Name: The 4th Doctor
Age: 749, Changes variously.
Species: Time Lord
Planet of Origin: Gallifrey
Occupation: Travelling through the Time Vortex in the TARDIS with trusty companions, saving planets, and eating Jelly Babies.
Pyhsical Description: Very tall, manic grin that shows off his teeth, large eyes, curly semi-dark brown hair that is normally accompanied by a dark grey adventurer's hat. He wears a long multi-colored scarf that he obtained by Madame Nostradamus, a brown coat with transdimensional pockets, a button up vest, white shirt, a bright red tie.
Personality: The fourth Doctor has been proven to be humorous in tight situations, and always seems to be moving about. He is in a constant state of motion, hardly ever staying in one place for long. He has a strong moral code that he tends to keep to no matter where he is.
Even though the fourth Doctor is seen as some times childish, he cares very much about his companions safety and well being.
History: The 4th Doctor first appeared when the 3rd Doctor regenerated after being poisened when he faced his fears of spiders. The 4th Doctor immediately after his regeneration was very energetic as he quickly stood up and proceeded to change several times until he found his look. He, then, went on to tell the Brigadier that he was heading off and that there was nothing the Brigadier could do to stop him.
Sarah Jane, along with Harry Sullivan, came along with the fourth Doctor to an space ship know as the Ark. Apparently, it was Harry's fault for pressing a few buttons on the TARDIS console, that they were there in the first place.
The fourth Doctor has been to several planets during his travels, and met several different alien species. He has tried to keep himself faraway from Gallifrey, only headed back when he absolutely has to. Even though that has once lead him to being accused of murdering the Lord President.

The Fourth Doctor peeked out of his TARDIS's door, almost expecting something completely horrid waiting for him outside. Seeing nothing there besides the normal scenary for Earth, he stepped out of the doors, grinning widely as they shut behind him.
"So it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. That's good." The Doctor cheerfully said to himself as he reached inside his jacket pocket and pulled out a white paper bag of his favorite candy. "There's nothing like a good Jelly Baby." He commented as he popped one into his mouth.
(OOC: okay how did that work out? good, bad, inbetween? This is going to be really interesting isn't it?)
