I was thinking of doing a historical roleplay. :/
Blue or Six would work better. Six is a Time Lord, soo he's pretty flexible. But Blue's been around for ages. He can't time travel, but he's around a million years old, so chances are he'd be where we plan. Susan is a Time Lady, but she doesn't have a TARDIS and can't work the vortex manipulator just quite yet. Riocard is essentially just a human (technically not, but he can't do much.)
Anyway. It doesn't matter what kind. :l
If we were to use Blue [c':], an expedition-type historical event would work. Saay, around the 1400s-1600s? If we were to do that, I'm pretty intrigued by the Spanish-Portuguease diplomatic relationships around that time. [eh.. it was a project I did in early european history :'3]. But it could just as easily be something such as... a time traveller (probably one of the Doctors) lands in on one of the early American civilizations and witness the European arrival.
Y'know how Doctor Who likes to do things like that. It could be a, "Whatever happened to those Mayans" type thing. XD Something with dastardly aliens, to be sure.
Or it could be something more recent. o.o'

For those non-time-travelling characters, any of my characters are up for like, anything. XD Also, if it *is* one of the Doctors that decide to do this, feel free to have a companion or whatever. It can be their initiation ceremony. ;]
