(i had this idea for a doctor who character today and just had to submit it)

Name: Betagorum(usually shortened to 'Beta')
Age:421
Species:Time Lord
Planet of Origin:Gallifrey
Occupation: A reporter,he travels time and space making documentaries for Gallifreyan television(it is canon that Gallifrey had television)
Physical Description:Looks about thirty in human years,he is currently in his second regeneration and has close cut black hair.He usually wears a tweed overcoat and a cloth hat
Personality:Inquisitive but usually tries not to get involved in events,just stand by and report on them.
History: Beta is a presenter for the television company which the common Gallifreyans watch in their homes,he travels in his one man TARDIS documenting his journeys using the scanner and a hovering camera droid he is rarely seen without.He was recently involved in a fatal TARDIS crash which caused him to regenerate and be out of work for a long time,he is currently on a long expedition of filming to get his career back on track.
