Name: Rebbeca S. Tarks
Age:21
Species:Human
Planet of Origin:Earth
Occupation:Torchwood Employee
Physical Description: Rebecca is about five foot ten, slender, but very pale. She has dark blue eyes, her hair is raven black and hangs to her waist. Most of the time she keeps it tied up in a bun or ponytail. She wears black pants and an off white blouse, a dark grey long coat.
Personality: Rebbeca is a bit outspoken. She is often looked down on by men for being intelligent, free spirited, and never wearing dresses. Because of this, she is often snarky, quick to jump the gun and very defensive.
History: Rebecca was born to a young woman that worked at a dress shop, and a man that was a professor at one of the universities. They lived in a small town, out in the English Countryside, where they were very firm to the old ways of living. The university her father worked at was in London, about 2 and a half hours each way from their town. Growing up, her parents were hardly ever around. She spent many nights at home alone. Rebbeca was always a odd ball. She never played with dolls, or learned to dance. She would rather go out with the local boys and explore the woods or alley ways of the town. On one such adventure, Rebbeca had gotten split up from her friends and found herself a ways away from home. She had just turned 10, so she thought she was ready to take on the world. Upon trying to find her way home, she stumbled upon a strange blue box. She had never seen anything like it. After looking around to make sure she was alone, Rebbeca walked around the box, feeling the wooden sides, trying to figure out what it was. After about 20 minutes, what looked like a door opened up causing the young girl to fall back, too shocked to say anything. Standing in the doorway was a strange man with very short brown hair, a brown trenchcoat and a goofy smile on his face. He saw her, helped her up and introduced himself as The Doctor. After they talked for a bit, Rebecca realized the sun had set, and her parents might worry if they were home already, though it wasn't likely. The Doctor asked if he could taker her home so she wouldn't get lost. Rebecca accepted since he seemed to be little more than a strange man with a box. They got to Rebecca's home, and the young girl invited her new friend inside for tea. The Doctor was surprised that the young woman was so independent and asked her about her parents. Rebbeca explained to him that both her parents worked late and she was often home alone till midnight or later. The Doctor, after accepting the tea, asked if Rebbeca could take him to her fathers university. Rebbeca explained where it was and the Doctor thanked her and left. After that night, he disappeared along with his strange box. What was strange though, was her father was found in the basement of the university, having been dead for some time. The man Rebbeca had greeted daily before work, was not her father which made it hard for Rebbeca to grasp anything any longer. But, no matter how hard she tried to convince people of the Doctor and his blue box, she was written off as crazy. It wasn't until she turned 18, Rebbeca discovered Torchwood. A group working to uncover the strange hidden things of the world. Some even pertaining to the mysterious doctor Rebbeca had met 8 years prior. So now, as she works for them, Rebbeca holds onto the hope she will see him once more.
Additional medical information Rebbeca has a mild case of anemia, simply meaning a scratch would bleed longer and take longer to heal. She also has anger control issues.
