Physical Description:Tosh has black hair and dark brown eyes. She's sort of tall, but not the tallest in the Torchwood group. Her skin is a tanned colour, but not deep brown, just a light tone.
Personality: Tosh isn't like most people, who don't care about what people think of her. She does care, actually a lot, though nobody yet knows why. She's brilliant, beautiful, and yet slightly insecure, though still nobody knows why. Tosh is a kind of scientist for Torchwood, and helps them along slightly, and seems to like everyone. Especially her colleague, Owen Harper.
History:Toshiko was born in London in 1975. Her parents moved to Osaka, Japan, in 1977, then back to the UK in 1986 (when speaking Japanese she does not have a noticeable Osakan accent, however). Her Japanese-born grandfather (born 20th January 1920) was a decoder at Bletchley Park and her parents were in the RAF. Around 2003, Tosh worked at the Lodmoor Research Facility,run by the British Ministry of Defence. This, of course, was before Tosh went and started to work for Torchwood.
