Canon
Name: Human Meta-Crises (calling himself Seth i'm not a fan of John Smith)
Age: 900+ / looking about 26 I think… (Given my view with it)
Species: Time Lord/Galifreyian/Human (One heart)
Planet of Origin: Galifrey/TARDIS (Well he was born from donna in the TARDIS)
Occupation: Travel or whatever he does
Physical Description: (not copying) Skinny, handsome, tallish, brown hair that can in any sort of style. Has sideburns, brown eyes. The Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor wore one of the blue suits after his regeneration, and was wearing it when the walls of the universe sealed him in Pete's World. Mostly looks like the tenth incarnation of course.
Personality: For those who really want it… e.g. Split persona like the tenth Doctor who can change between emotions very well, was capable of boundless enthusiasm. Charismatic and manic and with boundless energy, he retained and even exceeded his last incarnation's capacity for righteous anger, especially when Rose was threatened or at risk, as when the Wire stole her face. When driven by anger or justice, he would act without hesitation to strike down those who opposed him.
His keen sense of loss led him to empathize with those who have also suffered.
He had a ruthlessness, bordering on arrogance that was almost eerie to behold. In some matters, his patience and capability for mercy and compassion has worn out or diminished.
The Doctor had a very hard time accepting defeat or failure.
He frequently got into trouble because of his vast and loose sense of superiority. And many more which I don’t need to get into.
History: As a result of growing partially from Donna's DNA, the new Doctor inherited parts of Donna's mannerisms. He maintained that he possessed the same memories, thoughts, and feelings of the original Doctor up to the point of his aborted regeneration, making them essentially the same man with physiological differences. However, the original Doctor was quick to point out that his new double was born in battle, full of blood, anger and revenge which enabled him to commit genocide against the Daleks, an act the original Doctor greatly condemns after the events of the Last Great Time War. The original Doctor describes his clone as representing the way he was during his ninth incarnation, prior to meeting Rose. Feeling his new half-Human counterpart was too dangerous to be left to his own devices, the Doctor entrusts him to Rose Tyler.
The Doctor told Rose that his half-Human self needed her, as he was angry and vengeful like he himself once was when he first met Rose. He told her that she made him better, and now she had to do the same for his other half-Human self. Rose objected to this at first, insisting that the new Doctor was not really him, despite the Doctor's assurance that they are the same man, and the half-Human Doctor offering to spend the rest of his life with her. Rose then asked both Doctors what the last thing they said to her was when they were originally standing on Bad Wolf Bay. The Doctor was unable to give her a direct answer: "Does it really need saying?" She posed the same question to the half-Human Doctor, who whispered the answer that his other self could not say in her ear.
The half-Human Doctor took Rose's hand and watched the TARDIS dematerialise.
Additional medical information: The force of the reaction shattered the hand's case, allowing the energy to regenerate the entire missing body of the Doctor. This created a Time Lord/Human hybrid, who possessed one heart, aged as Humans do, and had no regenerative ability to avoid death.
The Meta-Crisis Doctor, being in most respects a copy of the original Doctor, can claim the same familial ties as the original, up to and including his most recent offspring, Jenny. However, the Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor can also claim Donna Noble as a relation, given that he was created in part through the link with her. Thus, The Doctor and Donna could be seen as the Meta-Crisis Doctor's "parents".
What RP board(s): Tenth Doctor, Eleventh Doctor mostly but any others will do.
