged Flynn to her couch. She straightened and wiped her hands off on her dress. “There. We have dealt with him,” Susan responded.
What now? she asked herself.
Her mind was unsettlingly silent. “Come on,” she said, grabbing his hand and leading him back into the kitchen. She finished the rest of the hot chocolate, handing it over to him. She sat down at her kitchen table, wringing her hands sheepishly. “So… um, how have you been?” she asked awkwardly. “What brings you here?” she asked.

Flynn's new incarnation's eyes opened wide and he sat up. Another side effect of the Stimpack made it so that when he regenerates his previous incarnations "Bleed through", unfortunately for Susan and Alec, his most violent and war focused Incarnation was nearby they would have to deal with a top soldier of the Last Great Time-War, The True Tactician, who at the moment was convinced he was in the middle of a war zone. The Tactician, rushes to his TARDIS and grabs 2 Automatic Assault Rifle, one for each hand, and a couple of nerve grenades, then goes to deal with the "Dalek Spies"... fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Stimpak

“So… um, how have you been?” she asked awkwardly. “What brings you here?” she asked.
"Just, um, y'know..." Killing, arsonage, and- "Traveling, mostly."
Flynn then chose that moment to sit up boltright, jump into his Tardis, and run back out, two weapons in hand. "Dalek-" Alec didn't care about his mad ramblings, he pulled out a gun and fired at his knee. "I never forgive." he assured Flynn.

Flynn dropped his weapons, then and bends over in pain and releases a red blast of regeneration Energy. Standing up as if nothing happened he walks over to a wall pulls out a piece of chalk and begins to write on it while he speaks. "Now" He says in an older man's voice, "Shakespeare was a master of his craft, the immortal bard as some have called him, because his work will last forever." His Second Incarnation had now leaked through, this one was much more peace oriented and had a flare for teaching, which he had done at Sarah-Jane's School. "His work will be our next major unit, I want you to pick a scene from one of his plays and recreate it, is that clear class?"

Their pleasant little conversation – that wasn’t at all pleasant and mostly just painfully awkward – was cut off quite short by Flynn’s little… outburst. She stood up, following Alec to the threshold of her kitchen and living room. What in the hell was he trying to accomplish with this little stunt? She flinched once more as Alec shot the other in the knee, a little put-off that there was yet more senseless violence in the middle of her apartment.
“Never?” she whispered, wincing as regeneration energy shot from Flynn. If Alec never forgave, then why the hell were they still friends? After all the times she’d tried to manipulate him, to use him for her own ends…? He never forgave her for them?
Or maybe he never blamed her?
“Shakespeare was a master of his craft, the immortal bard as some have called him, because his work will last forever.”
What?
“We should kill him,” Susan suggested quietly, nudging Alec gently. “Out of mercy, I mean. He’s… he’s crazy. It has to be so tight in his head,” she said.
Tight? Shut up, shut up, shut up – you don’t make sense! You’re just as crazy as him!
“Why is he doing that? Why is he talking about… about Shakespeare? I hate it. Get it out!”

"So, what's her name Thete?" Flynn says sitting down on Susan's couch his voice again changed, Something about it familiar to Susan. "By Rassilon She's a cute little one. I mean if I'm going to be her Godfather, I need to know her name"
((OOC Flynn is Susan's grand Father and speaking in a voice heard by an infant Susan. This may not be an exact replica of an earlier event in Flynn's life, but it has some resemblance to a real event.)) (((Godfather*)))

Alec's mouth dropped open in shock.
"You perverted son of a firefly! You dirty incongenial hatter!" he said to Flynn, raising his fist.
Who the heck was Thete? If Susan was the Doctor's granddaughter, and Flynn was claiming to be her godfather...
"This is so messed up..." Alec grimaced, shaking his head.
The Timelord wanted not to believe him, but why would he lie about this?
Alec was so confused, despite that he wanted to run from the man that had just stabbed him. But he was tired of running. Not from Susan, not again.
He leaned against her wall, clearly unhappy. He gave Susan a glance that told her she wasn't the reason he was put off. He glared at Flynn to tell him he was.

“So, what’s her name Thete?” Flynn asked, sitting down on her couch. The voice and his actions unnerved Susan. There was something… something familiar about the voice, something she couldn’t place. It wasn’t an uncommon occurrence – she could hardly remember what the Doctor looked like when she travelled with him. Her memories were crumbling, and she only had a vague idea of why. She sighed, running a hand through her hair. “By Rassilon she’s a cute little one. I mean if I’m going to be her Godfather, I need to know her name.”
Arkytior.
She took a hesitant step away from him, repulsed. “You perverted son of a firefly!” Alec said, sounding about as scandalized as Susan felt. “You dirty uncongenial hatter!” He raised his fist. Despite her own frustration, she put a hand over her mouth, trying not to giggle at his outrage. She knew how much he hated to be laughed at.
“This is so messed up,” he continued, leaning against her wall.
She leaned beside him, watching the crazy man on her couch. “I’m sorry,” Susan said blandly, knowing that she wasn’t the reason he was upset. “What should we do? About him, I mean. I feel like I’m watching something I’m not supposed to.”
Thete was her grandfather. Maybe she had never gotten a lot of information about him, but that much was obvious. This man – this idiot drunkard – was either her own godfather, or one of her parents’. He hadn’t told her about this man before – or, if he had, she certainly didn’t remember something like that.
“If you want to leave, I don’t blame you.”

Flynn’s voice changes again this time to a new one this time. “Wha-What Happened…..?” He looks over at Susan and Alec, dazed and clearly quite confused. “Susan? Alec what happened- Oh, right… I’m sorrrrry-” he collapses once more into unconscious.

“I’m sorry,” Susan said, making Alec feel a bit ridiculous. Why should she have to apologize to him? “What should we do? About him, I mean. I feel like I’m watching something I’m not supposed to.”
"Maybe we should just drop him off with the police for... Attempted murder." he responded. The Timelord put a hand on his chin. Turning him in to the police seemed like the best choice all things considered. Even though "Flynn Delta" sounded like something escaped from comic-con, it would pass as a normal name.
“If you want to leave, I don’t blame you.” she said.
He could've sworn this was her way of reminding him that she still remembering the other night. The night when he'd ran away. That she hadn't forgotten and still blamed him for it. That stung.
“Susan? Alec what happened- Oh, right… I’m sorrrrry-” he collapsed once more into unconscious.
Alec grinned widely. "Apology not accepted." he smiled on despite the seriousness of his statement.
"Susan, do you think he would look good in black and white? Stripes, that is."
The Timelord grabbed Flynn's arm and slung it over his shoulder, half-dragging him towards the door. "Would you like to come?" he offered.

She sighed as she landed inside the apartment. Her Tardis looking like a closet, to everyone outside. She really did not feel up for any sort of confrontation. Being in her third incarnation along with that semi-short temper of hers didn't mix well.
The Phantom shook her head and left her screwdriver on her console. It was better then shooting someone who didn't deserve it. Then Maria fixed her coat and pulled her red hair out of the inside of it, before stepping out of her ship.
"What's going on?" She asked as she closed the door behind her and locked it.
