Okay Cipher, your friendly 96 year old Time Lady.
Before you say, that's impossible! Time Lords can only regenerate after they hit 500 years old, I have reason for this! Cipher originally was human until she was an experiment during the Time War. Her body broke down in such away after trying to convert her from an ape to a lizard, which is what Gallifreyans seem to be from my research that she had to regenerate, though she has no memory of her previous life before her regenerations.
I have two points in time to work with.
Point A: Her (lack of a better word) TARDIS is stuck on Earth 2005-2006 in Cardiff. She is having difficulty being outside the ship, because she can feel the earth spinning and she hasn't adapted yet, considering she's a newborn Time Lord in a way. Might be helpful to have a Time Lord or Lady help her adapt to the planet moving and falling through the space.
Point B: Cipher is learning to fly her ship. She does a bit of crashing. She can pretty much be anywhere BUT Gallifrey, no way she's going there. Anywhere and Any-when is fine with me.
