It was a day full of bright sunlight, Jenny had never felt anything like it before she had arrived on this planet and to be truthful she really didn’t want to leave. She had met a few of the residence of the planet and had gotten along with almost everyone so far and except the occasional alien or monster menace. And if it wasn’t for her currant alien monster menace it would have been a perfect day. Invisible creatures were a new dilemma for Jenny. She had never encountered something that she could not see before and she found it unnerving and incredibly hard to track.
Every once in a while the creature would give itself away by knocking into a trashcan in a alley and knocking it or something like it over. Sounds and smells had become her only form of detection and she put all her effort into using those senses to find out where it went and where it was going. She dashed through alleys and across busy and non busy streets in search of its presence; bumping into the occasional human along the way.
She was still new to this world, still ignorant of things that any self respecting being of experience would know. Like being careful what you say so that people did not think you were crazy. She bumped into a man as she started to cross a busy road, “Oh, so sorry. Didn’t mean to run you over,” she looked at the man in haste and fidgeted, at the prospect of losing the creatures trail. “You wouldn’t have happened to see which way an invisible alien went did you? Not that I really expect you to being that it is invisible and all.” She rambled.

((Sorry some R/L stuff was going on and i was abit late to post but im here now )) You get them dont you? Them days where everything just goes wrong. For Ross, today was definatly one of those days. He was flunking uni, got fired from his part time job, and his sleep depravation was making him see things, there's no way that bin just knocked ITSELF over... is there? He walked along slowly unable to walk in a straight line properly trying to remember what his bed actually felt like. His mind ran through Tirchwood, Unit, The Doctor, the insanity that seemed to follow this man around, he was definatly real, Sophie was onto something. It was a matter of what was realy going on than if if was going on now. He couldn't think, until it happened. She ran over to him like a mental religous nut, sending him nearly into a moving car, he was convinced she would start screaming about the word of god. He heard the words invisible and alien and immediatly stopped walking and just stared at her. "Ummn, I saw that bin over there get knocked over... why? Can I help?" It's a wierd moment when your either so tired or so deluded that when someone screams "Have you seen an invisible alien" You belive there may in fact be one, maybe it was blind faith and he just WANTED there to be an alien, no matter what was the case he stared at the pretty looking girl and waited for her reply.

Jenny gave the man an excited grin, “sure you can help, if you like to run a lot. Can’t have invisible aliens running about, someone might object,” She responded as she looked to were the trash bin was. According to the direction it laid Jenny decided that the alien did indeed cross the street. This was confirmed when a little old man and a cart full of his worldly possessions got knocked to the ground at the opening of an alley on the other side of the street. Jenny made a move for it as she called back to the young man, “you coming then?”
She made a mad dash across the street. Luckily the light had turned red and the cars were minimal. But even then she got a few honks and curses directed at her. But she paid them little mind. She knew when and when not to run, the calculations were simple. Humans were so careful and afraid, she decided, afraid of running over someone I suppose.
When she got to the spot where the old man was on the ground cussing and raising a verbal fuss Jenny didn’t stop. Instead she leapt over the toppled grocery cart as if where nothing and continued her chase of the invisible alien through the alley. She stopped suddenly, listening and letting her senses direct her.

You get them. Moments, little little moments that define you. This was one of them. He stood there staring and as she quetioned if he was coming, the insomnia dissapeared. His legs pelted into a sprint, he ran up beside her and was panting hard, he was always rubbish at cardio.
He flipped off a car as he crossed the road and nearly got hit several times, something told him to just keep running, so he did. He had lost a few seconds on her but caught up, he cleared the shopping cart and slid next to her, he could see her thinking but he had to ask her something. He thaught carefully and then spoke
"Who are you!?" He said quickly and authoritivly, from the looks of it people must of thaught he was chasing her. He turned back to see if anyone wa chasing him, he was fine.

Jenny didn’t want the alien to get away. It had technology that was way beyond planet Earth and she was sure that Tosh would want to do something about getting the alien off the planet, hopefully in the direction of its own world. But the technology was what really fascinated Jenny. She had never seen something that made the user invisible. She couldn’t help but to wonder if the creature used it as a natural defense or if it was truly a technological marvel but either way the alien being couldn’t be left to run loose. It has already tried to eat someone down the street.
Jenny smiled at the man that had followed her in a mad dash across the street and into the alley. “I’m Jenny,” she said brightly. “And we are chasing a man eating, invisible alien, that is probably scared. I think it fell through the Rift,” she told him her eyes never leaving their sweeping search of the alley.
Then she saw it; a rustle of paper near a large dumpster and the sounds of something crawling up a wall close by. “Oh no you don’t!” She said. Jenny didn’t take the easy way which would have been to go to the fire escape and race for the roof, instead she leaped for the wall and started too climbed up a drainage pipe that went clear to the top of the three story building at a rapid and fluid pace. She fallowed right at the creatures heels and wondered about the intelligence of racing up the side of a building. It was too late to reconsider other options and she was too close to getting to the alien to stop.
