They can live in the water or on the surface, but prefer the water.
Planet of Origin: Kyrilia, though currently living on Earth. A water-world with one continent of land where humans started a settlement and negotiated peace and trade agreements with the natives of the Ocean World.
Occupation: (Non-Torchwood) salesman in a local Cardiff Video game store called the Green Eye
(Torchwood) Intel and Tactical, man with the gun.
Physical Description: About 5' 10", classic swimmer's bod, fair-medium skin-tone, thick ghost white hair cut long enough to hide his gills, deep blue eyes. Usually wears dark blue Levi's jeans, white T-shirt, sometimes a blue jean jacket, sandals. Wears black fingerless gloves in public when not swimming to hide his finger membranes.
Personality: A lot like Owen, but a little less laid back, loose, and perverted
History: His human mother and Kriterian father fell in love on the shores of Juleya, a major port city on the continent. When he was young, his father died and had to live with his mother on Earth, much to his distress. His mother died in the Battle of Canary Wharf and he's been on his own since. He's been seen at bars as soon as he was old enough to drink. Currently, he's looking for something to do that's not the average job.
Additional information: Has a deadly allergy to Broccoli and Brussel Sprouts. Can breathe underwater for long periods of time, limit last checked an 1-2 hours. Gets dehydrated easily.
