Just FYI, it's impossible to use a vortex manipulator to get inside a Tardis, as the dimensions and self-security would have you land either right outside or in the time vortex.

I'm saying we leave the Keyblades to the actual Keyblade-holders of Kingdom Hearts. Aka, Sora, Riku and Kairi. Just to stick with the canon.

I'm fine with that. I don't see any force of Destiny in it's right mind trusting the Meddler with a tool that locks and unlocks access to parallel worlds...

Do we buy Materia?

If this were facebook I'd 'like' that post of your First, lol. I think we will all start out with the 3 free basis materia our characters can get at the Materia Shop, also so they can stock up on potions. Kingdom hearts work on HP and MP system. MP = magic points. HP = Health points. If you get hit by an attack, you lose HP. If you use magic, you lose MP. There are HP and MP potions which will immediately replenish those lost point to some degree. I think it would be nice if we kept to that system, playing out how we feel our bodies grow weaker after we get hit by something. Basic materia's to choose from: -Fire (fire attacks) -Blizzard (ice attacks) -Thunder (lightning attacks) -Restore (restores HP partially) The rest needs to be purchased and all start at basic level. The more you use them the more they'll grow in strength. That or we somehow got there rich and can buy them fully mastered at the shop. More info on which materia available here: www.ffshrine.org/ff7/ff7_materia.php (scroll down for the Materia listing)

They're actually embedded in people's weapons, so...
Can I request no one else use an "Enemy Skill" Materia?

Of course. We're living in a video game. Everyone gets to be customized.
Oddly enough, the Meddler seems to be filling the role typically filled by one of the female archetypes in video games - the character with all the support magic that dislikes violence. So, dibs on "Cure", "Haste", "Slow", and "Demi".

I'm not saving him when Sephiroth comes flying down to have his sword meet the Meddler's chest then, lol. It would figure for Time Lords to be naturally good with Time Materia (Haste, Slow and Stop).
I'm thinking of having Axel give Sisi a summon materia from the Final Fantasy world. Shiva perhaps?

Fortunately, Time Lords are a little more resistant to death by stabbing than Aeris was.

Ok I have two questions, One can we assume that residents of Twilight Town and similar places, like Traverse Town, Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden, consider their towns their planets as well?
Also would it be ok if Flynn got a Gummi Pod, a one man version of the Gummi Ship from Yen Sid in exchange for defeating a member of Organisation XIII?

Question One: Seems reasonable. Although the people of Twilight Town, in KH1 at least, knew their world was a composite of fragments of destroyed worlds. I think Hollow Bastion was the same in KH2, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet.
Question Two: Sure. Sounds reasonable to me. The Meddler's going to be flying his TARDIS around, after all.
